Thomas CarpenterFairmont, West VirginiaDreams Palm BeachPunta Cana, Dominican RepublicJuly 16, 2009 through July 23, 2009 I recently returned from my trip to Punta Cana. This was actually our families first trip out of the country. We stayed at the Dreams Palm Beach, Punta Cana. The stay was great. The food was good the service was exceptional, and the beach was beautiful. I am now planning my next caribbean vacation and am looking to explore other islands, but I would not hesitate to stay at Dreams again. We had a great time.

We stayed at Le Blanc Resort and Spa in Cancun, Mexico on July 15-22nd. Booking was simple through Cheap Caribbean. We even included the transfer at the time of booking so someone was right there for us after exiting the airport. Le Blanc was without a doubt one of the nicest resorts we have ever stayed at. The location was excellent. We walked less then 10 minutes to the downtown area and enjoyed a drink at Carlos and Charlies. The minute you walk or drive up someone is there to meet you from the resort with a cold towel. When we left the resort they came running after us with cold bottles of water to take with us. The food at all of the restaurants is five star. We had a bottle of wine with dinner every night (all included in the package). My husband one night had a mixed seafood grill with garlic sauce...included a piece of salmon, piece of tuna, piece of grouper, scallops, shrimp and 2 prawns. He told the chef it was the best meal he has had anywhere in a long time. He really enjoyed it.The infinity pool was incredible. I spent 30-45 minutes 3 times a day floating in it. They have 3 pools and none were ever crowded. We had a room overlooking the ocean on one side and the lagoon to the other side. Aromatherapy was throughout the hotel so it always smelled great. Our fridge was stocked with whatever drinks we liked. They had a bottle of wine waiting when we checked in. The spa was incredible. Had a full body massage that each upgraded to from our included 25 minute massage. The most enjoyable thing about this resort is the people who work there. The service and attention is like nothing we ever experienced. Even the cook carried over my food from the buffet after he made my eggs!! They are there at the pool within minutes to ask if you would like a drink. They come around with cold towels and popsicles while you are sitting at the pool. They will even serve you a drink in the pool (there is a swim up bar as well) if you like. All this is done with a warm smile. Nothing is too much trouble, we constantly heard "it is my pleasure." We own 3 time shares and have been to many Caribbean islands some all inclusive and have never been treated this way anywhere. I am already planning our next trip back. Thank you Cheap Caribbean and Leblanc Resort and Spa for a wonderful vacation celebrating our 5th year wedding anniversary.Dee FlorentHaverhill, MA

Hi,My husband and i used CheapCaribbean.com to book tickets to St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands and it was a great experience. The customer service rep at CheapCaribbean.com was very helpful from the onset and was patient with us as we went through several date options and air fare options. She was helpful and helped us pick the best date when air fares were the cheapest and also helped us pick the right resort and upgrade to a better room........... We will definately book with CheapCaribbean.com again............. The resort we stayed at was the Carambola Beach Resort and it was a great place. We loved the room and the beach and the facilities it had to offer. It was nice having a private beach all to ourselves. The only disappointment with the resort was that they did not have too many menu options and only one restaurant was functioning. This limited our eating options as we had to select from the same menu items all the time. Other than that it was a great stay and we had a wonderful time and the staff at Carambola Beach Resort were very very courteous and helpful.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ThxGayatri JagannathCity: New JerseyTravel Dates: 07/15/2009 - 07/21/2009Resort:Carambola Beach Resort, St. Croix

Full Name: David R Thomsen City / State: Dublin, Ca Travel Dates: July 16, 2009 - July 21, 2009 Resort Name: Catalonia Riviera Maya Experiences I encountered on my CheapCaribbean.com vacation: Overall the trip was wonderful. We booked our vacation through TravelZoo (then on to your website) & had only 1 minor issue (2 weeks before travel). We called the hotel (direct in Mexico) & were told that our room was booed for 4 nights (instead of the 5 nights we paid for). After calling your company & waiting on hold for 20 minutes, I was finally able to get in contact with someone who could help me straighten the whole mess up. Anyhow, the hotel was wonderful, clean & fun. The power went off several days on our trip, but other than that it was great. We can't wait to go back!

I chose CheapCaribbean to arrange my trip to the Majestic Elegance Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, and couldn't be happier with the choice. The beauty of the Resort was absolutely breath-taking, and the accomodations were imperial. The staff was very friendly and did everything imagineable to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. I went for the week of July 8th thru 15th, and would love to go again soon.Vonda WilsonLinden, AL

My name is Ashley. My boyfriend and I wanted to spend our first vacation somewhere tropical. We definitely picked the perfect place. We stayed at Dreams La Romana in the Dominican Republic. Cheap Caribbean was amazing to book through and extremely helpful with all of our questions and needs. The resort we stayed at was very beautiful. Staff was extremely friendly and nice. There are not words to describe this vacation. We were both very satisfied and had an extremely good time. I do not have a single complaint from the booking of the trip to the resort our room or any part of it. I would go back to the resort and book through cheap Caribbean again in a heartbeat!

I went for 5 absolitely beautiful days to the Secrets Maroma Riviera Cancun. It was absolutely beautiful - the weather, the room, the restaurants, the beach, the food - yummy. Service was fantastic. It is the quietest hotel I have ever been in. The oceon was so perfect. Everyday they predicted rain on the weather channel and not on dark cloud. If you want a very secluded relaxing vacation, this is the place to go, but if you are like me and usually stay in the Hotel Zone in Cancun where there is something going on right outside the hotel all the time, then don't stay here. It is an expensive cab ride to Cancun and to Playa Del Carmen. No other mode of transportation is available. I saved money though, since there was only one souvenier store and a jewelry store at the hotel you can't really "shop". All in all, Caribbean Jim you did great. I will use your site for all my vacations. Your staff is great!

