Jun 22, 2025Wonderful Anniversary Trip!
Traveled to Secrets Royal Beach for our anniversary trip and it did not disappoint! The grounds are immaculate with wonderful staff always willing to help. We were premium guests, so we had the help of Alfredo throughout our stay and he was amazing. He was always attentive and easy to get in touch with throughout the day. He definitely made our stay even more special! The resort has many good quality delicious food options. Loved the fact that most restaurants don't need reservations. I have been to other all inclusive resorts and have ended up eating at the buffet every night because reservations fill up months in advance. This wasn't the case at Royal Beach. The Japanese restaurant is the only one that requires a reservation. Buffet also has many options and never felt over crowded. Pool areas are spacious and very well maintained. You are also able to use the pools at the Dreams resort next door which is a nice plus if you want to spice it up. Beach area is nice and calm compared to other areas in DR. Rooms are spacious, clean and updated with a fully stocked mini fridge. I don't have one single complain or suggestion for Secrets Royal Beach. Loved our stay and will definitely stay there again in the near future!

The vacation of our dreams!!!
We have never had a vacation this luxurious before!! The grounds are exquisite, the staff is beyond exceptional, so much variety in food options, quality is fantastic... We stayed for 1 week for our 14th anniversary (and was also our honeymoon since we never had one), and not a single day flew by. As I tell everyone I talk to, it truly was "island time"!! There is no question that we will be back! Photos below are from our Grand Master Suite patio.

This resort is beautiful and we truly got to relax and enjoy just being together. We loved it and had a great time. I didn't like having to upgrade as soon as we checked in and I would warn anyone if they go there - which we may go back again - dont listen to the sales pitch for their vacation club. It is sad how many people will sign up and not even investigate it. It is a scam.

The best bartender
Robert at the Preferred Lounge is the real MVP If you’re staying at Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana, make sure to stop by the Preferred Lounge and ask for Robert. His margaritas are hands down the best in the resort perfectly balanced, always chilled, and crafted with care. But it’s Robert’s personality that truly makes the experience unforgettable. He’s warm, charismatic, and makes everyone feel like a VIP. More than just a bartender, he’s a highlight of the trip. Thank you, Robert, for your amazing service and for turning every drink into a memorable moment

Perfect vacation, will definitely go back
This place did not disappoint. I would give it a perfect 10. Staff are all so friendly. If you go be sure and ask for Ruben, Flower and Hot Coffee. They took exceptional care of us during our 5 days there. Food and drinks were great. The entire resort was amazing.
