the Hotel is one of the best we have stayed at, and we have been about quite a bit lol, the cleanliness was excellent, the staff were all very friendly and professional, i have to mention the family pool bar staff, they were excellent, quick, and very clean while being in a very demanding job, i must mention Yohan he must be the coolest bar man in the Dominican, your glass was never empty and he remembers even what you drink a day or so afterwards and his English was very good, where the language barrier was there at times, he would also translate for me lol, overall the hotel / stay /accommodation and all staff from top to bottom very good indeed, we will be back!

Best experience ever
Our experience here is 100% as they advertised on their website. This is our last full day. We leave tomorrow. I was just saying to to my husband that I can’t put it in full words, but there is a feeling I got being here that topped all our past all inclusive experiences. It’s been fabulous here 😊

Exceptional
This was one of the best trips I have ever experienced. I recommend to anyone who wants an all inclusive trip. We even had a three year old who was also entertained. Had a great children's program.

The room was flooded when we arrived. They told us to go have dinner and it will be fixed when we get back. The next morning it was leaking again. They told us they didn’t have another room at the moment. The room leaked every single day that we were there and maintenance had to come more than 5 times. One of the nights it was at midnight and my children were asleep, it didn’t get resolved until 3am. We finally got offered to switch rooms the night before we were leaving and it was such an inconvenience to pack everything and move it to another room. This took so much time from our vacation. The staff at the restaurants were rude. The food was repetitive. We spoke to a supervisor and they said they couldn’t escalate our problem because we booked through Expedia. Horrible hotel and I do not recommend it at all!