FULL NAME: PHILLIP J MORGANCITY: GRAND PRAIRIESTATE: TEXASTRAVEL DATES: JULY 12-19, 2009RESORT NAME: TEMPTATION LOS CABOSEXPERIENCES:For our honeymoon, my wife and I decided to stay at Temptation Los Cabos via Cheap Caribbean.com. Unfortunately, we didn't actually look past the very nice pictures of the room before we booked it. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a drink of bubbly and checked in by the very accommodating staff. We never had a problem with the staff at the hotel, they were always very prompt and helpful. However, the food at the dining establishments was very sub-par for an all-inclusive resort, in my opinion. The menus were identical and most of the meals were very dry or looked like they were microwave dinners shipped in from the Mega Mart across the highway. Biggest food gripe = we are on one of the biggest beaches in the world and they never fed us a shrimp larger than a pinto bean. I was emotionally distraught (not really, but I was very disappointed that there was not a larger selection of seafood for dining at $300+ per night accomodations.Besides the food, the resort was clean, well kept and very pretty. It was a bit smaller than the website makes it out to be. Only one pool, which is topless optional and you are likely to see some OLD breasts - like a 1930's KFC advertisement. This leads me to my only other gripe of the trip - CREEPERS. This is a lifestyles resort, which I wasn't aware of until we had already booked here. My wife was approached and physically pulled by a strange hairy man from Canada who was trying to get her to "swing with the group". FYI - if you're going to book this place, prepare for the weird Canadian bisexual folk. We were on honeymoon and felt like the conservative ham being roasted at a luau. It was kinda funny at first, but after the repeated creeperfest that was Temptation set it, we ended up avoiding the beautiful large hot tub just to save ourselves the "defense conversation" and the "not-interested-in-ending-up-in-a-sex-for-all" explanation to the hump addicted guests on our honeymoon week in Mexico. The beach is beautiful at the resort - everyone stayed out of the water (except us) because of the "black flag" warning that the waves and ocean current were "deadly". However, as long as you can swim and have a decent knowledge of the undertow, you will be fine to swim in the beautiful Sea of Cortez. We also went parasailing and lounged at Lover's Beach (The Cabo Rock Arch in all of the tour pics). It was a great time, minus the food and the creepers trying to get hammered and "accidentally" try to put their key in the wrong room slot at night. Insert your own innuendo here.Cheers from Texas.Phil and Taylor Morgan

Richard MacDonaldNewport News, VAGrand Oasis (Pyramid) CancunFrom 7/13/09 to 7/20/09Everything went as planned. There were no problems other than a delayed flight. The Grand Oasis was wonderful. We we excited to find out that we were assigned oceanfront rooms (which was not expected. The drinks were great, the food was good, the foam party at the night club was a blast, the pool was awesome but the beach was small and rocky. It has still not recovered from the hurricane 3 years ago. All in all a great vacation and very reasonably priced, thanks to cheapcaribbean.com.

What a wonderful experience! The Ocean Maya has a clean, spacious beach, open at both ends of the property with a protected boardwalk along the front (you can walk below along the beach if you wish) and ample lounges in which to, well, lounge! The hospitality was evident everywhere; the towel critters adorned with flowers greeted us upon our return to our room; the lasagna in the Italian restaurant was so incredible we had it twice; we went sailing on the Hobie and walking the clean beaches out to the point and back; we swam in the pool until we "pruned" and even joined in the aqua gym; we took Spanish lessons outside the grill; and were thoroughly spoiled by the employees. There was a full moon for a couple nights and we took our evening glass of wine, stretched out on the curtained, beach lounges and even fell asleep knowing the security guards, ever vigilant, were watching over us.We had rain one morning, the 8th of July, but the staff hurried around with umbrellas to guide people who hadn't made it under cover. Between downpours we scurried up to breakfast (we'd been for a swim and had seen the rain coming across the ocean). The rain came back in a couple more downpours as the day went on but we were snorkeling on the reef reveling in the colors and variety of sea life and did not let it effect our experience! The transportation supplied by Olympus Tours was excellent, the tour we took snorkeling on the reef, exceptional, the food yummy and everyone treated us with respect and kindness. Thank you CheapCaribbean.com for an excellent package! This was our first experience with you and we enjoyed every minute -- even the flight with Spirit Airlines.Sincerely,Thomas & Janice TannehillJuly 2 - 11, 2009

We stayed at the Dreams Palm Beach Punta Cana and it was wonderful! We do alot of traveling and this resort is definately a favorite. The rooms are spacious and clean, the cleaning staff is very friendly. The Explorers Club for the kids was awesome. My daughters never want to stay at the kid clubs on our other vacations, but they were begging us to go everyday to this one. The Explorer staff are responsible, friendly, energetic ladies that have great activities for the children and treat them as if they were there own.The food is good... unfortunately the buffet is open air and somedays it's to humid and hot to enjoy the food, but the selection was extensive. They have 5 additonal restaurants for dinner that were also good and in air conditioning. Men don't forget to pack pants at night for the air conditioned restaurants, it's required.Nightly there is entertainment, our favorite was the Beach Party it's on sat. nights and i recommend it. There is no need to take an excursion, we took the Saona Island excursion on a catamaran, and as we approuched the beach it was picturesque, unfortunately the beach is very rocky and 3 steps into the water there's a dip and again inside the floor is very rocky. Unfortunately it is a very poor country and people will haggle you to purchase from them. The beach at dreams is beautiful, warm, powder sand and alot of activities on the beach. It was definately a family Resort and i would return again someday!!!ILEANA PLOURDE

