Disappointing - does not meet expectations for the price
Unfortunately, our stay did not live up to expectations, especially considering the high price. The room lacked several amenities that are typically standard at this level—such as bathrobes, slippers, shower caps, or even basic toiletries like cotton swabs. The overall condition of the hotel felt worn and poorly maintained. Around the outdoor areas, we frequently saw used towels and litter lying around. Many sun loungers were sagging or visibly dirty, which detracted from the relaxing atmosphere we had hoped for. Staff interactions were mostly neutral to disengaged. While not unfriendly, the service lacked warmth and attentiveness. In our view, the hotel has seen better days and would benefit from a thorough renovation. At this price point, we expected a significantly higher standard of cleanliness, service, and overall experience. We’ve stayed in other hotels at similar—or even lower—price levels that offered much more in terms of value, comfort, and hospitality. Example: Atlantis The Palm, in Dubai.

Wonderful Stay!
The room was very clean and the view was out of this world! Staff is super friendly and was very pleased to arrive and have our room ready instead of having to wait until check in. Loved that we were in the middle of everything, not to mention how beautiful the grounds were all around us. Loved our stay!

Atlantis - Great Place to Go!
The Atlantis is a great place to vacation! A lot of activities, great food, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the on premise shopping has a lot of offerings. The hotel staff is very helpful and always pleasant to talk with. The location is a very short ride to downtown where more activities, food and shopping are offered. I would highly recommend vacationing at the Atlantis.

Beautiful property and not much else
Let's start with the positives. Beautiful ly decorated property with plenty of space for walking, pools and slides. Walking by the variety of fish, sharks and turtles was interesting and the hidden aquarium tunnels were cool. The beaches were also nice although amenities were lacking. For a price of over $400 a night, we couldn't help but compare this to an all inclusive resort, but it had all of the costs and none of the amenities. First, you are essentially stuck on an island with overpriced and bland food. A bottle of water was $10 and a gas station quality sandwich was 14. The food and cocktails are oftentimes more than nyc prices yet missing the taste. Automatic gratuity and vat on everything. Customer service was mixed. I found the waiters to be nice but the staff around the resort to be completely uninterested in helping. The towel people were especially egregious. They would let people wait in long lines, only to find out that guests can just take the towels without having to wait. Nothing is free and virtually no entertainment options besides casino. They host corporate events with music but guests obviously can't join. No volleyball nets on the beach although the hotel next door had one. Paddle boarding is 50 for an hour. Pickleball is also not free. Royal is one of the more expensive rooms in atlantis yet our room wasn't cleaned everyday. The coral, which provides comped rooms for gamblers, is cheaper than royal yet had a balcony while royal didnt. If you want to be in pools and slides all day and spend same amount on food as you did on your hotel room, come here. But just know there are better options out there for that price.

Something for everyone
Lots of things to do without lots of extra pricing. It's great for everyone. Enjoyed the restaurants, beach, pools, rapids and the spa. You could never get bored here. The weather was amazing, and the staff was very cordial. I look forward to returning soon.
