We had a wonderful time enjoying the pools and the beach. Pool bar was awesome. The grounds were beautiful and the views awesome. I would recommend Breezes Resort to anybody looking for good service, food and value for your money. We had excellent food, service and unlimited drinks. This was our first all inclusive and we would definitely stay at Breezes resort again.

Don't recommend Breezes

Just returned from Breezes Nov. 4th 2017. Curtains in the room had mold on them! Room was super old! Hangers in closet were rusted and dirty! Chair was gross! Toilet was leaking from the bottom! Got a new room the next morning! It was much cleaner but still old! Food was not too great! Lady at the Pool Grill was eating fries, sucking ketchup from her fingers and preparing food for guests without washing her hands!!!!!! Pools looked old and worn! The best thing about this place was the staff, the breakfast buffet and the beach! Would not recommend!!!!

Worst resort ever

I have stayed at dozens of resorts and Breezes was by far the worst all Inclusive resort I have ever stayed at. The service was awful, the employees seem to hate their jobs, the food was mediocre at best and left to sit out until gone. The pool was filthy, stained, dirty and the pool/beach chairs were broken and filthy. Upon check-in, the power went out in our room within the first 5 minutes, we were told "it happens and should be back on soon". After using the bathroom, the toilet wouldnt flush and we had no running water in the sink. Again we were told "they are working on it and it should be fixed soon". We were heading down to lunch and now wondering how their employees were washing their hands!!!" The rooms were dirty and the last straw was I couldnt even get a bottle of water in my room at an all inclusive resort to take a pill. We contacted Cheap Caribbean and within 48 hours were checked out of that dump and into the spectacular, newly renovated Riu Palace. Thank you Cheap Carribean.

First Visit - Probably Last

We knew going in that this was an old resort, but it had come highly recommended by a family member who had visited with a group of girlfriends. When we arrived the lobby was packed with people - it seems our vacation coincided with a local political convention and many of the participants were staying at Breezes. I had requested - and paid extra for - an ocean view room on the first floor (we are in our 70's and my husband can't walk long distances). Regardless, we were given an ocean view room on the third floor at the opposite end of the corridor from the elevator. The room was nice enough - clean and comfortable - and looked out over the ocean. The buffet restaurant had a good choice of food, but by the time you got everything on the plate, found a table (rarely with silverware and napkins), and located a server to order a beverage, the food was cold. The Italian restaurant was especially nice - the food was delicious and the server was wonderful. As for the bar service - we are used to sitting at a bar - be it outside or inside - and chatting with other guests and the bartenders. There was none of that here - you got your drink and walked away. Some of the bartenders were snippy and I didn't care for many of the drinks. In closing, I just want to say that we are regular visitors to Aruba which is a complete about-face from Breezes and the Bahamas. We stay at an old resort there, but they are always updating and modernizing. The food there is good also and the workers are much more friendly. The bars are welcoming and the drinks are very good. I guess we'll stick with what we know and like.

Hotel Description

Breezes Bahamas: Cable Beach, Circus Fun and Climbing Wall

If Caribbean breezes are calling your name, answer them at Breezes Bahamas, a resort with Bahamian charm, three pools, a famous beach and an awesome circus trapeze that brings a touch of the unexpected to paradise.

This Breezes resort in the Bahamas is a Nassau gem thanks to Cable Beach, where the sugar-white sand and calm, azure waters satisfy your inner beach bum. Pull up a chaise lounge, take a deep breath and let the waves erase your cares. When you need a break from tanning, slip into one of three beautiful pools or a bubbling Jacuzzi. Between the main area, misting pool and "Sip and Dip" pool, there's one that suits your style.

Dinner keeps your taste buds partying when you choose the outside tables at Garden of Eden. Dig into an Adam's Rib or Eve's Secret to find a bit of themed culinary heaven. For lighter fare, the Main Dining Room features a casual buffet while the Pool Grill offers snacks under the palms.

Looking for high octane activity? Sign up for free windsurfing lessons or test your skills on the 30-foot climbing tower. There's also kayaking, sailing, tennis and basketball. For three-ring fun, take advantage of the free lessons at the resort's circus trapeze. Or, if activity after dark sounds fun, keep on swinging at the resort. Order a martini at the Piano Bar, or head to Hurricane Disco, where on Wednesdays the smell of roast pig and the beat of steel drums lure you to an unplugged evening of Caribbean fun. On Tuesdays, make sure you bring your best jammies, because the disco features a rockin' Pajama Party.

Breezes Bahamas makes a great base for exploring Nassau. Start with a close-up look at sharks and manta rays at The Atlantis Aquarium. Or go for a hike at the Queens Staircase, where the lush gardens and limestone stairs take you back to the 18th century. For the treasure hunter, Nassau's duty-free shops offer one-of-a-kind cultural crafts.

This hotel is All-Inclusive.

  • Accommodations as selected
