May 12, 2025Hotel was amazing, ceviche and bartending was even better
Hyatt service all around was so friendly and accommodating, such a welcoming experience! The pools were beautiful and overall quiet and peaceful. Once you work up an appetite Jesus and Guadalupe are the best and will make some phenomenal ceviche, we went nearly every day! Mario at the main pool was an excellent bartender too. All around amazing staff!

Chef Guadalupe and Jesus the best salsa we have had. Loved it very spicy and delicious and like to take home. The hotel is beautiful and don’t want to leave tomorrow Will wil be back again love tacos Guadalupe’s could sit here all day and eat but I would one to big to get on the plane

It wasn't much to do on the resort but it was beautiful. I am a smoker and would've like to have more designated areas for smoking. Sergio the bellboy that works over night was the best!!! They need more activities on the resort and better food.

Great, but short trip! Good food for the most part, Dalia was a bit disappointing as it took 2 hours to get our food. Mediterranean was our favorite. Everything was great and the service was wonderful. Rooms were good. Would suggest some type of snack food in the room with the drinks. Bathrooms over by Amber would be helpful for the people at the taco truck/ that side of the pool. Beach club was amazing, Roberto “Berto” was wonderful. . Beatrice in the spa gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had. And water aerobics with Mexican Chocolate Angel was SO MUCH fun. Who would have thought that water aerobics would have been one of my favorite things on this trip. Lots of fun activities, wish karaoke would be been longer, the crowd was just starting to get into it when it ended. Overall, fun trip and for what we paid, pretty pleased with what we got.

Chef Guadalupe and floriberto makes the best tacos!!! Best servers so good, everyone needs to come try the taco truck. The resort is great, drinks strong and everyone is so friendly. The tacos were the best. Thanks so much for everything! See you next time - roberts
