Blue Haven Resort was wonderful. It was our first visit to Turks and Caicos. We were glad to have picked this all-inclusive resort. The rooms were space, clean and comfortable. Everyone at the resort was pleasant and extremely helpful, Angi the Front Desk Manager made sure we had everything we needed. T ang the Activity Desk Coordinator was extremely helpful in finding us activities tailored to our family. She really takes the time to get to know her families. Pedro and Natalie at the pool bar were friendly and a lot of fun. We cant forget Gerald, who made the best omelettes!!! If you are looking for an intimate luxurious vacation - Blue Haven is the place!

Best Vacation
Truly the Best Vacation Ever! This was honestly the best vacation we’ve ever had. The staff was incredibly nice, welcoming, and genuinely grateful that we chose them. We’ve vacationed in many places, but this felt like a real vacation—not a hassle or inconvenience. The hotel, while dated, was very clean—and I’ve heard it’s about to get a facelift. Housekeeping was kind, gracious, and kept the unit stocked daily. A big bonus is that the resort is connected with its sister property, The Alexandria, and the shuttle service runs promptly on schedule. The marina is within walking distance, so if you're interested in jet skis, excursions, or other activities, everything is conveniently nearby. If you want to feel truly welcomed and like you’re on vacation, this is the place. We’ll definitely be back—the staff made the trip amazing. On a side note , Janet took care of my husband and his food allergies .. Which was awesome , she made sure they made his food just right .

Our 2nd home!
Blue Haven is truly our home away from home. This trip was our 5th visit since we started coming in 2022. We returned this year to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. Every visit, we are blown away by the hospitality and the impeccable service that we receive from the moment we arrive. Managers continually look for ways to elevate the guest experience. And we love to see what improvements and upgrades have been made from the previous year. That’s part of the reason we keep coming back. Then, there’s the AMAZING 🤩 staff we have come to know and love, who are like real family to us. There are so many people that contribute to the unforgettable vacations we have when we are there. Francisco, Vanessa, Shaneka, Natalee, Marsha, T’Ange, Delcardo, Winchel, Sly, Nicola, Janet, Pedro, Patricia, Daphne, Kelly, Jen, Andre, Cadet, Tania, Micah, Kamar, Garth, Gerald, Denilson, to security and the housekeeping staff. They all go above and beyond! And can’t forget about the fun entertainment crew Smiley, Tshane, and Tweety. There isn’t much more that I can say that I haven’t already said in my previous reviews but we will continue to come back to “our Happy Place”! 💙

Jul 13, 2025Leaves a lot to be desired
The beach is beautiful, but very small. So if there are noisy folks/kids, it is not very peaceful. The food is ok and nothing special. Not 4 or 5 star. The staff for the most part are very friendly. Not really an all inclusive, other than that the meals are included. For example, at other all inclusives there is room service, island tours, airport pick-up, snorkeling (equipment offered here, but not place to do it at the hotel), hobie cat sailing, pickleball, tennis, basketball, etc. Kayaks are offered, but we had one with a broken seat, making paddling in the current very difficult. Rooms had issues, with loose hinges, broken drawers, and incomplete furnishings. One in the group became sick with a GI illness. Since we didn't eat anywhere else, it seems to have been from the food. And then the chef on duty was not helpful at all, and not caring, to prepare some type of food, other than water for 2 days.

A HOME away from home
We had the most amazing time at Blue Haven Resort in Turks and Caicos - truly a home away from home! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. One of the most special memories was a surprise engagement photo session arranged with Natalee, who captured the moment beautifully. Vanessa helped us plan a perfect dinner afterward and added so many thoughtful touches - we couldn't have asked for more. Smiley, the activities coordinator, definitely lives up to his name — he brought so much joy and energy to every day. Gerald made the most delicious omelets each morning and always started our day with a smile. Our room was spotless and welcoming thanks to Louisa, who took care of everything with such warmth and attention. A big thank you as well to Garth, Janet, Jackson, Kellie, and so many others who made our stay so meaningful. The hospitality, kindness, and genuine care from the entire team made this trip one we'll never forget. We're already dreaming about our next visit!
