What We Love

  • Posh lounge chairs surround the pools and the beach. We can't think of a better place for a cold, fruity cocktail.
  • The service here is absolutely impeccable. It's the reason this resort attracts so many repeat customers.
  • Capture much needed "me-time" at the luxurious, onsite Infinity Pool.

Things to Know

  • The resort is only 30 minutes from the airport.
  • Maximize your vacay hours by checking pick-up times on scheduled transfers.
  • The resort is open to adult guests only.
Watching the sunset off these shores is one of our favorite ways to unwind after a full day in the sand 'n surf, and this beach is a posh spot for all sun worshippers. You can gaze upon the swim-friendly shores from the resort's infinity pool - the view is more than perfect. Your cocktail never tasted so refreshing under this Mexican sky. But, what's really going to win your heart - the welcoming staff will go above and beyond to create a vacay worthy of repeating year after year.

    Solo trip in June 2024

All of the staff make this place amazing! All of the staff at the restaurants and pool go out of their way to make sure you have whatever you want. The lobby bar bartenders are some of the best I've met at any resort. Daniel at night and Antonio during the day, you can't go wrong if you get a drink from them. They make some amazing drinks, they know their stuff. The lobby bar wait staff is amazing too, Estella, Jannet, Jasmin, I know I'm missing some, they all go above and beyond to help you out. The food here is great. Even the buffet. Normally I don't care for buffet food, but it's actually good here. I ate at the Italian, Japanese, buffet and steak house, all were great. I didn't make it to the French restaurant, only because I personally don't care for French, so I can't comment on it. They do great sight the nightly shows. It rained every day I was here, but they still managed to pull off the shows and they were fun. It doesn't have a party vibe here, more of a hang out with friends and have a good time, not get as drunk as you can and pass out. Great place and highly recommend if you're thinking about coming to this part of MX.

Super hotel for couple to relax and reset with plenty to offer

This is our 5 time in Mexico, usually starting in Playa del Carmen, this time we choose this hotel which is suitable between Playa … and Cancun near to Perot Morelos and it was right choice. If you thinking about hotel location you can stop know, is perfect. TIP don’t use taxi is too expensive (around $70 usd one way) but use instead Colectivo local buses run every few minutes and cost $2 usd per person!!! About hotel: is perfect, great foot, nice interior, entertainment and facilities for everyone. if you scuba diver you have dive centre at hotel complex included own shopping center with nightclub - all inclusive

    Absolute Luxury

This place is absolutely breathtaking in the environment and all the small details. The people are above and beyond. I'm not really sure where to start. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted, provided a welcome drink and checked in as we relaxed sitting in their comfy gorgeous AC lobby. It is insanely beautiful decorated and overwhelms you as soon as you come in. We kept finding new details each time we walked around. There was nothing you could ask for that was too much. We were on the beach and my Husband asked for vanilla vodka or vanilla tequila, which they didn't have Rogerlo (Sorry if I misspelled) surprised us by making his own vanilla drink. All of the butlers are amazing, but Angel in building 70 really stood out. Negra Modelo is my favorite beer, which they didn't have but he made sure to get me some. The ladies who greeted you at the buffet we're so cheerful and nice to speak with, it made you happy. The food. Okay one small thing, during March - June they did not have lobster, which I always look forward to on vacation. It was because it was the lobster reproductive season. Hadn't heard that one before. Well a second small thing, the Hibachi restaurant did not have good service, not sure if they were short staffed. It took so long (over an hour) for our cook to come out, that we gave up and went to the buffet, another at our table said they did the same about 15 minutes later. But these are the only two remote complaints for a full week. The buffet is the best! Fresh food of so many varieties, it was difficult to figure out what to choose each time. We also used room service a lot and loved the fresh fish. It would be nice to have different options every few days but we enjoyed the food and being lazy :-) We had a Butler Oceanfront Room, which was more than worth money. We got to pick the pillows we liked best. Had a nice bag to carry our beach items. The deck was so luxurious to sit out and watch the ocean. Our favorite was the hanging chairs that rocked with the breeze. Timeshare selling wasn't obnoxious as it can be in some hotels. Actually, we really enjoyed talking with our initial person, Victor and he was very helpful with tips for the resort. There weren't any beach vendors either, which was a first for me. Golf carts are everywhere to bring you around and its a HUGE resort, in part because it's multiple resorts next to each other. I could go on and on... seriously I keep thinking of new things. I've been going to Mexico at least once a year for well over 20 years and always staying at a different hotel to try something new. This is the first hotel that is so perfect, we're already planning to come back. As they say, it's home.

    Amazing, tasty, best service

Alfonzo was the absolute best waiter I’ve had ever! So personable, thoughtful and attentive. The food was absolutely amazing! Very tasty and did not have to wait long at all! We will never forget this dinner experience due to the amazing food but the best staff!

    I love this place!

I love this Iberostar. My husband and I honeymooned here 7 years ago and this year, my mom and I came for vacation. A few things have changed since our last visit, but the most important things have remained the same - the place is beautiful, the employees are kind and attentive, and the food is delicious. Tanya and Mauro were our concierge team and we couldn't have asked for better people to take care of us. If you're reading this, thank you both! The only not positive thing I can say about our stay was that room service timing was inconsistent, so we often ran into them and had to wait while they cleaned our room. With that being said, they always came twice a day - once to refresh towels, coffee, and snacks, and again for turn down service. Not a terrible inconvenience, just wanted to give that feedback. Thanks for helping us have a wonderful trip. We will be back!
