Jamacia

The resort itself was clean and the employees were pleasant. In most all inclusive resorts service can be lacking. The service here was very good, I would rate it a four out of five. The all inclusive liquor seems to be watered down but not as much as other all inclusive we have attended. I might rate the liquor at 75% or watered down 25%.

Friendliest Resort with Excellent Service!

We have traveled to a number of resorts and have never encountered a staff as friendly and helpful as the people at Iberostar Rose Hall Beach Resort. Beginning with Jeveve who showed us two different rooms and assisted us in changing rooms with a smile when we wanted a pool view room. Lance at the front desk was very helpful as well. Tatlynn was always there when we needed her to bring our daily drink(s) of choice. The entertainment group always kept people going with an unlimited amount of energy. Not unusual to see Angel, Buttercup,Sparkle, Teddy Bear and Stringbean at 9 a.m. and still see them going strong at midnight. The resort is very clean and the food is good. The Cajun restaurant was our favorite, followed by the Japanese restaurant. The Internaional Buffet has very good presentation with numerous food choices but keep in mind, this is a buffet and it is difficult to keep food warm. Some food looked great but lacked taste in our opinion. Overall a very pleasant experience and would go back.

FUN,

WE spent 12/30/2017 to 1/8/2018 at the Iberostar rose hall beach/ Jamaica 4 families with young adult children Best all inclusive we have done .. it was our third trip food was great, restaurant reservations for 22 were accommodated Rooms were clean and lovely cleaning was exceptional Pool was awesome, beach was very nice water sports easy to locate and participate Lobby bar serves coffee in the morning.. great place to meet up before breakfast. Negatives: -bar liquor is definitely watered down but that work for us as the drinks were strong enough They are too strict about beach towels and threaten to bill you if you dont return the exact number. -Room service was s0-so Overall We were very happy. NO doubt..we will be trying an Iberostar resort again!

Different hotel

I had booked a trip to Iberostar Beach, but when I arrived I was told I had been given a free upgrade to their suites. This is on the same property but with different pools, restaraunts, etc. I can say that the suites are like staying in a high class hotel. My room had two large beds, a sitting room with couch and table, and a huge bathroom with walk in shower and tub. The staff are magnificent from the front desk to the maids to the bartenders to the talented, high energy activity staff. I had a back injury that limited some of what I could participate in yet I was still able to find things to do. Also the weather was poor during my stay and I am sure I would have enjoyed the time more had mother nature been cooperative. Overall the food was excellent, the service was fantastic and the nighlty shows enjoyable. I have been to jamaica 5 times and Iberostar suites was far and the way the cleanest, most friendly resort I have experienced. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun vacation while being treated like royalty.
