Neftali and Orlando made our day in the resort, great food, amazing view from the roof top, and really good restaurant. Alcohol is good as well with great service from the difference team including poker game in the lobby. We will come back for sure.

The architecture and interior design is absolutely beautiful. As of December 2024, the property is still under construction and not all of the bars and restaurants are open. For example, the roof over the rooftop pool was under construction so the swim up bar was closed. My fiancé also found a screw in the pool near the construction. There will be another hotel attached to Hyatt Vivid Grand Island but it's far from completion. Once that hotel is complete the property will be amazing! Our room was gorgeous, I loved every aspect of it! I recommend spending more money to stay in a Vantage Club room because the perks are worth the extra money. As a Vantage member you get access to the Vantage lounge with premium liquor and access to the rooftop infinity pool. The wait staff at the rooftop pool are top tier. Although the hotel is next to a golf course, guests unfortunately do not have access to the course and the cost to play a round and rent clubs is around $200/person. Spa services are a bit limited but overall quality and experience are fantastic. As a foodie I'd rate their food 7.5/10. Standouts were definitely the Beach Club restaurant, Dalia, and Oishii (if you can get a table out of the wind). However I couldn't get a decent latte or cappuccino on the property. The private Beach Club is a huge plus but you can't book a daybed in the pool unless you purchase one one of their insanely overpriced food and beverage packages. All in all, if you've never experienced an all-inclusive resort, this is a great place to start. It's a good resort for rest, relaxation, and romance; it's definitely not a party resort.

Hyatt Vivid Grand
Nef and Orlando were amazing. Loved the energy and the bingo games. The resort is great, actually what we were looking for. We love the one building concept, making it extremely intimate and personal. I would highly recommend this resort if you are looking for a relax and laid back environment.

Nef and roger were good people as well as the people that dealt with the basket ball and cacao events in December 10. Wonderful experience great vibes great escape from cold weather in Canada that allowed me and my future wife to enjoy the life

Nef is great for entertainment . So much fun! Food is good. We haven’t been to all the restaurants yet but so far so good. The wait staff is fantastic. Shout out to Samuel! I wish the music would vary. Always the same beat . View on roof top is beautiful ! Our rooms are comfortable and spacious.
