The room was clean, comfortable bed and lots of space From bellman to the front desk, from the bars to the restaurants, from the gym to the spa every one was extremely cordial and inviting, my family and I felt welcome during our whole stay in the resort.

Our family traveled here with a group of about 20. Upon arrival check in was smooth. However, on night one we had what looked like a roach (2 of them) in the room, my son screamed bc it nearly crawled on him. They did send a staff member the next day to check in and let us know they would make sure it didnt happen again however that is not what you want to see on day 1 of your vacation, especially as a preferred member in what is supposed to be your room upgrade. The first night we all ate Oceana, the food was terrible, and service was extremely slow, my chicken barely looked cooked. One morning the hostess at the breakfast buffet was extremely rude to my husband ( he went to have breakfast alone after we had already been there earlier) and had him sit at a dirty table, we issued a complaint and were told she is one of their best hostesses there and kind of made us feel as though we weren't believable, this was after speaking to management about the incident. The best part of this resort was the pool and premium drinks if you are preferred, bar tenders were great so at least they had that going, entertainment was also fun. We did go to the spa which was also clean and great massages. Check out was easy.

Great place to relax and have fun! Friendly environment, good food, entertainment for the adults and children. Good selection of tours.

They Stole from us. Wouldn’t go back.
My friends and I stayed here for 5 days and everyday something of value was stolen from our party. Money was stolen from out of my personal belongings. That was not left out. The first time I have been somewhere and had my personal belongings gone through. Money Waldo stolen from another persons room in my party. We Had a stolen jacket the next day, & a speaker the last day. Of course the hotel had nothing to say about that. Keep telling me they are going through the camera footage. Besides being stolen from, the food is horrendous. If you have restrictions in your diet you’ll barely have anything to eat for breakfast. The service was trash as well. We never got our washcloths & towels we asked for everyday. Not to mention there was a sour odor coming from the towels & beach towels and blood on the sheets. Honestly speaking the service was favored towards non Americans. It's also advertised as a beach resort but the tide is so unpredictable, you can never swim in it. The toilets in the rooms barely work. Some of the plugs don’t work.my next time in Panama will not be here. The only reason they get 2 stars is because of the pool.
