Luna, our butlers Edward and Daniolo were amazing people and took great care of us. So was the excursion Robert and Iberostar was the best resort in RD.

It was Excellent we will definitely be back here very spacious room staff was top notch and if can get butlers do so
The staff was amazing food drinks and even the ground crew for land scraping were fantastic and if you can get butler service do so Edward and Danilo were very professional and helpful Victor as well food and drinks were wonderful we will definitely be staying here again can’t imagine staying anywhere else

Best time ever
This resort is beautiful beyond what I expected from check in to check out A few to mention our Butlers Eduordo and Ceasar are the best. Eduordo came to find us every morning no matter where we were lobby, pool or Beach with his smile to check in what are needs were and how we were doing. He was on top of everything for us our excursions making our dinner reservations. Ceasar and Eduordo made sure at all times our mini bar was stocked to our needs. Marie in house keeping kept our room beautiful everyday leaving flowers on bed and beautiful notes. Eduordor. Ceasar and Marie made my Birthday so special they decorated my bed left a trail of rose petals leading to bathroom where a rose petal bath was waiting for me. Also chilled champagne and a birthday cake to enjoy. Can not wait to return

Iberostar JOIA friend-cation trip
The staff were absolutely amazing. Very attentive and friendly. Isaac who greeted us several times along with our butlers Danillo & Edward made us feel so welcome. The entertainment staff in the lobby and pool area really knew how to connect with people and always carried such positive attitude. Out of all the vacation places we went to, this by far had the best staff experience.

Amazing Bachelorette Trip!!
***Member Review *** What an amazing trip to the Joia Bavaro! We arrived Thursdays 7/10 and left on Monday 7/14 The staff is absolutely incredible, the views are gorgeous and the food is amazing. It was my 3rd time to the property and it gets better every time! The highlight of the trip was the entertainment staff - Javier Chocolate, Black Mamba, Smile, Luz, Dai, and Will Smith were absolutely incredible and kept us entertained the entire time we were there! They all made us feel like family and always kept a smile on my face. They are truly a big reason why I will be visiting again. Star Prestige staff - Cesar our butler went above and beyond to make sure my trip was absolutely flawless. Checked in with me daily at the pool bar and over whatsapp to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure he fulfilled any request we may have had. It was my second time with Cesar and I am beyond grateful we had him again. Rafael the server for our in villa dinner went above and beyond to make the experience great. Francesco the ambassador for The Club was absolutely amazing and helped us with our dinner situation when we first arrived. Always checked in to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. Bartenders-Ery at the pool bar is amazing and and highly entertaining Tomas at the lobby bar makes an amazing Espresso Martini! Elisbeth the lobby waitress went above and beyond and even made an amazing espresso martini for us when tomas was busy with a full bar Whether it’s a family vacation, girls trip, or a romantic getaway this is a resort I would recommend over and over again
