The beauty, serenity and fun at the Cove will not soon be forgotten. My daughter and I had a fabulous time. It was the perfect, pampering getaway.

Spend your money somewhere else this place is a rip off and a lie. Cove is a joke but worse is Lapis. The Cove is supposed to be the best but instead it’s dilapidated and I am being kind. A piece of the balcony was hanging in the wind. Took 3 days of engineers to fix our ac and we had 2 rooms. Lapis same tired gross snacks for a week that they call luxury and no food allergies taken into account either. Food is grossly overpriced. I am happy to pay for high quality. Most of the property this is not true. This was an incredible property when the South Africans owned it now it’s marriot and it’s smoke and mirrors. Tons of money spent nothing really delivered. Could have stayed in south Florida where we live for a much better vacation. Whole place needs a redo. Nothing to do at night at all. Overall total ripoff not luxurious and I am not a negative reviewer. I was shocked at how bad Atlantis has become.

Great stay at the Cove with the family and adult kids!!!
We just finished a week long fantastic vacation at the Cove to celebrate my son’s graduation from high school. We had a two bedroom suite on the club level with butler service which was beyond great. The butlers went above and beyond and took care of our every need with a simple text. We rented a Cove cabana one day - another highlight and special treat with outstanding views, top notch service and easy access to both the beach and adult pool. Gambling by the adult pool was so fun! Our newly turned 18 year old boys (able to gamble in Nassau) loved it. Even the service by the beach attendants who set up our front row chairs (shout out to Shaquille) were wonderful as were the servers. The Cove rooms need a facelift as does the AC system. Also, we love the water park and much of it was closed - disappointing and they need to work on that too. Other than that it was a wonderful stay. Highly recommend the Atlantis high end restaurants, Goldie’s at the fish fry, and the Exumas pig excursion with Powerboat Adventures.

Poor
The service has been dismal. Still waiting for decaf coffee pods after 40 minutes. Air conditioner won't get under 75 and they say they have no other available rooms. Been here 5 times before and enjoyed it but the resort is run down and owners are bleeding it. Much better alternatives at this price point.

We felt very safe, the beds were great, the view beautiful and a great location. We liked how close it was to our favorite beach.