To Whom It May Concern, This is our customer review for the BlueBay Grand Esmeralda Beach Resort and Spa. Our information: Names: Marvin and Janelle DeBerry City and State: Loganville, Georgia Travel dates: July 4-9, 2009 Experiences: Resort: Overall, the resort was clean and the landscaping was exceptional. The dining areas were wonderful, but a little warm. The eating areas (not the specialty restaurants) were open air buildings and at times it was extremely hot. There were no fans that could circulate the air and keep you somewhat cool as you ate. As a matter of fact, I do not believe there were any ceiling fans in these open areas. Room: Our room was clean and bug free! The only issue we had was that the hot water would work sporadically. This occurred on three different occasions. No matter if it was late morning or evening, when we wanted to take showers the hot water did not work period. At other times, you may get lucky if you let the water run for awhile. We did inform the front desk the second time it happened, and we were told that the were filling up the other pool due to an influx of guest and this may have caused the issue. We were told someone would "check it out". Apparently, the issue was never fixed as we did not have any hot waterwith any consistency.the last three days of our trip. Also as a note, this is considered an "all-inclusive" resort but the rooms did not come equipped with alcohol dispensers for rum, vodka, etc. They only had beer in the refrigerator.Food: The breakfast was good. For lunch and dinner, they tended to have the same items. Not a lot of variety at the buffet. We did enjoy the Italian specialty restaurant, but the Steak and Seafood restaurant wasn't that great. We had reservations for the Mexican specialty restaurant, but declined to go.Entertainment: Only one show seemed to have a lot of energy, for the others it didn't seem as if the staff/performers had much energy. Again, this is an all-inclusive establishment but the charged to shot pool? On a scale of 1-1010 being the best, we'd rate the hotel an 8but upgrade the variety of food on at the buffet for folks who can't get reservations at the specialty restaurants. Thanks Marvin DeBerry Jr, M.S.W., M.P.H

Fantastic place to honeymoon. The resort was everything that we had hoped for and more. It is absolutely beautiful, the service was exceptional, and with all the food and drink we wanted, we could not have asked for anything more. CheapCaribbean is a website that we will use from now on to book vacations near or around the Caribbean. Everything was organized and set-up to where there was absolutely no hassle or worry on our part. They made sure we had everything that we needed and gave us step by step instructions on what we needed to do on the way over and back. In short, I will recommend CheapCaribbean to everyone looking for a 5 star worry free vacation at a very affordable price. Jason WilkinsEvadale, TexasJuly 12 - 18Excellence Playa Mujeres

Dear CheapCaribbean friends:Yes, friends because our trip was absolutely wonderful. The hotel had upgraded our room, so we had a wonderful room with a beautiful view for the five days we spent in Puerto Rico. For our surprise, when we checked in, the lady at the front desk told us we had two free drinks--up to $11.00 a day each every day. I didn't expect that and we did have a few pina coladas and rum and coke. The beach was beautiful, well taken care of and we were so happy to find a Starbucks right at the lobby. We didn't have parking, but had a group of young men that picked up and parked our car every day at a cost, but the hotel gave its guests a special price--$20.00 a day, but I don't think we even payed that much. The experience was amazing and the price was right! The hotel had LULAC as their guests for their convention, it was packed! Nevertheless, we know we got a better deal than LULAC's members! Our flights were a little noisy! On our way to Puerto Rico, the flight was full--I guess some of the LULAC's members were coming from Houston. The man that sat beside my husband and I asked us all kind of questions regarding our deal with your company, the rates of our hotels--which we did not know, but sounded better than his--and your company's name. The Caribe Hilton had offered LULAC's members a $200 a day rate; he didn't stay at the Hilton and went to Embassy Suites. I told him I had checked out your company and was confident we were going to be OK. Of course, I was nervous because I didn't know whether we were going to have a good room, etc. I wish I could've seen him on Saturday on my way back to Houston. Again, our flight back to Houston was packed. We had an incident with a couple that brought two kids and they were both screaming on top of their lungs and the parents couldn't control them. The youngest one fell asleep around an hour after departure--that problem was taken care of. The toddler wanted to walk down the aisle and when told he couldn't, he started screaming and kicking the back of our seats all the way from PR to Houston--four hours without stop!! Imagine that! I didn't know a child could be so stubborn and strong not to fall asleep for that long and that his parents would not do anything to control the situation. No one did anything, the flight attendants thanked us for our patience, that was not enough, the trip was unbearable. I reported the situation to Continental and am telling you that next time, I want first class even if I have to pay a little more! I got home with an horrendous headache that wouldn't go away. At any rate, I would recommend you to anyone without hesitation! You guys did a great job and we thank you for everything! Carmen S. Doerr

