Five star experience at Majestic Elegance celebrating our tenth anniversary. We were welcomed and treated extremely well by our butler Arling throughout the entire week! From a service perspective in the restaurants we were happy to be sat with Robin or Johan and Erik was great at the Club pool. So many others to name that I didn’t write down and I feel bad, I would love to call out another five or so specific people. Have visited sandals in Jamaica, Ritz Carlton, Atlantis, Etc and only point that out to say I felt the service at Elegance was as good or better than those other places. Room was large and well kept, bed was extremely comfortable.

Let me start off by saying that we would 100% return to this resort staff and grounds were great A special shout out to Dario, our concierge who was very very good , probably one of the best resorts we’ve been to with a friendliest staff. Everyone was very professional. The grounds, pool, and beach were great Restaurants and food were quite good little poor in the dessert department , staff were friendly and courteous, a bit rushed than beginning, but once we got the hang of it, meals were slow down and great Shows were Michael Jackson and the circus were very good. The only negative in the theatre is that smoking is allowed vaping and cigars were disgusting when somebody lit up 30 people would have to move because it was really really difficult to breathe. I would suggest I know smoking is allowed in the Dominican Republic, but I would ban smoking in the theatre The room is large and aesthetically very pleasing, but not very practical for seniors no place to sit they have a lounger which is very uncomfortable no table and chairs. We actually carry our table and chairs from the patio to have a place to sit, Bed is far from the wall, so cannot even sit up to watch TV and the night tables and light switches are at least 2 feet away from the side of the bed Lots of storage but hangers are so high. You have to be at least 6 feet tall to reach. No real closed in bathroom so no place to hide when somebody came to the door, but we adjusted and the room was fine but I was suggest putting in a chair system or a Comfortable sofa Overall, our stay was excellent and will recommend this resort and look forward to returning in the future

Fantastic
Wow, were do i start! What a fantastic hotel. This place has the most stunning beach, The staff here are so hardworking and polite, food and drink fantastic, loads of choice, they certainly don't cut corners. Rooms cleaned daily to a good standard. We visited Rivera mayo Mexico before this place, and didn't think we could top that hotel but it was loads better. We would recommend to anyone. Make sure you visit monkeyland it's amazing :)

Family Vacation
This was our third trip to The Majestic in Punta Cana. First time at The Colonial and 2 stays at the The Elegance. My husband and I really enjoy the beautiful resort and amazing beaches. Rooms are always clean and well stocked. There are plenty of restaurant options to choose from. Room service was excellent too. The staff is dedicated to making your stay enjoyable and relaxing. We usually stay in Adults Only Club Level. This trip we had our family with us including our young grandson, so we stayed in the family section. One of the Butlers, Olbis, saw that my husband and I were returning guests and offered some kind services to make our stay more enjoyable, even though we weren't at club level. He made dinner reservations for us. Made sure everything was set up for our return trip home. Olbis checked in with us often to see if we needed anything. I really appreciate that Olbis went above and beyond to decorate my grandson's hotel room with balloons and streamers on his birthday. Olbis is very professional and curtious, and yet makes you feel like family. He is a true assest to the resort with outstanding customer service skills. If your at the club level (Elegance) Olbis will take excellent care you.

Outstanding stay at the Elegance
We really enjoyed our mid-September stay the Majestic Elegance. The beach was beautiful with soft, white sand and active, but not heavy surf. We walked for over a mile both north and south of the resort along the beach and it was terrific. No significant seaweed in the water or on the beach We did splurge for a one-bedroom on the Elegance Club side and felt the upgrade was worth it. Giant room and the Club pools are very nice. The main pool is fine and and fun option when you want foam or other activities. We were able to get a poolside bali bed each day by arriving around 9AM, but the resort was probably not full. Restaurants were on par with other all inclusives (including several Dreams properties). Hibachi was fun and the food there was quite good. Italian restaurant was probably the only subpar one. Entertainment was somewhat hit or miss, but nothing to really complain about. Staff was great -- friendly without being pushy. Our butler Juan was a perfect gentleman, Jenny at the beach bar could not have been any nicer and bartenders Roberto and Jorge were also great. There is good chance we'll be returning next fall.
