The staff is amazing! Always wanting and doing their best to help you with all of your needs. They REALLY want to please their customers. The food was good,Seemed to be something for everyone. Some things did not appeal to us,But better than some all inclusives I have been to. (I am talking about the buffets, not the restaurants that you make reservations for). The service was outstanding! Would not hesitate to stay again. Rooms were very comfortable, If you had a problem, they took care of it. Thank you Grand Sirenis for making our vacation wonderful!!! (I would give 10 stars for service if I could!)

Great vacation

The service at the resort was exceptional. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was cleaned every day and was absolutely comfortable and beautiful. The food was delicious and plenty of variety. Our flight was delayed 2 hours and arrived at the resort at 2am. We were so hungry and were so happy to find out they had an overnight buffet area. My favorite were the fresh natural juices. There was a coffee shop and an ice cream shop. I also enjoyed the lazy river. Unfortunately could not give it 5 stars completely. We visited Cancun to go to the beach. We went in mid june and there was a lot of seaweed at the beach. No one was at the beach. Workers were working hard to clear it everyday but the ocean just kept bringing more in. The resort was exceptional but the beaches weren't.

Love sirenis

This is my third time visiting. I wont stay anywhere else in Mexico. I'm recognized by the staff and have made several friends. It makes my day to have them all welcome me again as if I had never left. This truly is my home away from home.

No 2 miles of pristine sands here!

Overall the resort facility is on par with the other all inclusive Riviera maya resorts. The food and dinning options were enjoyable. The included non -motorized equipment consisted of 3 broken peddle boats and 2 well worn kayaks with broken paddles. The beach is piled high with heaps of rotting sargassum seaweed making water entry nearly impossible. The water and sand are discolored brown from the seaweed. The pools are typical of the region but not a substitute for clear blue Caribbean and white sand beaches.

Environmental Levy Fee
The Municipalidad of Solidaridad in the Rivera Maya is one of the most beautiful places in the Mexican Caribbean. Tourism has been instrumental in driving the economic and social development of the region. In an effort to continue to preserve, conserve and beautify the destination, the Municipality of Solidaridad has implemented a small environmental levy on visitors effective September 1, 2017. Hotels will collect 20 Mexican pesos per room per day on check out; the proceeds will be deposited in an environmental trust to fund local projects. The Municipalidad of Solidaridad thanks you for your understanding and support of this worthwhile endeavor. Thank you and enjoy your visit.
