This was my first time to the Dominican Republic and I am certain we will be back. We had a beautiful time full of rest and rejuvenation. The resort is gorgeous and immediately helped us to lean into a soothing pace of restorative love and care. Thomas helped us to our villa and he became a cherished friend at every time we saw him. He helped us to feel like family and breathe deeply the care of our surroundings. Benjamin, Jose, Mateo and Alejandro were incredible in the restaurants. Everything was delicious, healthy, and we highly recommend the Taiano Experience. It was our last night and absolutely perfect. We cannot recommend this place enough. It is the cleanest resort we have stayed in and everyone is determined to make sure you are enjoying yourself. The dance classes, yoga, and activities were amazing and the staff that lead them are so delightful and prepared. When it was time to leave, Jean appeared by our villa and walked our luggage to the front. He was so helpful and nice. Thank you Meliá we will be back. We LOVED our time with you. Te amo Meliá.

Melia Punta Cana Vacation 2025
The Meliá Punta Cana resort is all it was billed to be. We (my wife and I) were there for 7 days and 6 nights. Our overall stay was wonderful. We woke up one morning and didn’t know what day it was… that’s how we knew we were on vacation. We were guests at “The Level”, which was the adult-only, all inclusive portion of the resort. We were very well taken care of the entire time but I will tell you the one thing that made our stay the best we’ve ever had. That was our Concierge. His name is “Eddie Solutions”. I’m not sure about anyone else but I mention him by name because HE is the reason we will return to this particular resort. Eddie made us feel right at home, made sure all of our accommodations were to our liking, took care of our luggage, handled our dinner reservations every night we were there and he made sure we had the itinerary everyday, every morning when we woke up. I sincerely mean this when I say that if Eddie is not available to be our Concierge when we return to the resort, we aren’t going. I said the same to him and the resort when we checked out. He made our stay worthwhile. Simon (who was one of the bell boys) and Eridania (who took care of our drinks by the pool and on the beach) both took care of our needs as well. They looked after us and entertained us while we were there. I mention them by name because our experience with them was second to none. We are going back in April 2026. If Eddie isn’t there then we might have to look elsewhere lol! Thank you Melia for everything. We look forward to vacationing with you in the near future.

Hat painting was so much fun
We painted hats at one of the day activities and it was really fun, sitting by the beach - they provided all the supplies and the hats as well! They were very friendly and everyone was very relaxed and happy vibes the entire time. Very recommended

Best trip ever!
This trip was the best trip I’ve ever taken! The entire resort was so attentive and caring, our room was luxurious and clean, and the facilities are top notch. My only complaint is that our trip was too short! We will be back! Eddie, our concierge, was amazing!

Shout out to my concierge, Juan adbrincoles and eddy sambo you guys are the best, Paid attention to detail always on point Thank you for making our week stay amazing The fresco pool bar staff, absolutely amazing I’ll definitely be coming back It was our anniversary and they made our trip the best experience, from private dinner to the personalized cake to the decorated room
