WE WOULD GO BACK!!!! Start with only TWO negatives - (just seasonal) we didn't have that clear blue crystal sea. Seaweed was was there in abundance. They tried so hard to keep on top of it, but just too much. This was on all the beaches we visited. I believe other months are better for beach time. Second - Get a sunbed by 8/9am or gone (typical holiday issues) Not enough sunbed to ratio of people. The hotel, food, staff and everything else...FANTASTIC The hotel was more than enough for us. We arrived with staff waiting with a welcome drink. We was shown to reception and their lovely staff who within a few mins had all the details we needed and shown to our room. Rooms were cleaned with fresh towels and bedding. All the staff smiled and said hello, it was a very friendly place. The grounds are so well maintained and continuously being worked on. Can't fault any of the staff in any part of the resort. Food - Loads of options and the app was easy to use should you choose to eat at one of the booking restaurants. If not they had two large buffet, one snack bar, Crepe van and toastie van. If this isn't enough than it's just pure greed. Pool bars - Staff again great and fast pace. You want a drink at 11am be first in line as it gets packed. Again staff are pretty fast so wont wait long. THE BEST BIT............The entertainment staff. Never a dull moment and the happiest people you could meet. Get you involved, always something to do, helpful and just fun and all round happiness. Would go back for the entertainment alone, but it all added up to a fantastic holiday. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!

Below average not a four star
Let's start with the rooms , we booked privileged . The room was very nice spacious and aircon was good . They re stocked the minibar daily .. what I didn't understand was why they cleaned the room twice a day ? It was fine doing it once .. also where our room was 2014 ( try and avoid 2012 2013 and 2014 ) it was next to the cleaning cupboard so we had the noise of banging and crashing about early every morning . Also outside our balcony is the route they use for the cleaning of cooking equipment and cutlery. So all hours was banging and crashing ... take insect repellent the mosquitos are bad ( not hotels fault ) The staff were nothing short of brilliant so helpful so friendly and great at their jobs Now onto the food . We did attempt to eat at the standard Buffett once and the snack bar once . We didn't finish our food it was not plesent at all , dry tasteless and had been sat for a long time . As we were privileged we could eat at other restaurants all week . The booking system for these restaurants wasn't the best .. the burger restaurant was never full it only ever had two or three guests , but when looking on the system it was always fully booked ? We ate at the Italian which was below average, the Mexican , again we left without finishing our food as its was bland and tasteless ... On the other hand the steakhouse was ok The burger restaurant ( when we managed to get in ) was very good Our two favourites were the teppenyaki which was amazing we loved the food and experience. We also loved Beloved . Which was the restaurant we went to for breakfast and lunch every day . The food at beloved was very very good and the service was good also .. Another thing we found a little annoying was that as privileged we where suppose to have waiter service around the pool and a private pool , we did not have waiter service . And the pool ( although separate) eveyone in the complex used . This was not managed at all , and to be honest it ruined our pool experience there should have been somebody checking this . As we go on holiday to relax not be jumped on and splashed by drunk 18-20 year olds who where not privileged ... this was our first time in Mexico and as a Scottish couple advised us do not judge Mexico on this hotel .. we will rerun to Mexico but I don't think we will return to this hotel .. we paid a lot of money extra to be privileged and it just isn't worth it at all . This hotel said 4 star we think it's 3 star at best ...

Ignore the negative comments it’s a little belter
We are leaving today following 7 days here in a Privileged suite (8311) and it’s been nothing like the other recent comments. To be honest I nearly moved hotels but I went with my instincts. It’s not a 5* hotel but it’s a very good 4*. Reasons below…… Staff. Very friendly and always happy to help despite the language barrier. Bars. We have our own dedicated bar being privileged and it’s always fast to get drinks. Never had a problem all week. Restaurants. Beloved is our favourite. Menu doesn’t change though only issue. Quality of steak (NY strip) was a little fatty. Others like the Mexican bar and the steak house are good too. Avoid the burgers bar, it’s the worst of all we tried. Drinks are fine and I didn’t see any issues. Rooms, are a little dated but everything worked, mini bar was stocked every day and the maids cleaned the room, new towels every day. All good. The on line app…….no issues. Sun-beds, if you lounge about until 11.30 dont expect to get one. But that’s your own fault. Things to avoid. Noisy Americans!!! Overall I’d come back and stop again in a privileged suite again. Thanks for a great time 👏
