My Breezes Bahama trip was great BUT I booked through because there was a $200 Amazon gift card promised. I have not received and get no responses from the two email requests I have sent. FALSE ADVERTISING and poor customer service. As far as Breezes, the beach is wonderful. Pools just ok. Not heated so not much use the last week. No reservations for their restaurants so trying to get seated in a dining room was horrible and wasted a lot of time. Their gym wasn’t bad. Buffet ok although breakfast buffet was excellent. Had a huge bug in our room one night, two nights before our week was over. Desk clerk wanted to move us to another room. Too close to the end of our vaca to bother. They were to send someone up but no one ever showed up or followed up to help us. Bug spray would have been nice and appreciated. Easy to catch the #10 or #12 buses up front to travel and very inexpensive.

right price.

Bahamas is Bahamas, how can you go wrong with that. Breezes has everything you need to spend your week end or all week. People is very friendly and educate that means good service. The beach is one of the nicest I ever see. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The food, huum! I heard people complaining for that and maybe I would complain also, but I am in food business and I know the costs beyond every little single bite of that food and for that I have to say " FOOD IS GOOD HERE".Is based mostly on a local basic food is not international Buffet. Don't expect lobsters-filet mignon - foi grass- ostrich -shrimp cocktails- etc.etc. Drinks as much as you want of course don't expect "LOUIS XIII". All I have to say is that this resort is well worth the money you spend. I will be back.

Disappointing visit at the Breezes

Breezes in the past use to be my most favorite place but this visit was so disappointing. I did not feel I got what I paid for. Amenities states different restaurants, and they only had 1 and the main dining hall open. The salad was constantly wilted and not the variety they had in the past. Tables were missing salt and pepper or may have one and not the other. The salt you couldn't even get to come out. They stopped offering mimosa's and bloody Mary's at breakfast. What tropical resort does that?!?!?! At the outdoor bar they wouldn't have fruit needed for the drinks. I offered to go inside and get the fruit. When she said I could I stated and pointed at my repeat quest wrist band and said this band evidentially means nothing. At that point she offered to go in and get the fruit. The only good thing out of my visit were the few employees still working there that I still knew and made me feel so welcomed and went above and beyond to take care of me, Lisl, Edwin, Marvin, Darvin and Sherry. Not sure if Cheap Caribbean owes me or Breezes for not getting what I paid for!! Very sad...………..

Great Value

We just spent 4 nights at Breezes and loved it. The weather was perfect, the beach is one of the best anywhere. The pools could use some updating , but they were clean. Our room was on the 7th floor and we had a nice view of the ocean. No balcony to sit out on unless you're on a ground floor. We must have had an renovated room, because it wasn't outdated as some have mentioned. The staff was excellent and very pleasant. The buffet was just OK, but the 3 restaurants we tried at dinner time were all very good. The bars were great and the entertainment was fun, especially Funky D. What more could you ask for at this price point. We will definitely be back!

Hotel Description

Breezes Bahamas: Cable Beach, Circus Fun and Climbing Wall

If Caribbean breezes are calling your name, answer them at Breezes Bahamas, a resort with Bahamian charm, three pools, a famous beach and an awesome circus trapeze that brings a touch of the unexpected to paradise.

This Breezes resort in the Bahamas is a Nassau gem thanks to Cable Beach, where the sugar-white sand and calm, azure waters satisfy your inner beach bum. Pull up a chaise lounge, take a deep breath and let the waves erase your cares. When you need a break from tanning, slip into one of three beautiful pools or a bubbling Jacuzzi. Between the main area, misting pool and "Sip and Dip" pool, there's one that suits your style.

Dinner keeps your taste buds partying when you choose the outside tables at Garden of Eden. Dig into an Adam's Rib or Eve's Secret to find a bit of themed culinary heaven. For lighter fare, the Main Dining Room features a casual buffet while the Pool Grill offers snacks under the palms.

Looking for high octane activity? Sign up for free windsurfing lessons or test your skills on the 30-foot climbing tower. There's also kayaking, sailing, tennis and basketball. For three-ring fun, take advantage of the free lessons at the resort's circus trapeze. Or, if activity after dark sounds fun, keep on swinging at the resort. Order a martini at the Piano Bar, or head to Hurricane Disco, where on Wednesdays the smell of roast pig and the beat of steel drums lure you to an unplugged evening of Caribbean fun. On Tuesdays, make sure you bring your best jammies, because the disco features a rockin' Pajama Party.

Breezes Bahamas makes a great base for exploring Nassau. Start with a close-up look at sharks and manta rays at The Atlantis Aquarium. Or go for a hike at the Queens Staircase, where the lush gardens and limestone stairs take you back to the 18th century. For the treasure hunter, Nassau's duty-free shops offer one-of-a-kind cultural crafts.
