This all depends on the availability of the resort you are placed in. You will find out the room category when you find out the resort. You can certainly always look into upgrading to an ocean view if you are not placed in one for an additional cost if the resort has the availability.

The rooms in the Deal of Fortune are considered run of house because it will be whatever lead in / lower room category is available at the resort you are assigned. If only upgraded rooms are available that is what you will receive but is not as likely.

We can always put in a request for your preferred bedding, however this is not something we can guarantee. We cannot guarantee bedding for most resorts unless the room specifies a particular bed size. The resorts do always try their best to accommodate requests as best as possible but this is subject to availability.

With the Deal of Fortune, you would have to all book on the same reservation to ensure you're in the same resort. You can, however, pay using up to 4 different credit cards so you can absolutely pay separately.

This isn't one specific resort, rather with the Deal of Fortune Punta Cana (Adults Only)-Sun you could be placed in any of 3 resorts. Iberostar Grand Hotel Bavaro is Located 35 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport; Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana is 30 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport; Breathless Punta Cana Resort & Spa is located about 45 minutes from Punta Cana International Airport.

The least expensive rooms (in a previous answer it was stated guests would most likely be given the last expensive rooms of the three resorts given) offer two double beds or one king bed. Am I still able to get the bed I want, or is it possible I may not have a choice? If I get a choice, how do I choose and when?

Even though your resort is not selected until within 7 days of travel, you can always put in a request at the time of booking or after on an existing and this will be sent to the resort upon assignment. Please keep in mind that bedding type is not something we are ever able to guarantee and is on a request basis only, although the resorts do their absolute best to accommodate thus.

Deluxe ROH means run of the house, essentially this means that you will be assigned to the lead in room category available at the time of resort assignment. Once you receive your resort assignment, you will find out the exact room category you will be placed in.
