The hotel was beyond my expectations, the staffs was amazing, especially Ashley and Akhim. The food was great also the drinks, the beach is beautiful so as the pool.

Everything was clean and accommodating. Everyone was professional with there work ethics and we appreciate everything they have done to make our stay comfortable.

We had a good stay at the resort. The buffet is 5 stars all the way! The a la cartes are mediocre. The exception to that was the Brazilian. It was stellar. Unfortunately it only seemed to be open once a week. The rooms are good, very clean and definitely everything you need. Down side was the service.. until we spoke to customer service... We shouldn't need to do that. We tip consistently however it is usually just a dollar a round. This seemed to be frowned upon and we were ignored often as they seemed to be expecting 5 to 10 a round. Usually our drinks were just 2 beers so we did not feel that much was warranted. The a la cartes left a lot to be desired, however after talking to customer service there seemed to be. A big change in how we were treated. We are not picky but waiting 90 mins in the a la carte for a meal that was cold and incorrectly cooked was a bit much. After we chatted with customer relations wait times were more what we expected. Still on island time , but the food was hot and properly cooked.

Lovely stay in the luxury side
Please don’t be put off by the bad reviews I was very dubious about coming to this hotel (We stayed on the luxury side)after reading them but wow what a please surprise it’s beautiful .we upgraded to a sea view room and the check in and everyone on the reception desk were so pleasant and helpful special thanks to Shannon who stayed late to assist us . The rooms clean even though sometimes a bit late in the day I had a problem with my safe but it was sorted within 20 min Most of the restaurants good except for the dolce vita lady welcoming us was rude the food cold and only 1 red wine (unless you paid for a bottle ) Don pablo was excellent The buffet for breakfast lovely and lunch was equally good made better by the staff especially Mitchlin who I wanted to adopt !!! The room service is very basic and can take a while to arrive and you can’t have wine on it unless u pay so I suggest taking some from the bar to your room !! The evening entertainment is lacking !!! We made some lovely friend and wonderful memories will definitely be back