Review of Iberostar Dominicana. Beautiful beach, clean hotel, beautiful surroundings, wonderful staff, great night life. AC not as cool as I expected. After 20 minutes, room somewhat hot and difficult to keep cool. All Inclusive does not include meals in air conditioned restaurant each night, only 3 nights out of 7 and if you are there 6 nights, only 1 night is guaranteed. Problem is that buffets are not air conditioned and hot and it is tiresome eating breakfast, lunch and dinner at a buffet. Beachside restaurant, Marimba, was very convenient for lunch and they prepared food each noon, paella, lobster, etc. Easy to also go parasailing, scuba diving and snorkeling. Because of the food and AC I would not return there.

the trip was great ! it wasn't all i expected but the resort was nice the resturants were a little differen't the food was more international than i was used to. the staff was friendly and helpfull i had expected cancun to be more english speaking only those in retail or tourism could speak or understand you. and then not even all of them .but we muddled threw and had a good timei am looking forward to taking another all inclusive in the near future. elaine birmingham

This was the best vacation we have ever had. The weather was fabulous; aside from an afternoon where we had a bit of rain, the sun was shining and the breeze was delightful. I must admit I had my doubts about visiting the Dominican Republic, but they have all been dispelled. The staff at Dreams were gracious, helpful, and always smiling. Reviera in the SeaSide Grill would call to us and wave as we walked by in the mornings, and in the evenings while he was still working and we were just enjoying the beautiful breeze and the clear blue sky, he would see that everything was just right for us. At the SeaSide Grill our drinks were replenished before we were done with the ones in front of us. The entire staff truly seemed to be just friendly and nice. Our young adult children enjoyed the water polo, the beach volleyball, as well as the bocce and Olympic games. We did the snorkeling at our beach, which for me was fine, but for someone who is really into it, they would find it lacking. The kids also did the windsurfing lessons and the in-the-pool scuba diving lesson, but we didn't explore any further than that. The hotel it self is very pretty. There is top shelf liquor available at the bars. We paid for the upgrade to preferred club, and what that bought us was access to the premier club concierge, where we could pour our own drinks, get afternoon snacks, and bottles of water whenever we wanted. What was best about upgrading to preferred club was the availability to have breakfast and lunch at the SeaSide Grill, where we were always seated promptly. The food is decent, the calamari was well prepared, and that is not always the case. Although you are offered the same breakfast menu, lunch menu and dinner menu everyday. The food at the SeaSide Grill was the best offered at the hotel. At the other restaurants the only dinner we really didn't like was the French Restaurant. Everyone enjoyed the hibachi, and the Mexican however. The buffet was good too, but sometimes it was hot inside, as it is off the beach and the breeze doesn't seem to make it that far. Surprisingly though we all had things we enjoyed at the buffet. I had a sea bass that was grilled right in front of me, and was delicious. Our rooms were clean and nicely decorated. We had turn down service with chocolates every night. There were fluffy white robes and bed slippers for us to use. All in all it was very enjoyable. For the few little things you could find to complain about, I think that overall was very pleasant and well worth the money. I am hooked on CheapCaribbean and will definitely take another trip with you. I have already recommended the newsletter to some of my friends. Thanks!

To whom it may concern:I booked an all inclusive trip through your website for the first time this year. I had a wonderful time and it was everything that we expected. I stayed at RUI Paradise Island Bahamas from July 10th through July 13th. We would definitely go back to that resort and we would book through cheap caribbean as the deals were the lowest we found. Also, its very simple, all we had to do was print out the voucher and everything was arranged. It didn't require me to do much work on my own. We are currently looking for a vacation for the spring and have been browsing your website. Thanks,Dana DeRiggi

We had an absolutely fabulous time at Club Ambiance in Runway Bay, Jamaica! We had no problems with our trip and the club was very gracious and the help very curtious! The only thing that we didn't care for was the fact we had to leave at 3AM for a AM flight when we were the only couple being picked up and we arrived at the airport at 3:30 and had to sit there for three and a half hours. That was very unnecessary. Other than that we enjoyed our excursions and the hospitality! Cory Tringali and Romeo Chelarah from Tampa, FLorida, Club Ambiance in Jamaica travel dates July 11-17, 2009.

Leon McIntoshBrooklyn, NY Travel dates: 7/6 7/13/2009Riu Hotels & Resorts Montego Bay On our first visit to Jamaica in 2006, we spent one evening at Riu Ocho Rios and my wife had such a great time she vowed that if we ever came back to Jamaica we must stay at the Riu. So it was very easy to book Riu Hotels & Resorts Montego Bay for our vacation for 2009. We arrived around 2pm at Riu but the rooms would be ready at 3pm so we went and had lunch. Once we got to the rooms we were impressed by the accommodations. Riu had activities to keep us busy all day long. I played horse shoe throwing, pool volleyball, darts, and bingo. My wife and I took part in many of the nightly entertainment activities. The food was excellent and the overall service was great. Some things that I didnt like were:Riu changed $1 US per minute for local call (this should be free), Taxis priced were inflated by 1000%, this was very unfair, Wi-Fi internet was very slow (needs to be faster)

Dear Cheap Caribbean.com, This was our first vacation we booked with you. Although we had some questions before booking your knowledgeable staff was extremely polite and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised with the help and advice given. Our vacation to ST. Thomas USVI was very last minute. Your staff helped us get what we wanted so we could stay within our budget. This vacation was in celebration of our 10th Anniversary and you made it possible. The Whyndam Sugar Bay Resort and Spa was beautiful. We later found out it was the only hotel with a beach, pool, bar, and activities all so close and convenient. We had a a great vacation thanks to you!The resort was beautiful and had so many amenities that the others did not.It was great to have air, ground transportation and the resort all in one. In meeting and speaking with others at the resort we got a great deal and recommended you.We paid far less almost half of what others had paid for the same vacation.I also liked the fact that after we booked we were able to go on the airline web page and pick/change our seats. Thank you for a great vacation in St Thomas that we will cherish.Scott and Evonne Blocker

