Hotel placement cannot be altered or changed. Modifications to this reservation are allowed however all standard resort and airline fees will be assessed based on the nature of the change.

What is the minimum age for check in?1 answer
My Boyfriend and I are both 20 years old and plan on booking a deal of fortune. The minimum booking age for most resorts is 18 years old, but for one of the possible hotel choices in the deal of fortune, the minimum age is 21. Will this effect our booking? Because we are 20 years old, will the hotel with the minimum booking age of 21 automatically be opted out? What is the best solution for this?

We cannot guarantee an exact room location, however, once your resort is assigned, we can always put in a request for whether you'd want a room on a higher or lower floor. One thing to keep in mind is that this is only a request and while the resort does do their best to accommodate, we cannot make a guarantee on this.

Unfortunately your resort placement is random within the set list and there's no way to guarantee you won't be placed in Secrets Silversands.

Absolutely! When you book the Deal of Fortune Mayan Riviera Adults Only Ocean View, you are guaranteed an ocean view room in the adults only section of either Secrets Capri, Iberostar Grand Paraiso, Secrets Silversands or Valentin Imperial.

Yes, they are all inclusive. All of our outstanding hotels include unlimited food and drinks, but some dining restrictions may apply. As for resort credits, generally this is not something you receive when booking the deal of fortune as you do not find out which resort you are staying in until within 7 days of travel.

How can I book this deal of fortune for more than one couple that are traveling together, but want to pay separately? Also, we have another couple that MIGHT join us. Can they somehow book with us at a later date?

To book and guarantee all parties (couples) staying at the same resort, everyone would need to book on the same reservation. You can book online or call us at 1-800-915-2322, and use different forms of payment. If another couple would want to add on later, we can certainly look into this, however it is subject to availability.

since we wont know where were staying, it would be hard to have our friends join us. How could we work this out? They won't know until later if they can come or not.

Your friends would either need to be added on to your reservation (they can be added into a new room or you can look into adding to your room depending on occupancy requirements), or they can look into booking at your resort on a new reservation once it has been assigned.
