    Paradisus Palma Real... Fantastic

    Such a beautiful hotel. Everything was just perfect. Food was great, accomodation fantastic and can't say more for the staff. I have never been at a resort where the staff were so engaged, efficient and caring. For the most part our personal concierge, Eriol, made everything so easy and effortless. We were two ladies travelling alone...thanks to eriol we always felt safe. He checked on us constantly and made all our reservations without asking. He provided us with lots of water and was always there via WhatsApp if he was at the hotel or not. It was a very effortless vacation thanks to Eriol. Can't say enough. He is a true gem to the Melia group. Hope to come back to this stunning hotel soon.

    Fabulous vacation experience

    We stayed at the Reserve for adults only. Our concierge was Basilio. He was fantastic!! He made all of our reservations and our spa appointments. He was there for all our needs and checked in with us multiple times per day. He was a pleasure to deal with. We loved the hotel. The took the pool the beaches the food…all were terrific!! We will definitely be back!!

    12月のはじめに行きました。プンタカーナは大型のオールインルシブ型のリゾートがどんどん建設中で、今後もいろんなところが進出してくると思われますが、そんな中で今回はParadisus Palma Realを選びました。ここはMelia系列のリゾートで、広い敷地に３つのMelia系列のリゾートがあります。空港から車で３０分弱で到着して、距離も近いので便利です。Paradisusはファミリー全般で滞在できるのですが、Reserveという地域は大人専用で、こちらは特に喧騒から離れてゆっくりしたい方にお薦めです。Reserveエリアを予約すると、特別のブレスレットが与えられ、担当のバトラーが付きます。このバトラーのBasilloさんは常に気を遣ってくれて、滞在中も頻繁に連絡をくれ、ニーズにこたえてくれました。レストランの予約もいち早くアドバイスをくれ、人気がある混雑しているレストランを抑えてくれたので、ディナーも大変楽しめました。彼には大変感謝です！ 　またReserve Areaですと専用のレストラン、Santeにも入れますので、特に朝食時は混雑を避けられてゆっくりと楽しむことができました。泊まるなら是非、Reserveエリアをお薦めします。また３月に行ってきます！See you all Soon! I went at the beginning of December. Punta Cana is currently seeing a surge in the construction of large-scale all-inclusive resorts, and it seems that more companies will be entering this space in the future. Among these, I chose Paradisus Palma Real for this trip. This is part of the Melia group of resorts, and there are three Melia-affiliated resorts within the expansive grounds. It’s conveniently located just under 30 minutes by car from the airport. While Paradisus is suitable for families in general, the Reserve area is adults-only and is particularly recommended for those who want to relax away from the hustle and bustle. When you book in the Reserve area, you receive a special bracelet and are assigned a personal butler. Our butler, Basillo, was incredibly attentive, staying in frequent contact with us throughout our stay and meeting all of our needs. He gave us great advice on restaurant reservations, securing spots at popular and busy restaurants, so we were able to fully enjoy our dinners. We are very grateful to him! Additionally, by staying in the Reserve area, we had access to an exclusive restaurant, Sante, which allowed us to enjoy a relaxed and uncrowded breakfast. If you’re planning to stay here, I highly recommend booking the Reserve area. I’ll be visiting again in March! See you all soon!

    Amazing

    The resort was incredible so many restaurants to choose from right on the white Sandy beaches play golf every day and the golf course was impact. The greens were unbelievably maintained.
