Beautiful Hotel, poor customer service.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL... it sad, because my family and I was in San Juan Condado Hilton Hotel last summer for the first time and loved it so much we decided to come back and try a different location and property. This hotel and property is beautiful, however I just wish the workers would have a better attitude and make you feel welcome. The rooms were dusty and musty like they haven't used those rooms in months. They don't replace the towels when they clean rooms, you have to call a hundred times before someone actually comes. On my first night there after traveling all day and wanted to take a shower I had to walk all the way to the main lobby, just to be told that I would have to wait. There are no activities for adults or children, no lights in the main hotel at night are keep dim, I guess to conserve energy or keep the bill down. PLEASE BE AWARE THIS IS A NO CASH HOTEL, meaning they only take cards or its bill to your room. You're only allowed one towel per guest at the pool ( pool chairs are soiledcwith bird droppings), the beds at the pool comes at a price, however if you upgrade to the red level it's free they have their own private pool and separate checkin (which is just ridiculous).

My Melia Stay

Not a lot of food varieties during the day. Only a pool bar has food and liquor from 11-5pm. I'm used to multiple food options and bars at a resort. The stay was comfy and relaxing, though and the rooms spacious and clean.
