Best luxury resort ever!

This is my third time visiting Jamaica and I've stayed at different all- inclusive resorts and I can honestly say this was the BEST! From the moment you approach the check in desk, you're greeted by the wonderful and very pleasant staff, as well as a welcome cocktail. Evey employ you meet greets you with a smile and go beyond to make sure you're happy. The rooms are absolutely amazing with a mini bar that's stocked daily and beds beyond comfortable. The beach as you can imagine is amazing and there were enough covered beach chairs for everyone. The bars are great with premium top shelf liquor that's included (I had Hennessey petty much evey time I went to the main bar which was like every hour!) There is a more exclusive bar that comes with an added charge, but the others were enough. The only thing i would change is the a la carte restaurants... the food there is very bland, dull abs left much to be desired. The buffet restaurants were 100x better!! That's how bad the a la carte restaurants were. But no worries there is a lil beach grill next to the outdoor restaurant that serves amazing patties, beans and rice, jerk chicken. I will definitely be travelling back to this resort again!

Another Wonderful Vacation

Iberostar runs a first class operation and the Grand is at the top. You will not be disappointed here and will be well taken care of. Check in is easy. You are not hassled with people trying to sell you timeshares or other stuff. the rooms are great and all are close to the beach and have views. your butler will take care of everything you need so just tell him what it is. Hot and fresh food served on the beach every day for lunch. Friendly staff softly encouraging you to participate in activities makes it fun (say high to Akeem!) Great restaurants (and buffet was surprisingly excellent - you could eat there every night!). Two great golf courses available if you like that. Snorkeling off the beach is surprisingly good. Just a great place to vacation.

Iberostar Grand Rose Hall

Simply loved everything!! At first we had trouble with the room being to cold. But after that was resolved everything was smooth sailing for me. My husband was a little upset that the bars inside the resort had ran out of his drink and they had not restocked it in the 5 days that we were there. However they did have it at the bars outside by the beach and pool area. So after that he stopped complaining and all was well. If it is the Lords will we will most definitely be going back!!!

What's to Love

It's an all-inclusive and all-adults-only - everything is swoon-worthy at this palace.

24-hour room service and Red Stripe in the mini-bar. It's a partay, day and night.

Cushy loungers under palapas and view of turquoise - booze snoozes welcome.

De-stressing at the spa with Turkish baths, seaside massages & the Jamaican cocoa scrub.

What We'd Change

Booking reservations at the a la carte restaurants can be difficult. Fortunately, with sister property access and on-site choices combined, you have lots of dining options.

Why You Should Go

It's 20 minutes from the airport - you'll be living large at this Jamaican gem ASAP.

You can dive into kayaking, windsurfing, basketball & more exercisey stuff. It's all here.

The majestic 18th century Rose Hall Great House is near and worth a looksee.

For more fun, visit the spots where "Live and Let Die" was filmed. Ask the concierge.
