Very poor customer service. Do not recommend. Lock of fans for outside dinning. The premier level even locks professional customer service. Don’t waste your money Room service, didn’t replace items as needed.the only division that provided excellent service, was room service.

I booked this resort a year in advance for my 40th birthday and it met my expectations and more! All of the staff are polite and helpful and made my special day the BEST! Singing to me happy birthday during a music trivia game, leaving birthday gifts in my room I had the one of the best birthdays ever. The resort was clean and landscaping was absolutely STUNNING. 🤩 6 different pools, wildlife and nature all around with a clean beach! Monkeys were at the resort looking for food, feeding them is pretty laxed so I was able to experience hand feeding and one crawling on me letting me hold him! The beach is public so the usual locals selling merchandise can be a little bit bothering. Will for sure be returning with family and friends so that they can experience the wonderful time I had with my husband.

3rd BED in the BATHROOM
I stayed with a Dreams Hyatt member. I was not told that 3 adults could not be in a room. If I were told the room would not accommodate 3 adults I would have booked an additional room. This hotel thought that by adding a roll away twin bed in the bathroom would be okay accommodations for an adult paying over $800 to stay here. When I arrived at the hotel to see that the accommodations was not for an adult I asked what could be done and they said the only thing I could do was pay for another room which would be an additional $800. So now I am paying over $1600 for a 2 night stay at this all inclusive non-sense hotel. The hotel is too far to leave and get back on a plane. The staff is not solution oriented and basically doesn't give a damn once you are there and the money is already paid.

Jaco Costa Rica Dreams Las Mareas
The location was in the Jungle, not many activities for adults, very relaxing, Monkeys come on balcony patio daily begging for food building 5 & 6. Great photo opportunity. Loud animal noises at night - not sure type of animal. Golf cart ride to accommodations upon arrival and departure. Staff eager to help with questions. Food was good everyday all day. 24 hr gift shop with free food items and drink.
