We enjoyed food but the service and friendly people were outstanding. Love the facilities. The location is great as it is so close to San Jose. The rooms are very clean and the room service is excellent. It was a bit more expensive than expected.

Incredible food experience
We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Fiesta. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We had dinner our last night at Macondo (previous reservation is required), the food was delicious and Jose (Capitán) our waiter was very attentive, kind and had a lot of pacience with our children. Gerardo also took care of us and made our experience very enjoyable. We also had breakfast and lunch at Macarela, where Shirley and Kenia waited our tables, they were both so sweet and made us feel right at home by recognizing us every time we went for our meals. Overall our stay was 5 stars out of 5.

Great family time at Fiesta Resort
We stayed at the Premium location foe 3 nights. Best part of our stay was staff service; everyone was so kind and willing to help every second. Food was very good, pools and location as well. Great option if you're from GAM and do not want to ride very far.

Excellent experience.
Everything has been great, comfy, really good food and options, the Italian restaurant was delicious, pretty good service. Elias was a great host. Since the waiting area, their welcome was so nice, energetic and friendly. About the room, I think could be better, it is nice but could be cleaner, the A/C exits were dirty. The bed could have a blanket if customers wants to use it.

Pelicano restaurant
The Pelicano restaurant (Italian restaurant). The food was excellent. Recieved excellent service from Elias and Joseph. My wife ordered the chicken alfredo without the chicken. I ordered the chicken lasagna. We both has the tiramasu for dessert.
