Saula at our pool the preferred side. Is excellent. He is kind and professional we love the cheese tray from yesterday and a fruit tray today. He always makes sure we are comfortable at the pool. We are very grateful to have him ❤️. Thank you so much for making our trip so relaxing and fun.

Great time!!
Great family resort! We stayed for a week. I enjoyed that it's a smaller resort. The beach is great, but the ocean wasn't crystal clear. We loved the constant breeze in the lobby along with the view. My daughter loved the kids club and the staff were wonderful!!

Amazing service
Resturants are really nice. Buffet was nice too. Nice view. Oceana Resturant is amazing. Ask for Daniel for your service. Everything was on point. Servers are really nice. 👍 bars are nice. Trying to fill 200 minimum lol. In overall I would come here for sure.

We ate and had the best time with Daniel Uribe at the Oceana. He was the best service we had the whole time we were at the resort. 5stars for Daniel Uribe. If you go to this restaurant, which is the seafood restaurant, please ask for Daniel you won’t regret it

Amazing first time in Mexico
Amazing customer, service, beautiful resort, excellent entertainment. Timiteo, Damian and Karla the BEST! We even survived hurricane Helene with minimal disruption. The restaurant decor was amazing and food. Excellent. The pools and the grounds were very well maintained and really enjoyed walks on the beach. It was even fun to visit the crocodiles every morning.