Kyomi GregoryQueens, NY Travel dates: June 28th - July 5thAllamanda Beach Hotel I had an excellent vacation in Barbados. Barbados is a beautiful island. I loved the idea that Cheap Carribean set us up with a person to help us book our tours and supplied us with a coupon book. This made the vacation experience so much more enjoyable. We had easy access to all the local beaches. All we had to do was take public transportation that was right in front of the hotel to any part of the island. I enjoyed every aspect of the vacation experience, except the hotel. The hotel was not kept very clean. Somedays they did not even provide us with clean towels. I complained several times to the front desk. After 2 days, they finally allowed us to change our room. The service was a little better in the new room, but the service was not as superb as past vacation experiences.I would definitely book another cheap carribean vacation because of the ability to set up tours, but i would never return back to the Allamanda Beach hotel.-Kyomi Gregory

My trip to Jamaica, WI through Cheap Caribbean was great. The transportation to the hotel was the only issue I had with the trip. It did not run as smoothly as I would have liked. However, when I inquired about it, one of the representative explained that it was due to other travelers who we needed to wait for. The drive to the hotel was good due to the driver explaining different stories about the places that we passed. The hotel was exquisite. The room was a good size with a nice balcony. The food and entertainment were the best part of the trip. St. Ann Restaurant serve a variety of meals. The lobster tail served one evening and the Jamaica breakfast had my mouth graving for more, but my stomach could not indulge anymore. Finally, the staff was friendly and allowed you to feel comfortable. I strongly recomend the RIU hotel in Ochio Rios due to my experience.

July 10-15Mango Bay, Holetown, BarbadosWe booked our trip through cheapcaribbean and arrived late Friday night. We contacted the famously hospitable manager beforehand in regards to our late arrival and my husband's extremely severe shellfish allergy. She promised a snack in our room upon arrival and a consultation with the chef and waitstaff to plan a menu for my husband the next morning at breakfast. We received a welcome from security and a snack and were told that the bar was still open. The snack was fresh and delicious and we were fine to sit at the bar and enjoy the end of the night's entertainment. The next morning we spoke with the front desk and received a brief tour. There were many people waiting to speak with the one person working the front desk, who was also answering the phone in between every sentence. The resort was by no means crowded, but every time we went to the front desk it was busy enough to warrant at least two staff members. We asked about meeting with the chef, and it never happened. To our knowledge, the waitstaff never knew about his allergy and at tea one day we had a scare when we thought we might be eating a seafood salad sandwich. The noise from the street was quite loud on Friday, so we were glad we booked a superior room. Our view wasn't much, but the room was nice and the bed heaven after 3 flights and 20 hours of travel. On Saturday we awoke to the adequate buffet breakfast - omelette bar, eggs, bacon, sausage - plenty of food but never a "wow" (unless of course they had fried sweet plantains, a must have!) but never disappointing either. We relaxed in the comfortable dock above the very small but fine beach until lunch at which we were served a delicious flying fish sandwich and forgettable appetizers and desserts. We were happy to enjoy good wine and spirits, though they only serve one type of beer and one type of vodka. Suggestion: add mojitos to your fun cocktail menu! We knew that all Barbados beaches are public and the hotel has no control over the guys that ask you 4x/day if you'd like to jetski. They are persistent, but respectful. What the resort SHOULD control is allowing vendors to chill out on resort owned chairs and set up jewelry and coconut shops on the resort owned terrace and dock. I only saw one person buy something but was asked about jewelry/coconuts every time I walked off the terrace onto the beach. We also wanted to use the resort's snorkeling gear and because we were one of the few guests, we were able to use the one functioning mask and one partially functioning mask the first day to visit the marine park just down the beach and see huge starfish right outside the resort. THe next day there were many more guests at the hotel and having one set of functioning snorkel gear for everyone was a bit ridiculous.Dinner that night was duck and it was okay. Dessert was horrible, really: it tasted like they'd taken jam from breakfast and put it in a pie crust. Dessert is my favorite part of the meal and I especially savor it on vacation, and I ate one bite and left the rest. That pattern continued throughout the weekend: I shouldn't be at a resort that charges upwards of $700US/night during the high season and leaving my favorite part of the meal because it is too gross to eat. And I'm not picky: Dairy Queen makes me happy, this was simply gross. The next day we took advantage of the glass bottom boat cruise and it is a must see. We drove over beautiful corals and swam with all kinds of tropical fish. The resort scores major points for including this twice a week for guests. We also finally gave in to one of the jet ski hustlers and its a great way to see the resorts to the north and south of the hotel. This day the restaurant service was actually awful. In the morning we had to beg for coffee and borrow cream from the table next to us. At lunch we had to beg for water and wine. At dinner we ordered drinks taht never arrived and were sent the wrong appetizers and sides. We asked for another round of bread (something many tables were doing) and it took 15 minutes and the server literally slammed the basket on the table and walked away. Many people talk up the service here but it was really hit or miss. Two of the bartenders are wonderfully friendly (dennis, rondel); one is very cold. Two days/nights we had decent service, two were awful. We only experienced that famed Bajan hospitality from Ryan at the front desk, the wonderful manager, and outside the hotel at the patisserie the next street over (amazing) and the guide on the Island Safari tours, something you must do.The resort also offers a catamaran cruise included and you can swim with enormous sea turtles. Another major plus for the place.Entertainment was relaxing every night and the general feel of the resort was just that. The food was excellent the last night. Two of the four lunches we had there were buffets which was sort of a surprise, but the food was generally good. At breakfast and lunch black birds swarm the outdoor restaurant and if you get up for more from the buffet, be sure they'll steal some of your food. We found this mostly kind of charming but some may be annoyed. The swamp didn't bother us, but we did go through two full bottles of bug spray in two days and still got many bites.Overall, I'm glad we booked the hotel on a discount because though it was very relaxing and the facilities are beautiful, the service was hit or miss (and sometimes felt downright hostile) as was the food. The desserts were really horrible and bring your own snorkeling gear. Go elsewhere if you want a large beach. The rooms are well-appointed, pay extra for a ground floor ocean view (we didn't have that but would definitely do that if we'd do a next visit), enjoy the excellent activities included in the price and make sure you don't miss the flying fish, roasted stuffed chicken legs and various soups and meet the friendly manager. The pool is also beautiful though I can imagine crowded at high season.-- Deborah Booth Summers

