My teen children and I arrived for a 5 day, 4 night trip to Reef Coco Beach & Resort. We were immediately greeted and made feel at home. Our room was neat, clean, and A/C full blast, which is what we needed in this hot, humid weather. We visited in July 2025, during what’s considered “sargassum” season. The resort had a barrier up to keep it out, making the beach accessible with clear water. I appreciate the effort and consideration from the resort. The events and activities were amazing! We had beach yoga, karaoke, mariachi, it truly was memorable. Boris, was a great entertainer, always making sure guests were having fun and making the best of the stay. Abi, worked at the “towel station” and she helped us have access to volleyball, to play at the pool, and more! Lots of variety for food, with “theme nights” each night. I will be visiting again soon!

Great resort and friendly service
While the resort itself is very cozy, when it comes to vacation, it is not only about the resort. It is about the service and people too. We were pleased with very friendly people at The Reef Coco Beach and management of this resort, especially Yulianna , the guest manager. We came from Chicago for a family vacation, and had an issue with our room initially, plumbing, in particular. She resolved it quickly, together with Irvin, a hotel manager. She spent time with us, to make sure that all is in the way we want. They made our stay pleasant and remarkable. Thank you guys!

Best trip ever
Best workers ever don't change anything except give boris, milton, and alexandro raises. They made my trip the best trip ever, they made it the best experience of my life

the pool is amazing and boris is the best ever!! the bar was very efficient and the staff is very nice. the snack bar food was also very good

Great!
Boris, Milton, Carlos were awesome all of them had smiles all of the time and cheered everyone up no matter what. Water arobics and karaoke with Boris is a must!
