  Would recommend for the shower alone!

  We loved this place. Super chill with great house vibes all day long. Emi was rad at the roof top bar all weekend and Martin was perfection with the Italian restaurant representation and service. Would recommend. And since I have 23 characters left in my recommendation, I would say that the shower alone is worth the price of admission. Martin a picture Online buddy

  Soul 2025 New Year

  We celebrated New Year’s 2025 at Soul. (we always use @CanadaTransfers for our airport transportation- on time/safe/professional/request beer/champagne great driver Uziel) We were really impressed by the hotel's decor, cleanliness, and the amount of friendly staff everywhere. The room is bright and spacious with a Bluetooth speaker in the ceiling that you can connect to for creating vibes in the room. The beach is unique with its clear beautiful water and a very shallow area that goes 25 yards into the ocean so you can just hang out in the water. Plenty of chairs, and they will bring you drinks on the beach, which is really nice. The pool party called Xcelerate is so fun every day. It's the rooftop pool on top of the Xcelerate building with stunning views of almost all of Cancun. You can even see Isla Mujeres. The DJ plays a variety of styles from 1-5 pm every day, and the music and drinks go perfectly with the view. Don't forget to grab a snack (tacos, fries, hamburgers) at the grill by the pool. You can rent cabanas or just have fun in the pool and the swim-up bar. Grab a double espresso and cookie at the Nook snack bar on the first floor before heading up to your room to get ready for the evening. Dinners were all outstanding—French, Italian, Sushi, Steak, Mexican. They are small, but each has its own style and decor, so check them out. We suggest placing your name down with the hostess and getting a buzzer, then go for a cocktail at the lobby bar (usually entertainment every night). Enjoy the after-dinner entertainment at the “BAR” downstairs every night and then dance the night away at their small but fun AfterDark club. Open till 1 am. Room service is 24/7, and the burrito was the best choice🥰. The breakfast buffet was giant and full of option. Sitting outside is the perfect start to the day while having mimosas and all that great food. And then New Year's Eve happened!!!! The pool party was lit all day with a variety of entertainers - acrobats, dancers, champagne showers, guitarists, bongos, DJ. Insane! But that night was another level. They had bars, food, desserts, random entertainment everywhere. All outside making it just perfect. The DJ booth was a light show and then the fireworks at midnight on the beach was magical. The best photo booth i have ever seen. So many people dressed in their party outfits dancing and having so much fun made our experience even more outstanding. Happy 2025 Soul! Thank you for starting our year off right. Love to the whole staff but a few that really made us feel like VIP. Hugo - sommelier - so friendly,polite, and knowledgeable Daniel-Entertainment mgr- friendly, fun, always working, always smiling Javi - MGR- polite, friendly, creating the experiences Arvin-front desk mgr - biggest small and happy to have you checking in, helpful Irwin- pool attendant- on point and attentive Erik and Julio -Exhale club bartenders - best cocktails and so friendly and ready-for your next drink. Robinson -Nook and AfterDark bartender- so fun. So cool. So nice!!!! So patient. Carlos - waiter at Fishnets- patient and helpful- attentive. Sergio-waiter at Silk City- loved his timing with the food

  Vibrant Luxury and Party Vibes at Their Best

  Breathless Cancun Soul is my favorite of the Breathless properties! It perfectly blends luxury accommodations with vibrant party vibes. The resort offers an impressive variety of restaurants, ensuring there's something for everyone. It's the ideal destination for those seeking fun, relaxation, and great food all in one place.

  Disappointed

  Sub par food. Cheap liquor. Too many time share salespeople Not worth the money Was hoping for a high end experience but sadly disappointed. The food was not even as good as basic nation chain food. The beef was chewy, burgers dense and difficult to eat.

  Resort is not worth the money

  The resort was very clean and the staff was wonderful! The rooms were kept clean. We had an ocean front view room that view was gorgeous. The room.. Our refrigerator didn't work, and they brought one to replace it and still didn't work to keep things cold. So the mini bar was not used. We did drink the room temperature bottled water. The shower leaked but dealt with that because each didn't want to smell caulk. The water has an odor. I have been to several resorts in Mexico and have never had to deal with this smell. The food was not the best. We did eat at the Italian restaurant twice and it was good both times. The steakhouse was ok. Three of us got the filet, and it was very tough and not seasoned. We ate breakfast at the buffet and was pretty decent. The best was the pizza out by the pool! The guys enjoyed the Mexican pizza, and my friend and I enjoyed the pepperoni. The juices had an aftertaste. I have been to several resorts and have always enjoyed the different juices. They were not good here. I am typically a cranberry and vodka drinker. The drinks were very weak. The guys drank Coors from a can because neither liked the beer out of tap. You have to get up early and mark your chairs so you have someplace to hang out. We didn't hang at the rooftop pool. We sat on the couch up there and was told it was 1,000 to sit there!! The cabana are a charge, they call it bottle service. So we stayed on the beach mostly. They have the ropes in the gulf to show where you can get in but the water is only ankle deep. If you go out past the ropes, the life guard blows his whitle. This was the first time we stayed at a Breathless, and I can say we most likely will not stay at another one. We couldn't wait to come home.
