Beautiful Island!

Beautiful beaches on a bay. Water is amazing as are the views. Decent snorkeling right off the resort beach on one side. Pools were great although the infinity pool is tiny so we couldn’t spend any time there due to lack of room. Resort recently renovated due to the hurricane so was nicely updated. Restaurant choices were limited and pretty far apart - we never got down to one of the daytime restaurants. Beware if you are an all-inclusive guest - you may get tired of the food options due to limited options. The food was pretty good overall. Our room was right on the beach which was great. However, we had ongoing issues with the A/C where it was clear they automatically turn up the temperature at night and our room would become stifling. In the morning it would suddenly start working again. We complained and asked for maintenance several times but it never resolved. Admittedly, we didn’t go to the manager of the resort over it. We did deal with her regarding another serious issue we had with a member of the waitstaff and she was empathetic, responsive and took care of it immediately. Overall, we would return here, but perhaps make some tweaks to the plan we select.

Best all inclusive

We enjoyed our stay very much. The service, staff, delicious food and heavy pour drinks were a welcome treat for an all inclusive. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was small but clean and just steps from the beach. The waves lulled us to sleep and woke us in the morning. The food was top notch. Tuna tar tar, tuna poke bowl and coconut shrimp were a few of our favorites. No watered down drinks at this place!!! All the bartenders were great. The water sports activities were included and it was nice to snorkel right off the beach. Overall we loved it and would go back again.

Great Resort but horrible service

I booked this trip as an all inclusive 5 day 4 night stay. The resort was beautiful. The beach, the pools, and the amenities were absolutely perfect. You're offered great variety of food and beverage services. Check in and concierge went smooth and they were very friendly. Staff at the Bar and Grill was absolutely terrible. We would wait an average of 10 minutes before even being "noticed", I put noticed in quotes because for some reason me and my husband were not treated very fairly. People who were seated after us and ordered after us were served first and this was all three times we dinned at Gizmo's Bar and Grill. The bartenders were so rude and would take forever just to open a beer that we would order. I'm not sure if it was because we were one of maybe 4 couples that had an all inclusive package, you have a blue band to wear, or if it was because we were significantly younger than everyone else. We were definitely treated very poorly there. We then dinned at Pure Ocean and it was a pleasure, fast service and friendly staff. Divi little bay was beautiful but I wouldn't stay here again just based on the nasty staff at Gizmo's.

good vacation

The resort is completely renovated and business seems to have picked up quite rapidly following Irma less than two years ago. Service can be improved and concerns should be attended to more promptly.
