Not very happy with my purchase

I was very disappointed with the resort! There were many pools but children were swimming in the adult pools. I had paid extra for an oceanfront room come to find out that there are no ocean front rooms at that side of the resort, only ocean view rooms!!! I was never told there are two sides to this resort ! When we arrived , our room was not even ready & we had to wait an hour to get a room!!! There were a few restaurants on the premise but none were open at the same time! The Asian & Italian restaurants were only open two nights in the week & this was not mentioned anywhere!!! Overall, the resort was disappointing! Oh I forgot to mention the flight was with Spirit.....the worst flight ever!!! They broke my brand new luggage zipper!!!

WILL NOT RETURN

First thing in the door they try to sell you a upgrade. Before you even see your room. Within the first 10 minutes they are trying to talk you into a 90 minute, ( let's call it 3 hours ) high pressure sales pitch, Vacation Club. The ride up to our room on that old outdated elevator was just Scary. Rooms are in poor shape, Staff is not friendly, and yes you better tip or you become invisible. The shows are weak like the drinks. Food is Ok. Service not so good . Out of a five I give it a three. Not Impressed.

False advertising

The way I saw the pictures online is not the way it looks in reality. The rooms were poor. Front desk have an attitude. Food is just left here like the feeding birds. Just throw whatever. The room have things that don’t work, the hot water takes forever to come. The towels smells like mold like it wasn’t washed properly. The bed legs are shaky the room is not really spotless. The do not disturb sign is not here. The lazy river can’t be used because there’s no doughnut in it. Basically everything has an issue. Most of all you would think that with all this money that your paying there would be WiFi? Nope it’s an additional 25$ depending on the days you staying. It’s just annoying. Now it is not a bad hotel but it could’ve been better had they had the proper management.

Save you money and book somewhere else!

This was my first time to Jamaica and I was truly disappointed! This resort was booked for me through the deal of the week, which I feel like was a total sham! I will admit based off of the reviews I was expecting to walk into a hostel... and surprisingly it wasn’t a little better then what I expected. However the food at best is mediocre, the beds are hard and very uncomfortable and the service was not what you would expect from a all inclusive hotel staff. I was highly disappointed to find out that they had no nighttime entertainment after 10 pm so it was boring after that. The pools closed at 6 pm and there wasn’t really anything to do there during the day. They never had enough of anything! The first day it was beach towels, then wash cloths and floats for the lazy river at the pool! Save your money and book with another resort!
