Jul 17, 2025Beautiful resort in Guanacaste, Costa Rica
This resort is just beautiful. I love that it sits on 2 different coves, and have different views from both. The food, and drink were excellent everywhere. The rooms were kept clean and free of bugs! The only disadvantage is because the resort is built on several hills, you need to use their vans to get to and from your room for most of the activities, unless your room is near the main center. The ocean views are spectacular!

Jerick and Tammy are the BEST!
Jerick and Tammy were the best activity facilitators. Made our trip so much fun. Amazed how they knew us so quickly. Going to miss them so much!

Horrible room service. Very rude customer service. Had a great time off the resort. Won’t be booking with Secrets ever again. No communication with shuttle service or wedding coordinator with the wedding party. Italian restaurant was some of the worst food I’ve ever had and I’m part Italian, the food had no flavor and very watery. Paid a lot of money to stay multiple nights and did not get my monies worth. I will be back to Costa Rica but not there or at a Secrets resort ever again.

Very hilly but nice.
All inclusive, nice beach, rooms, and food. Easy access to Costa Rica rainforest and other attractions. Beware the resort is very spread out and to get places you must walk fairly steep inclines or wait for a shuttle. Two pools. Three specialty restaurants, nice buffet and quiet modern rooms. Overall we liked the resort.

What a way to celebrate
I really liked this resort. The staff was so friendly and professional. I would go back again. I celebrated my 50th birthday here and everyone made me feel very special.
- AdvisoryStudent Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at this hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room.
