The trip was great! Our personal star agent was courteous and personable. The food was excellent and well seasoned most times. Crowd control was great. We never felt that we were not taken care of.

Service staff for Star club breakfast & Yesilin (attendant) were great. Jeffrey was awesome too. Gusto pizza was soooo good-good!

This was the worse food and beverage service I have ever experienced at a hotel, resort or cruise. The first night we ate at the sports bar. All salad dressings are basically mayo The only edible food in the sports bar was the onion rings and the wings. Everything else’s was completely tasteless We stopped by the coffee spot (Starbucks type) for desert. We were served cheesecake on a paper cocktail napkin. The only paper napkins in the entire resort are thin cocktail size. No straws whatsoever. No stirrers at all in any drinks The buffet referred to as “cafeteria by staff” was awful. Breakfast was edible if you got an omelette, fruit or French toast. Fruit was ok and oj was very good. Coffee was good. Everything else was a 1 People rave about guys burgers. We tried 2 times. Weird shaped patties. No sauce. Awful minimal lettuce tomato etc. cheese was a tiny bit of melted cheese. I am surprised Guy Ferreira allows his name on such a terrible place. McDonald’s or jack in the box is better. The bacon on the burger was rare The Tex mex was a 3. The steakhouse steaks were thin and rare. I eat my steaks med rare. Ordered medium or medium well. Theyy were all very rare. I ordered corn chowder. It was a cup of watered down broth and the corn was POPCORN!! Seriously. The hibachi was fun and good. Best meal we had The wine is nasty. They have one brand. The will sell you an upgrade for 90$ a bottle The pool area was nice. The cabanas were 279.00 if you use the coupon they give you. Had a plunge pool We did that 2 days. N e because we had shelter during the afternoon rains Very nice but the only food you can order by the pool is the guys burgers I am surprised Guy Feieri is by ok with his name on this place. All in all I am shocked at how bad the quality of the food was. I have never left a bad review and have been traveling for 50 years. This was just garbage.

Family trip to Planet Hollywood with 20 family members from infants to 60 years. The rooms were nice, remodeled and spacious, all staff was helpful and friendly. The resort is built into a hill so they run golf carts around the property 24 hrs daily and we never had trouble catching one. Day one I reserved a poolside cabana and it was great to have a covered area with tv, couches and private server who was really quick. Guy Fieri by the pool served up good hot burgers. I did not see any issues with food sitting out and flies like some reviewers shared. The food moved out too fast. Buffet wasn't spectacular but we always found good food for breakfast and lunch. They had lots of American food ifor breakfast like pancakes, French toast and waffles. They also had omelet station and crepe station. We ate at the restaurants each night. The Mexican had good salmon and the steakhouse had good steak and ribs. We also booked ATV through the lobby activity office and that was a good ride through the jungle. A few things: use the coupon book given at check in...they have coupons for money off excursions ($20/$30), cabanas ($50) and spa.

Sunrise yoga made my trip!
This review is a bit late as I stayed in February 2025. I came as part of a big group with a wedding and had a great time, but by far my favorite part was Gaelle's sunrise yoga classes! Her classes were a great way to wake up in the morning. Gaelle has a very calming (and funny!) demeanor and my only regret is I didn't go to yoga everyday! She inspired me to continue my yoga practice back home. I highly recommend the sunrise yoga sessions with Gaelle :).
