Good Time

The resort was beautiful and huge I like the idea of them having golf carts for the tourist to take around the resort and everyone was very helpful The food was very good especially the restaurants. The room was spacious the only complain I would have about the room was that it smelled moldy and you cant walk barefoot because your feet would get very dirty. The showers were very nice with plenty of hot water and the maid was very helpful (Magdelia I believe was her name). Overall I would recommend it.

Beautiful resort

Spent a week there from 3/27/18-4/3/18. We picked this resort because it was the cheapest for our family compared to other resorts. We had a great time but were surprised at how most people spoke broken english which wasn't a major issue but made it difficult at times. We had private transport with Amstar which was great to and from the airport. Amstar will help book your excursions at your resort (we didn't realize this until our last few days which we wish we had met with them at the beginning of our trip). We did the zipline excursion at Scape Park which was said to be the best. We didn't use kayaks because they were usually booked for the day (book at 9:00 in the morning which we didn't realize until the end of the trip) Resort grounds: Beautifully maintained, everything you can imagine a Caribbean island resort should look like with palm trees and plants, trams running day and night to help you get around but we didn't think the walk was bad if we didn't catch a ride (only took us a few minutes to walk to beach from our room (building 34) plus you could see the beautiful scenery, open air lobbies were gorgeous and you could easily visit the sister resorts nearby Beach: clear blue water, tiny waves, constantly being raked and removed of seaweed (other beach resorts in the area had seaweed on the beach which had a bad smell after it sat in the sun so we were very happy with our beach), chairs go quickly so get down early (7ish) to get good spots (we laid beach towels to reserve our chairs), 2 restaurants on the beach to get snacks and drinks during the day which is nice Food: a ton of options but not the best food (buffet gets mundane and doesn't really vary), we did 3 restaurants during our stay and they were a nice change of pace with different food options and a quieter atmosphere (buffet got hectic at times with people walking all over the place and it gets loud) Room: We had 2 junior suite deluxe rooms which adjoined (we were worried they wouldn't have this for us so we were happy), balcony in each room, beds were comfortable, shower worked well (water pressure was good), outlets need to be replaced but everything worked with a jiggle Entertainment: Always something going on whether at the beach, lobby, pools...dance aerobics at the pool and beach, dancing in the lobbies and outside areas where singers would be, very upbeat singers and dancers, shows each night (schedule of shows in the lobby) All in all this was a great vacation for our family (2 adults and 3 teenagers)....great value for our money and would definitley go back...
