Amazing service for my child with autism special diet
Everyone very accommodating! Elizabeth at concierge was our personal assistant in helping with diet restrictions and kids star club . She went above and beyond! From special room service to babysitting her self . Kids star club Joana were incredibly with my special needs little 3 year old and Jackie and Angel in kids club and pool with older 6 year old sister . Rosendo at the buffet always made my little ones diet restriction painless ! Cleaned grill for all our allergies ! Elvia kept drinks coming by the kids pool! Oh there was a power outage not hotels fault it’s was Reginal problem but within the hour hotel was up and running , but during that time at dinner buffet server Hugo went above and beyond to make sure we were good! Managers concierge Isaac and Fernando were very accommodating as well. Roth was our house keeper again above and beyond her services ! Everyone is grate ! Great value you get what you pu for and more ! Thank you Iberostar
True First Class Vacation
An overwhelming first impression. The photos online don't do justice. We travel to Mexico 5 or 6 times a year, mostly to Cabo but the last two years we've done a little of Puerto Vallarta and tried different properties, the Iberostar was a real treat. We are a bit spoiled and our "ocean front suite" was perfect. we found all the staff and servers exceptional from the minute we arrived. We don't usually do "All Inclusive" but the food in all the restaurants was very good, we were pleasantly surprised. This trip was for my wife's birthday and Victor and Ines in the office helped to make it special with some fancy wrapping. Don't forget to go to "Sayulita", about 40 minutes away, the coolest quaint surfer, hippie, artsy beach town you can imagine. This was a great trip !
The Good, the bad, and the Ugly
The Good-Great view of ocean, buffet good food, hard working staff, nice beach The Bad-Many bathrooms smelled like strong urine, steak house had terrible food, French restaurant waiters were rude. The Ugly-house wine is terrible, Had a closet door fall off its track at start of our stay. Contacted them every day, never was fixed.
Headed here in June for our 9 day stay for my DD birthday. She had her BF along. This was the best.... traveling with someone where we got the chance to see him experience 3 new things in his life. Flew on a plane, arrived in Mexico and saw the ocean for the first time. I love these kinds of trips! We rented a car in PV and at this location, they had boogie boards, rented 2 of them. We sure did get our money's worth, they were used for hours. The waves were great. In all my travels, I think I spent the most time ever in the ocean..I loved bobbing in the waves😊. Our room was great. King size bed with pull out couch, great balcony, lots of closet space, frig and a nice size bathroom. Having stayed in Mexico 40+ times.. and I know this happens but for some reason, this room had such a musty odor. We had to wash our clothing twice on return...and still was embedded. Never experienced it this bad before. This resort is spread out and maybe a bit much for those who have mobility issues. Elevators are available throughout the resort. Lots to do for the teens such as water sports and daily fun games and nighttime shows. Entertainment crew was great. The kids club of what I saw ..looked like kids had a great time. Lots of pool area with many loungers. Beach loungers are available by the ocean. At the beach you can rent wave runners, boogie boards and I believe book water excursions. The beach is down below the resort..elevator or steps to get there. Food, I will say a 7 out of 10. By no means will you go hungry or starve, many choices Coffee shop is always a bonus💕. The view from the upper deck to the ocean was beautiful along with the sunsets. Renting a car gives you so much freedom. We went to Sayulita for a day and wandered around Puerto Vallarta on 2 different occasions. For us, we enjoy getting off the resort to see other parts of the country. This resort is about 45+ min from the airport. Nice drive, many stores to stop at if need on the way to resort. Our room was always tended to, wait, bar and restaurant staff did a wonderful job...Please remember to tip for their service..they work very hard. Defiantly had a great time, and would suggest this resort to others and would return🌴
Wonderful time at the Riviera Nayarit!
One of the best vacations ever. We had a magnificent time during our stay! Would recommend to anyone that wants a place off the beaten path in Puerto Vallarta. Great food, beautiful shows, service top notch. You can not go wrong in booking this place.
