    Post Pandemic Traveling Internationally

    The customer service at The Marriott Nassau Downtown/Junkanoo Beach was a safe haven. The customer service was amazing. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The women at the var provided amazing customer service, no matter what time of the day I came. Housekeeping was phenomenal. The front desk attendants gave a welcome worthy of royalty. I would also like to thank Clyde for such a welcoming, warm, and gentle smile. The customer service was top notch. The hotel was clean, friendly, and conveniently located at a great location. I would recommend.

    Second visit wonderful

    We stayed for 6 nights check in was wonderful and the person at front desk remembered my requests made 2 months ahead of time that is service.This was our second stay and had a wonderful time again the manager Clyde greeted us daily and always asked if things were ok.We ate from the restaurant several times which was always on point. The ladies came from bar and let us know of a wine tasting and appetizers inside with a steel drum player we were at the pool area they went out of their way we recommend this Hotel and will be back.Only sad thing is we had to leave.

    1st time & Not my last time!

    From the very beginning at check-in, Jasmine and Clive were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They provided great recommendations on places to visit, answered all our questions about Carnival, and pointed us to spots for authentic food and other great eats. Cooper, the engineer who assisted us on our first day with some issues in our hotel room and the TV, was punctual, attentive, and had perfect timing. This hotel is in the ideal location—right in the heart of everything. We’ll definitely be coming back!

    Fantastic associates in great location.

    Great convenient hotel! Associates EXTREMELY friendly!!! Loved the environment. Beach across busy road. A bit noisy midday at pool. Clyde was our information guide and was superb with us guests! Room was clean and beautiful .

    Nice Place, Great location

    Nice place, great location. The hotel looks new, clean, and has a great staff. The area is conveniently located near the beach and features two pools. The fish fry and the cruise port are also close by. This will be our go-to place when a night in Nassau is needed
