    It’s a reason why the call it Breathless, because it leaves you speechless!

    Let me begin by saying this was the best birthday vacation ever for my wife! I selected the Xhale package and the butler service was second to none! Shane and Rory were stellar in their profession and made us feel special from the moment we stepped foot on the resort! We wanted for nothing! We have nothing but great things to say about The Breathless Resort and Spa! The hospitality from everyone was so on point. They made you truly feel like this is your second home. Oh and the many many delicious food options were great as well! From room service to restaurants, this all inclusive was the best! This was the best birthday celebration for my wife and she will forever remember Breathless, because it left her “speechless”.

    Amazing vacation

    I loved everything about this resort especially the kai from the entertainment staff. She was excellent and made me feel at home.Even tho I was solo I never felt alone. She always got me up and dancing . I also liked patricia from housekeeping. She is the best. I wish I could take them both home with me. I will definitely be back .

    Hyatt needs to pay their employees a fair wage

    I can't express enough how grateful we are for the exceptional service provided by Brandon Chin during our wedding planning process at Breathless Resort. Since we booked our wedding for, Brandon has been an invaluable asset in managing our accommodations for our 58 guests. His attention to detail and dedication ensured that everything was organized smoothly, especially on the day of check-in. When we arrived, we faced an unexpected challenge as some of our guests' rooms weren't ready for over two hours due to a strike by the hotel staff. It was a stressful situation, but Brandon quickly stepped in. He personally came to the lobby to expedite the check-in process, demonstrating his commitment to making our experience as seamless as possible. Throughout the wedding planning journey, Brandon has been instrumental in addressing our needs and concerns, often going above and beyond to rectify issues that were outside of his direct control. While I encountered some service challenges during my stay at the resort, Brandon's proactive approach and willingness to help made a significant difference. I highly recommend Brandon Chin for anyone looking to plan their stay at Breathless Resort. His professionalism and dedication truly set him apart, and we are incredibly thankful for all he has done to help us during this special time. Thank you, Brandon!

    Could have been better

    Not the best experience. Staff was not as friendly. The jacuzzi did not work was not able to use till the day before we left. Also not being able to smoke THC at an all adults resort even in the smoking sections was ridiculous. I will day Nadine at the swim up bar was the best in her service and being friendly.

    I love that they call it home away from home!

    Trip was excellent! Never get rid of Red Stripe, West & DJ Stewy as the entertainers. They made me feel so welcomed! I love that they call it a home away from home. Very clean and relaxing. Always something to do and the entertainers are always ready to help you feel comfortable and have fun.
