The best experience ever!! Everyone was so very friendly, accommodating and FUN!! Shout out to Yohangel, Wandy, and Randal!! They were the best!! And Julie at the bar took great care of us too! Can’t wait to go back!

Great experience
The attention was great!! I love the food from Miraflores restaurant! All of the staff are very nice and tentative. The entertainment group is fun and very much gets you involved in the experience.

Rooms and hotel installations are excellent! Food and drink options were good quality, specially at Miraflores restaurant, Buffet and the VIP Club. Service and staff were very kind, although some need a bit more training. Special thanks to Alexander, Hector, Wandy and Yuleidy, who gave the extra mile to make our stay more special!

WE HAD ONE HECK OF A VACATION ON PARADISE
From the time that we arrived at the resort my wife and I were treated or like royalty. We celebrated our seventh year anniversary while we were at the resort. During the time we were there the entire staff made us feel very welcomed. The grounds were always were in miraculously order. We do have to get out a special chat out two special employees. David was our butler and he was amazing. He sent out. Daily newsletters to let us know what was going on at the resort. He also took care of us when it came to any questions we had or request that we needed for our room. Couldn't ask for anything better. Now we have to give shout out to Pedro. We met Pedro I night.We were there at the french restaurant. He was amazing. He was so amazing that we had him as our waiter at breakfast and two or three more times at the french restaurant. Both these gentlemen and the entire staff made our state extremely fun and enjoyable!

Butler review for Yrani
My trip was amazing. I just buried my father and my husband took me away for my birthday. Our butler Yrani was excellent. She had our decorated with balloons. Provided champagne and cook. Yrani attend to our daily needs and wants. I thank her and all the staff at live aqua
