Had a wonderful time at this all inclusive resort. People are friendly and very attentive to all needs. Would recommend this resort to all my family and friends!!!!

Jul 15, 2025So close to being a great place!
Just returned from a weeklong stay; rooms are very small but clean. Check-in was less than friendly or welcoming but we didn't let that ruin our stay. The resort is VERY clean and with the exception of the front desk, staff everywhere was happy, friendly and helpful. Pools were good; beach was large and beautiful with plenty of shade! No rocks, coral or other issues. BIG drawback is that the main buffet is open-air--no air conditioning. There are only Only 3 restaurants and only 2 of them have air-conditioning and they are impossible to get into. You must stand in line every single morning to try to get a reservation in a restaurant for that same night and only one restaurant is open each night. Only one seating and once tables are full, reservations are closed. So we got into the Italian restaurant 2 of our 7 nights because I stood in line for 50 minutes both times. We had to eat at the buffet the other 5. Buffet food was okay but impossible to enjoy when you are sweating bullets as you eat. We couldn't get in and out quick enough. Most resorts understand that the dining experience is an integral part of the all-inclusive experience. With a better dining system, this could easily be a 5-star resort. Everything outside of the dining experience (and unwelcoming check-in) was terrific but sadly, we will never return

Best Getaway Weekend
The experience was spectacular for me. This is my first time in Playa del Carmen and most definitely will not be the last. My room was ocean view which I really love to wake up to this gorgeous view and sunset. The vicinity was clean and quiet. The food was good especially the restaurants. The night shows were very entertaining and for me the romantic night was the best one. I do recommend this hotel and give it 10/10.

Unfortunately, the service I experienced was not 3 stars or more. I loved the lush vegetation and animals on the property. The pool area was beautiful. The hospitality was horrible with rigid staff and an overall lack of accommodations to our needs. Pros: pro - great view/room location - hammocks - Lots of wildlife - beautiful vegetation - Wifi was fast enough to stream/work using Zoom in our room - 2 pools - -enough pool/beach chairs - super close to 5th Ave - Fausto in the dining room Cons: - No AC in breakfast, lunch, and dinner - Coffee in the morning, had to complain to get an alternative milk (only soy). But you can’t get a latte with alternative milk. I need a good cup of coffee, and it just didn't cut it. - low water pressure, poor water temperature regulation (never got a warm shower) -Poor hospitality from the staff -terrible alcohol quality -not able to make a reservation at specialty restaurants -

Visited from June 28th to July 4th. As the first club members, we initially experienced two nights without air conditioning with our children. The other two nights, they provided us with a room solely for sleeping. The pool water was heavily stained, anything white was stained , and any silver items turned black. However, I must commend the exceptional customer service provided.