Hello,We booked through CheapCaribbean.com for a 7 night family vacation to Montego Bay Jamaica. We stayed at the Grand Palladium Resort and Spa all inclusive. My experience with booking through CheapCaribbean.com was a very positive experience. I would book again through your website as well as recommend your site to friends.I wish I had loved the resort we choose it wasn't horrible although I think we may have been able to have stayed at little better resort. This resort is promoted to have opened only a year ago which we found hard to believe. The rooms were beautiful no complaints there. The grounds were nice although the resort appears to have a serious drainage issue as well as a sewer issue, there were nights when the smell was unbearable. Several restaurants were closed which limited our options for food. The main pool was huge and very nice although if that pool is a year old I am shocked! The handles to get in an out of the pool were broken and there were so many tiles missing, I cut my thumb pretty badly the first time in the pool. We also mentioned at the time of booking that a white sand beautiful beach was the most important to us. This resort had a picturesque setting but the beach wasn't very Caribbean like. The food at the resort was okay not great but acceptable.I think if this resort wants to make it they need to make many improvements or they will not have return guests. Our flights were on time and uneventful which always makes a trip that much more enjoyable. We were a little shocked that our connecting flight from New York to Boston was on a smaller type commuter plane. For guests that are not frequent fliers this is a little unnerving and I recommend at the time of booking that you alert your guests to this matter and allow them to decide if they want to pick a different flight or whether they are comfortable flying on such a small plane.I would probably not visit Jamaica again although we still had a great family vacation.ThanksMichelle DunnDudley, Ma

To whom this may concern, My boyfriend and I booked a trip to Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic from July 7th-July 14th and we stayed at Sun Village Resort and Spa Cofresi. We had an unbelievable time and can't wait to go back again. Everyone was very nice to us and helped us in everyway they possibly could. The food was great, the room was very nice with a beautiful view. They made our beds every morning and turned down our sheets for us in the evening. We chose to walk most of the time, but there were always guys around willing to take you anywhere you needed to go on the resort in one of their golf carts. We met up with Dioby, which was provided by cheap caribbean, to book our excursions. Dioby was more than helpful, answered any questions we had and made our reservations for the excursions we chose promptly. I could honestly go on and on about how wonderful our vacation was and we truly can't wait to go back again next year. Sincerely,Gretchyn Panish and Chris GassertMohnton,Pa

We, an extended family of four; - parents, daughter, and 15 year old grandson, just returned from the all-inclusive resort, Tamarijn, in Oranjestad, Aruba. We were there from July 6th - July 13th.We had a wonderful time and are considering going again next summer instead of trying some place new.CheapCaribbean took care of all the planning and even contacted the resort as to the type and location of rooms and number of beds in each. We were given two next door rooms on the 2nd floor of building 22. It couldn't have been any better...we each had two beds and a balcony that had the most marvelous view of the beach and water. The changing colors of the water was worth the trip, but we also enjoyed the food, restaurants (later) and the pool right outside our doorway on the side away from the Caribbean. We also visited the Divi Diva, going by golf cart, which was very convenient. As to the restaurants: We ate in each one at least once. We particularly liked the Red Parrot at Divi and went there twice. We were not too fond of the do-it-yourself one at the Tam, but it was a different experience. We ate breakfast at the buffet each day and lunch there also or at the pizza place by the large pool. There was certainly enough to choose from at each meal.We found all the people there very friendly and helpful if you had a question or needed help. The lady at the towel stand even volunteered to walk with me across the road to the grocery, if I felt that the traffic was too confusing. We did go over to the grocery on our own, the street having a divided median, so that you could take it half at a time. The grocery is located across the highway from building 25. My husband and daughter also went by local bus to the butterfly farm, and said that is very easy to do. The fare was $2.30 roundtrip, and the passengers called out where they were to get off.We had no entertainment at night due to the ban on lights during turtle hatching season, and the first nest had hatched right before we got there. That was quite all right with us, as we have the same ban here in Florida! All told it was probably the best all-inclusive we have gone to with the family.

