Mexia was our concierge and he was very helpful and very informative. I was coming into this thinking that the food wouldn’t be good but the food exceeded our expectations. The entertainment was amazing and so hands-on. The staff here is so attentive and so friendly!

Entertainment staff
The staff is very friendly, especially Jireh! The make it all very fun atmosphere and very entertaining. They help with anything we need. The daily activities are enjoyable and the staff make it entertaining. My friends and I had an amazing time and can’t wait to com back!!

Amazing Vacation
Jireh was amazing and had us join in on all of the games around the pool and beach. He’s funny, dances and sings, includes everyone and makes us feel very welcome. I can tell he is a hard worker, since he’s there every day from morning to night and still always upbeat and making our vacation 10 times better.

Review
Jireh was amazing in entertainment. We had so much fun participating in games and shows! We will definitely be back and stay at this resort if we come again! We loved the beach and pool and had all the restaurants had great food options. Will be back!!

Mar 14, 2025Mid range resort with no chairs
Mid rage resort with next to no chairs. Relatively pleasant experience. But difficult getting into any a la Carte restaurants and so many issues with seating on beach and around pool. If you didn't get up early to save seats you didn't find anything after 9am. But you also then risked having your stuff packed up by security. We had 3 separate chair incidents happen. The first was when my husband resevwred seats down at the other iberostar (we thought this was ok since we were allowed to use facilities at all 3 iberostars with out all inclusive package) but security was immediately harassing us and our 4 children to move back to our beach. They were less than accommodating on helping us find other seating with shade because there were literally NO vacant chairs on the entire beach. The 2nd incident was when we reserved 4 chairs on our own beach, security had packed up half our stuff, leaving us only 2 available chairs for our family of 6. The 3rd incident was when when my family was swimming in the water, someone just came and stole one of our chairs from behind me. Literally just came and picked it up and took it 100m down the beach to their own spot. Next time when we research resort choices, the chair factor will obviously have to be considered. On a positive note, lots of cool wildlife and our housekeeper, Gabriela, was fantastic!
