    Pristine beaches and entertainment

    The Alexandra is lovely all inclusive resort in Turks and Caicos. The beach is pristine and always has chairs no matter what time of day. The jerk chicken was to die for and black rock grill was a great dinner choice. However, the standout goes to the staff and entertainment team. Everyone on staff was lovely, personable, complimentary, and happy to chat or answer questions. In particular, Tasha, part of the entertainment team worked her butt off to ensure guests had a fun time. She led trivia games and easy to follow dance steps during dance parties. She did her best to make sure everyone felt included and inspired people that were shy to get up and dance. Join the activities if you go because it’s so fun! Just remember, you’ll never see other guests again so who cares, enjoy yourself!

    Alaxandra Resort, I will be visiting again🫡🤙👌

    With my reviews will always give those that were outstanding my time to write something. We have been to few resort and hotels around the island. So far Alaxandra has been the best for entetainment, food and customer service. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Unlike some places that I have visited. For the prices around TCI very good value for money. Thank you. Unfortunatly I will be visiting again in the future🤣🤙.

    A Magical Family Getaway – Already Planning Our Return!

    Our family had a truly unforgettable stay at Alexandra Resort in Turks and Caicos, and we’re already talking about coming back next year! From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. When we had a brief misunderstanding with one of the roaming vendors on the public beach just outside the resort, management stepped in quickly and handled the situation with professionalism and care. Their responsiveness gave us so much peace of mind. Our room was modern, beautifully updated, and had a partial ocean view from our second-floor balcony—such a treat to wake up to! The fridge was generously stocked with a variety of beverages and bottled water, a thoughtful touch that made settling in even easier. The food across all the restaurants exceeded our expectations. Everything was expertly prepared and plated, with portion sizes in line with the upscale, chef-driven dining experience. There were plenty of delicious options for kids and picky eaters, which made meals a breeze for our family. Evenings were made more special with nightly entertainment that was not only fun but thoughtfully kid-friendly and well-organized. Our children especially adored the Play Pals program—Ayijsha and Angeline were exceptional caregivers who kept the kids engaged with creative activities (and even ice cream outings!). Our kids asked to go back every single day and named it the #1 highlight of their trip, just ahead of the amazing beach and pool. My husband took full advantage of the Hobie Cat, going out on the water multiple times each day—it was a personal highlight for him. We also spent a full day at Alexandra’s sister resort, Blue Haven, and were so impressed by the elevated ambiance. The food and drinks there were equally fantastic, and our dinner at Fire & Ice was a standout. The service was outstanding, and each dish was cooked to order and beautifully presented. Sipping cocktails by the fire pits, overlooking the yachts in the marina, was pure vacation bliss. Alexandra Resort gave us the perfect balance of luxury, family-friendly amenities, and authentic island charm. We left relaxed, happy, and already looking forward to our next stay. Highly recommend! 🌴✨