Carambola Beach Resort & Spa If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful retreat then Carambola is your place! No loud beach bars, no parasailing, no jet skis and no cell phones (no reception). Just lush green hills leading to a beautiful uncrowded sandy beach and pure blue carribean water great for swimming, snorkling and scuba (a dive wall is 200yds out). A few notes: Pay for the upgraded rooms! The old rooms are quite beat up, moldy and very close together. They reminded me of college dorm rooms. Whereas the upgraded rooms are beautifully furnished, have a full and well stocked kitchen (standard rooms do not), and are away from the main resort and perched on the rocks overlooking the ocean. The waves on the rocks will lull you to sleep at night. Also, skip the Pirates buffet on Friday night. This is the one time that the resort turns into a cruise ship - expensive, mediocre, lukewarm food and poor service by an indifferent staff (most St Croix service is bad) and an aweful DJ spinning the Macarena and Electric Slide. You can watch the fun Mocko Jumbies Show without having to dine. Finally, Carambola is quite isolated which is good or bad depending on your perspective. We loved that aspect. We had the cab driver stop at the Plaza Extra grocery store on the way from the airport and we loaded up on groceries for our 4 days and cooked light meals in our kitchen. That worked great - the resort bar is the only place that serves food and while good, is limited so you'll end up repeating a lot of meals. We rented a car for one day and drove the entire island east to west, north to south in one afternoon. That was plenty as there isn't much to see or do. Although, we did enjoy the hikes through the rainforest. Christianstad is tacky touristy and Fredrickstad has seen better days. If you can be self-sufficient and simple relaxation is you goal - Carambola is your place!

First of all, Cheap Caribbean's services were exemplary in terms of timeliness, information provided and the ease of using the website. Second, the place we went to was great: Grand Oasis Riviera Maya (Akumal, Mexico). The hotel was beautifully maintained, the service was friendly and responsive, the food was plentiful with lots of choices of restaurants and the beach was amazing! The many pools, palapas, and beach chairs give guests lots of choices on where to park their bodies and rest for the day. The rooms are great (we had a Garden Room which was excellent), the air conditioner was wonderfully cool, everything was cleaned daily, and fresh water and drinks were installed in the fridge daily as well. Our all-inclusive package was exemplary. Plus, we book a few sightseeing trips through Cheap Caribbean and were very happy with the professionalilsm and timeliness of their services. The cost was comparable to others who were selling such trips as well. Our trip to and from the airport was uneventful, quick, and the driver was friendly and attentive. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect vacation! Thanks so much!Donna and StanThanks!Donna

I have to say I was skeptical but with a price that good I had to say "why not." First off the hotel is exactly like the pictures- BEAUTIFUL! Having been to Jamaica many times this was my first all inclusive experience. Everytime I had a drink and or sat to eat I kept adding up how much I was saving. I took my friend and son along and we all thourughly enjoyed everything the resort had to offer. Room was great, service was great, food was yum and activities were decent. Did all non-motorized sports, my son loved the kids clubs, enjoyed the nightly variety show ( although a bit repetitive) did most beach games, spa and even had a sitter so we could go club hopping a few nights. In all, I must say it was a lovely vacation and have plans to go back before the end of the year! The Grand Palladium Lucea, JAMounirah Khadar9835vBrookridge CourtMD 20886Visited 6/16/09 to 6/21/09

Victoria Jesiolowski, Latham, NY Travel Dates 6/27/09-7/03/09 San Juan Marriott and Stellar Casino My family and I had a great vacation in Puerto Rico. We booked the vacation through CheapCaribbean online. Everything went very smoothly. All are paperwork arrived on time, flights went well, and the hotel was awesome. The staff at the Marriott were very friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms were large enough for a family of four. We had a balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. The view was spectacular. The hotel is right on the ocean with its own beach. There were plenty of lounge chairs and the water was warm and clear. The location of the hotel made it easy to get to San Juan by taxi. There were also plenty of restaurants with various price ranges within walking distance of the hotel. I would definitely use CheapCaribbean again to book my vacation.

Hello, My name is Bistra Strechkova, I live in San Carlos, CA. I traveled to Barbados from 2 July - 9 July 2009 with my boyfriend and we stayed at the Dover Beach Hotel in St. Lawrence, Christ Church. The trip was one of the best experiences I've ever had. At the hotel they gave us a room with a full ocean view although initially we paid for a garden view (I guess that was a free upgrade). The staff was very helpful and friendly all the time. The hotel was very clean and there was free wireless internet in the lobby. Every morning there was free breakfast and although it was supposed to be between 7am - 10 am the staff didn't mind at all if we went later, up till 11:30 am and would still serve us free breakfast. There were many activities that could be booked at the hotel such as catamaran snorkeling tours, cave tours or just trips to the inland. Also, there was a complimentary shuttle service daily from the hotel to the capital (Bridgetown) and back. Around the hotel there were plenty of nice local places to eat or shop, which were open till midnight or later. The area is very safe, people are friendly and helpful, and if you need directions often people would walk or ride with you in the car to show you the way. I'm definitely planning on going back to Barbados, soon hopefully, and would strongly recommend the hotel to any future travelers. Bistra

