Overall the resort was nice, staff was very helpful and friendly. However the rooms are modern, there was stains on our pillows and bed sheets. The dry wall under the sink in the sink in the bathroom was peeling from water damage. Lastly, I was there for a vacation and was annoyed at the pressure to attend the timeshare presentation.

Outdated resort. Rooms and exterior of buildings need updating. Constant repainting over damaged areas begins to look tacky. The resort is excellent if you like to party!

Overall great trip! The highlight for me is the pool entertainment. They give you many things to do so you will have an enjoyable experience. Staff was nice overall. Drinks were extremely weak. Drinks were extremely watered down. None of the wine or liquor had legs or the smell of real alcohol 🍷 . Definitely fun times at the pool everyday

Go someplace else.
No surprise, lots of sargassum. Typical for July. The resort still needs some renovisions. Was a little too large for us. Long walks to get to the beach from the front of the resort where activities and shops are. The TV had no instructions on how to find the channels, not sure if housekeeping was doing something or what. The shower head sprayed water towards the ceiling and the toilet occasionally stuck.... couple of things we decided not to call attention to since we have video evidence of our butler going through our luggage from a previous issue we had reported the previous day. The main pool had an algae issue: the walls were green, the ladies with lighter colored hair noticed their hair was turning green and anything white on swimsuits was turning green. I booked 3 rooms. We had taken a couple of newbies with us hoping to wow them about UVC, but they were a little turned off by some inconsistencies, as we were: Some days we had snacks and the fridge was restocked and some days we didn't and it wasn't. Some days one room didn't get snacks, but the other 2 did. We have been UVC members for 9 years. This resort was a let down to many others we had been to. Almost all resorts decorate the room when you book an anniversary trip as we have done many times and did again this time. Unfortunately the resort did not recognize our anniversary, nor the honeymoon of the newbies we had with us, until we asked them to. Disappointed. Won't return.

Jul 17, 2025V-Family Vacation July 25. Truly another amazing visit to Breathless Punta Cana.
This was our fifth visit to Breathless Punta Cana. Again our trip was so amazing, Super magnifico. From arrival to departure I had a feeling of contentment and relaxation. The dining experiences were perfect and every dish was exquisite in presentation and taste. The staff or better yet our Dominican family were as always exceptional, professional and beautiful souls. Richard and Juan from the French restaurant were so amazing and truly made my family’s experience extraordinary. Luz is an amazing person. Martina from the Strip restaurant is also amazing. Our concierge from the Exhale Club Elis Cedano was very helpful and attentive. Elio the Silk City restaurant was amazing. Jenny and Calvin from the party pool were fantastic and worked very hard. If I may make a few suggestions to new visitors. Try the Banana mama, the Iced lemonade with vodka at the party pool. The purple lychee martini in the new Exhale club. One of Calvin’s mojitos in the party pool. The French restaurant provides an excellent dining experience. Silk City is also a great dining experience, make your reservations early. Have Mr. Ventura make you an omelette to start your day at the Spoon restaurant. The seaweed was a factor but not a negative one, its nature. Enjoy the sunshine get a tan. Be a gracious guest and enjoy your time and the amazing people that work hard to make sure you have a great time.
