We visited this resort for a wedding and had an amazing time. The service was exceptional and the room was everything we needed! Special shout out to Max for his Spanish and pool cycling classes, our excellent waiter Fernando at Seaside Grill and Himitsu, and our favorite swim up bartender Miguel. We can't wait to come back!

Relaxing, fun, would definitely come back!
Secrets Akumal is a beautiful resort with a very attentive staff. The food was great and there are a lot of included activities. We especially enjoyed the bike ride into Akumal with Lis and Didi; they did a fantastic job leading the tour and it was great to explore outside of the resort. Our building concierge sent us daily WhatsApp messages to tell us the day’s schedule, and to assist us with various questions we had. Excellent stay, highly recommend!

It was a beautiful holiday.
Me and my husband stayed over there from Oct.22 to Oct.29. The resort is beautifully located, with absolutely perfectly well-kept green areas, pools and a beach. Paths, alleys, benches and clean loungers. The highest level of service from everyone. Our concierge Monika in building no.8 was always ready and willing to help. Tourists who like snorkeling will not be disappointed. We snorkeled everyday and seen wide variety of sea life, fish, turtles, stingrays and lobsters.Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful time spend at Secrets Akumal. I would like to mention one small drawback, lack of premium alcohol. We will definitely be back.

Highly Recommended
We vacationed with the purpose of celebrating a friend’s milestone birthday and service was excellent all throughout our stay. With preferred club access, our needs were met upon requests, beach access was extremely close and the area was well-kept, the pool area hosted a perfect combination of entertainment and relaxation. We will definitely consider other Secrets/Hyatt resort brands for future destination travels, but highly recommends Secrets Akumal to everyone visiting Tulum!
