    FAMILY VACATION FROM HELL!

    This was the most awful vacation ever. The hotel is outdated with horrendous furniture and terrible food. I honestly couldn’t believe that I couldn’t get bottled water unless I went into the premium room. No service at the beach. The beach is small and the sand feels like rocks. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere

    May family vacation

    This was our first trip out of the country. We do not have anything to compare it to, but it was very enjoyable. It was beautiful and Puerto Vallarta. The staff and the people were friendly. The most enjoyable is probably the buffet because of the view and the variety of fresh food. We really did enjoy the restaurants as well that were included with our trip. It was nice not having to worry about anything and just relax and have a good time with the all inclusive package.

    Best Affordable All Inclusive Resort for Couples and Families

    My husband and I came to Barceló for our honeymoon. I had been to the resort 10 years prior and it is just as wonderful as I remember if not more. There are daily activities from water aerobics to ping pong tournaments to fun games throughout the day. One person in particular made our honeymoon trip go from wonderful to amazing and that was Fernando Mancilla with the entertainment staff. He made every activity so fun and inclusive. He’s kind, really cares about the guests and is the absolute life of the party! Barceló is a great getaway for adults as they have areas that are “adult only” but we also can’t wait to come back with our kids as they have so many activities for them as well. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, cleanliness is clearly a priority here, and you just can’t go wrong with all inclusive. There are gift shops and artisan shops with artwork from local artists. The beach is accessible with just a few steps from the pool. It’s the most beautiful, affordable getaway I have experienced. Also a shout out to the spa. My husband and I had a wonderful couples massage that was relaxing and just overall wonderful. I would highly recommend this resort to everyone interested in visiting Mexico!

    Great experience!

    The hotel had great activities to do if you didn’t want to just stay in the pool. Alba, Alma, and Fernando with the activities were really nice. All employees were super nice and accommodating!
