Hospitality was Amazing
The Hard Rock Hotel went above and beyond in making sure my family was safe and that we had an amazing time. Our butlers Uri, Gerardo, and Paco were absolutely amazing and handled everything for us. They booked trips, reserved cabanas, reserved dinner seats, and continued to check up on us continually on our trip. All of the staff wore face masks and implemented many rules to help keep us safe. Everything was sanitary and the food was amazing. My kids ordered room service everyday and they raves about how delicious the food tasted. The food they provide has great variety and they have food for every age. The entertainment is also amazing as the team is so very talented! I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family. I absolutely loved this trip and all of the staff who helped make it so special.
Best all inclusive in Riviera Naryit!
This resort has it all... awesome food, beautiful property, GREAT food, mountains and the ocean. The staff bends over backwards to serve your every need and they make you WANT to come back. I have been 6 times and will continue to choose Hard Rock when going to Riviera Naryut!
This was the first time that I ever went to an all inclusive hotel and my experience was beyond my expectations. Everyone is super friendly and always asking you if you feel confortable and such; the entertainment staff is amazing but for my fiancé and I personally, Fefe was outstanding and in the pool service was Juan who was always extremely helpful, your margaritas are never going to melt! I want to return ASAP, we are even planning on having our wedding here, amazing place to visit.
Can't Wait to Come Back
Visited this hotel from March 1 to March 15, 2020. This is our 3rd visit here. Just love it. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Food delicious. Drinks are fabulous. We stayed in room 7026 which is what we had requested. Away from the SunBar noise. This room looks right out to the Pacific Ocean, overlooking the pools. Wonderful!! Beds are very comfortable, bedding is super soft and lots of pillows. This room had like a jetted tub in it, very soothing at the end of a stressful day, as well as the stand up shower in the bathroom. Mini bar stocked daily with juice, pop and beers. We ate most of our breakfasts at the Market, when it was open, if not there, then at Ciao which is much quieter. Favorite lady at the Market for making the best omellettes, Yoli. And Lalo, a very good waiter at the Market. Diane at the coffee shop and SunBar. Great job! Our favorite dinner place is the Ipanema. Kudos to Victor the captain and Viktor the waiter. Also very good dinners at Zen and Ciao. We don't care for the Mexican restaurant. The snack bar by the beach has very good burgers, hot dogs, fries and lots to choose from inside. The pizza place also serves very good pizza. Morgan, our waiter on the beach, very good service. The beach is spectacular for walking on, and playing in the waves is great. No turn down service in this room, apparently a different category than the previous time we've stayed here. Resort credits, we went on the SunSet Sail cruise, which is about 3 hours. A walk down to the Marina and get on the boat and sail down to Los Arcos and back. It's a beautiful trip. Saw dolphins and humpback whales. It is doubtful we will return to Mexico next year, just because of the way the world is right now and this pandemic. When the world returns to 'normal' we would definitely return to the Hard Rock Hotel. Absolutely no issues here. We did notice this year, that they do have 'no smoking' signs on all the tables under all the palapas on the beach, and this area is roped off so if you need to smoke you have to go on the other side of the rope. Well done!!
Dying to Come Back
Longing to return to Hard Rock Vallarta made me realize that I never did review it here. We had never been to an all-inclusive resort before, so I really can’t compare it to any of the others, but I can say that this was by far the best vacation either of us has ever had in our lives. If you’re considering an all-inclusive resort vacation, make it happen. In fact, if you’re considering a cruise, do this instead. Every single time. And if you are doing an all-inclusive, go ahead and choose Hard Rock Vallarta because it’s amazing. We walked up and down the beach quite a long way, and Hard Rock seemed to have the best beach area, although the entire stretch of beach is incredible with amazing weather and water temperature. The sand is an impressive golden color that sparkles in the ocean water. The pools are great, but we didn’t even use them much because the ocean was so much fun and so pleasant. When we got out of the water, we didn’t even bother drying off, because you exit the water a perfect temperature already. I’ve been to Southern California beaches many times, but I am forever spoiled by Puerto Vallarta’s beach now. The grounds are impressive and clean and the the entire staff is great. All of the nightly shows that we attended (Michael Jackson, Illusionist, and 80’s rock concert) were tons of fun. Honestly we also spent a ton of time eating popcorn and drinking soft drinks while shooting pool in the evenings. The only slight disappointment we had was the Brazilian rodízio-style restaurant: Ipanema. That restaurant was actually one of the reasons we chose Hard Rock over other resorts (plus the overall vibe we got from their website and the reviews) because we love Brazilian rodízios, but this one was just not good. The meat was just kind of bland and seemed to be low quality cuts, and the linguiça (big sausage) was really gross. Also, the breakfast was only so-so. BUT, everything else was really good, especially Zen! In fact, we never ended up trying Ciao because we just couldn’t pull ourselves away from going to Zen (3 nights in a row 😬). We also loved that we didn’t have to worry about packing any “dress code” clothes or making any reservations, and that room service is included, which were other reasons we chose this resort. I know I’m forgetting many other things that I should be gushing about. I really just can’t recommend this resort enough.
