Resort was huge and the rooms were very clean. Drinks were delicious and very strong, and there was many bars during the day that you could go to. However, only buffets are offered during the day. The buffets had a large selection of food, but the quality was not that good. The restaurants are only open from 6:30pm to 11pm, and the dinners were delicious. The Italian restaurant was my favorite. Overall, the staff was very friendly and attentive and always made sure you had a drink in your hand. Pool and beaches were clean, and there were always open lounge chairs, no matter the time of day. While we were there the water stopped working from 11am to 8pm, so we didn't not have working toilets, sinks or showers on the resort the entire day. They gave us bottled water to shower with which I wasn't too happy about, but things happen. My only complaint of the resort is that I wish the restaurants were open during the day.

Beware

Beware of this property. Recreation/pool staff think it's ok to grab guests and touch them inappropriately. Management and cooperate advised of situation and they found it funny.

Outdated

One of the worst properties I have stayed at. This was a very outdated hotel. Here are a list of all the things that went wrong: The room key was an actual key and they only had one for our room. Talk about inconvenient The power would go out in our room at least once a day until I convinced them to replace the switch. One day the power went out and the water shut off while I was in the shower We booked a total of three rooms and they were not together like we asked. We were told they did not have three rooms together. The hot tub in the spa was cold. All the literature said we could eat dinner at the other "sister" properties but no one told us we needed to get a card from the front desk. Only one of the beds had a blanket and we had to wait two days to get one for the other bed. Even without the air on the rooms were freezing at night. The good news is the staff was so very helpful and friendly.

Good and Bad

The resort took 2 days to get an extra key that worked for our room and to fix the AC. The king size bed was 2 beds pushed together with a gap in between the beds? The food was good, although you couldn't drink the water? There was a lot of food.
