Every time we come to the reef at Atlantis, it feels like coming home. The commitment to excellence of the staff and the attention to cultivating the natural world on site makes it an extraordinary experience every time. Comfort and ease are perfectly balanced with freedom and adventure helping us make the sweetest family memories.

Jun 20, 2025A Great place, but maybe not for those with peanut allergies
A great overall experience, but a little difficult to get food if you have a peanut allergy. All of the poolside food stalls refuse to serve those with an allergy as they don’t know what’s in the food, and halfway through the trip we started making food in the room.

Jun 19, 2025All was great...but the waterpark
We really enjoyed the room and the property. The Reef hotel was nice, spacious, complete with kitchen, and the hotel staff is nice and helpful. Of course the beach was amazing with great snorkeling, sea turtles, schools of fish, conchs, VERY cool. The waterpark is another story. Half of the slides were closed for multiple days, and the waterpark staff wasn't very friendly or helpful with ANY information regarding why the slides were down. At a pretty slow time some of the lines took 45 minutes or more. The 48" height requirement does not seem accurate. My son was denied access to the slides even though he's right at 48" tall. The resort really is nice. Even though we had a bad experience with the waterpark we will still go back for the beaches, hotel, dolphins, etc. If the waterpark was fully operational, I would rate it a 5/5, but that was really disappointing.

Experiencing paradise
we enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be returning summer of 2026 God willing. If you’re looking for a resort that has everything definitely try Atlantis

Paradise
We had a Topaz Suite at the Reef and the room had the best view of the ocean front. The staff was amazing and the snorkeling was fantastic. We stayed in room 3-927, and the view and the sunset were priceless. We ate at Fish and Seafire and while expensive, the food was delicious. We love the grounds with all the sea life. All staff we interacted with were polite and professional and very helpful.
