I stayed at the Riu Acquarelle in May 2025 with my male partner and the ENTERTAINMENT COORDINATOR named SHANOYA texted my fiance on Instagram being overly friendly and sexual! I am not comfortable with that we won’t be coming back to that hotel.

My wife and I had a great time there. The room was clean and spacious and the nightly entertainment was great. We have been to many all-inclusive resorts and the food was basically the same. But, the menu here was fantastic. We had oxtails, curry goat, rice and peas and Ackee and salt fish. We will definitely go back next year.

Oustanding
My husband and I stayed at the hotel fir the first time, we were truly in awe when we walked in. The Hotel was clean, staff members were outstanding. When it csne yo the food it was awesome the variation was so good 100% . The waiter and waitresses was amazing I particularly would like to mr tion a young lady Name by the name of Misha, she was vibrant, friendly wicked sense of humour.our and another young Man i sm so sorry I cannot recall his name lite skin always smiling. They are truly an asset to the business. I will definitely visit again I the near future. The only issue i had was that we were told that there were two double beds in our room. I expected a king or queen, however I said it was fine. However was disappointed when we got to the roomit was teo small double. Which was a bit disappointed, however we worked with it.

Our family (teens, 30s and 40s) had a blast at this resort. There was never a dull moment, and more than enough to eat and drink. My hat's off and many thanks to the staff! From the housekeepers, servers and entertainers, they had the most hospitable attitude. We will definitely return to this location.

I don’t really know where to start. A massive 5 star review for a five star property & 5 Star team. We holidayed as a family of five across two rooms. Upon arrival, the reception upgraded our rooms to Ocean view instead of partial ocean view. They also make sure that we have rooms very close to each other. The views from the balconies were breathtaking. The rooms are very well kept, modern and very comfortable. The minibar and optics are restocked daily. Housekeeping is also daily. For an all-inclusive results, the food is brilliant, plenty of choice, you will not go hungry. We also dined in the speciality restaurants. ( steakhouse & Asian ) and the food & service was again 5 star. The entertainment team (just wow) are amazing, they worked tirelessly from morning till night and they really know how to put on a show. Big shout out to rooster and MJ. My son is currently using a wheelchair and they all stopped and spoke to him. Had a laugh with him, even calling him by his first name. During our day, we celebrated to birthdays for our children all the staff from the restaurant to the entertainment team and housekeeping made these occasions special. The beach is absolutely amazing, white sands and blue seas. Yes, it is a little rocky in places when you go into the water but we had water shoes and this really was not an issue. Would we go again? 100% we would.