Dear Cheap Carribean, My husband and I, along with another couple, visited Ocean Blue Resort in Punta Cana Dominican Republic July 2-9, 2009 and had our best all-inclusive vacation ever. The champaign reception at arrival was fabulous, and made checking in a pleasure, instead of a chore. (We splurged and bought the $100 Privilege Package.) The fresh fruit tray in the room was a godsend, as we had not had a real meal all day due to flying. Our rooms were superior and very clean. I have no idea how the resort managed to prevent the inevitable 'damp odor' that is a given in a humid climates, but they did...this is an excellent choice for those who may suffer from mold or repiratory allergies. The things we loved most were the pristine beach (raked by hand daily) and unbelievable pool. We never had to think about "saving a chair", and although there were plenty of people, there was also alot of room so we never felt crowded or like people were in your space. We chose to go out on a boat snorkeling and to use the hobie cats to do our own sailing..no problem at all with availability. The chefs were very creative with their menus. There were so many restaurants that we could not even make it to all of them within the week. However, we must say that the greatest asset of this facility was the staff. Absolutely everyone we met was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.Judy EbaughGeorgetown Texas

Name: Mary Beth GardinerCity: Myrtle BeachState: South Carolina Travel Dates: June 15-21, 2009Travel Destination: Paradise Island, Nassua, BahamasResort: Comfort Suites We used Cheap Caribbean for the first time this year. Their paperwork was very organized and everything I needed for our trip was there at the click of a button. When I called for assistance (before our trip), the customer service agent was very helpful in making sure I had everything I needed. She even recommended making a copy of the airport transfers so that I would not have any trouble getting back to the airport. :) The vaction itself was nice. We were told we would get an upgrade in our room, which we did not receive. I was told the upgrade consisted of a view of the garden. We got a view (and the noise of the parking lot). When I called to ask about moving rooms (at check-in), they told us that we received an upgrade and would be put on a waiting list. Then they never called. Of course, at that point, we were already unpacked. We were allowed to use the facitilities at Atlantis. The slides and water riders were awesome! We had a blast, and I would recommend their extensive water park/aquarium to anyone. The food prices on the island were ridiculously expensive. I couldn't afford them. I will try cheapcaribbean again, and this time purchase either a cruise or an all inclusive. Please send me the $50 credit towards the purchase of our next vacation to the address listed above. Thanks! Mary Beth Gardiner

To my new friends at CheapCaribean.com, I wanted to take a minute and let you know what a FABULOUS time we had at the Dreams La Romana Resort in the Dominican Republic. I must tell you I have been Director in the Hotel/Resort industry for 19 years, so it is very hard to detach from work even when on vacation. We checked in on Tuesday morning about 11:00am and our unit wasnt ready but we were greeted will smiling faces. We were told all about the resort and its amenities. We went and had lunch and when we returned our unit was ready!. We spent the next 5 days relaxing and having the time of our lives. The Resort staff was friendly and went out of their way to ensure all guests were having a great time. The Entertainment Team kept us busy with horseshoes, salsa classes and many other activities. We live in Miami so we are used to the beach but the beach and pools are so relaxing it was like we were closed off from the outside world. We took an excursion, the Resort offers many I wish we would have tried a few moreWe went horseback riding and they we got to swim in a cave 150 below sea level. It was incredible. We will be considering Dreams La Romana in the future. Your team at Cheap Caribbean did a great job as well. The gentleman who helped me book, unfortunately did not get his name was patient and very accommodating to all of my questions. We look forward to using Cheap Caribbean the next time we travel outside the US. To: Kelly and Elso,We have just returned from our vacation at the NH Real Arena in Punta Cana. I wanted to let you know that we had a great experience there. I believe it is because of your assistance that made our vacation great. As you may remember, I had some concerns about the things I read on the internet about this property. You assured me that your guests were treated well. With that in mind, we kept our reservation there. We were given a room on the third floor overlooking the pool and beach and the room was ready when we arrived at 12:30 p.m. Shortly after, we were sent a bottle of champagne and a fruit platter to welcome us. We had smiles on our faces the whole time we were there and because of the room location and balcony, we felt like V.I.P's thanks to you. It was everything I had hoped for and more. The property was beautiful, clean and the pool and beach area was fabulous. The hotel provides every comfort imaginable and made our stay enjoyable and memorable. The staff works very hard to accommodate everyone from the buffet, restaurants, entertainment and all the bars on site. Everyone was friendly and courteous and went out of the way to make their guests enjoy the time there. I can't thank you enough for your help with the reservation and room accommodations, they made our 30th anniversary a special event we will always remember. Please pass this on to the manager of the NH Real Arena with our thanks.Regards,Marie & Joe Del VecchioFlushing, NY

Penn DrillerSt. Charles, MO Travel dates July 7th - 11th 2009Tamajin Resort, ArubaWe had a wonderful time on vacation. The resort was everything we could have hoped for. The staff did a great job of taking care of our every need. The island was beautiful, and the weather great. With their sister resort Divi there were plenty of choices for food, fun, and entertainment. I would recommended all of my friends to travel to this destination, and to use Cheap Caribbean to get the best value for their trip. thank you so much.

The hotel was great, food good, staff was always very attentive to your every need! It was a very relaxing trip, and just what we needed -- thanks to Cheap Carribean for making it possible. I've already recommended the facility and website to a coworker who is looking for a honeymoon destination -- hopefully he'll take advantage of it and enjoy things as much as we did! Registration needs a little work - it was somewhat disorganized the day we arrived -- but didn't ruin the trip at all! Go to Dreams Villamagna -- you'll love it!

The simplicity of booking a trip on-line with Cheap Caribbean was astounding. I loved your features, especially how the estimate was also for 2 days before and 2 days after. I like your extra specials for the customer for booking, rain, etc. It makes a customer want to continue using this site in the future. Thanks for a wonderful worry-free vacation.

We were 2 "50 something" twin sisters and 3 teenager boys, ages 19, 15, and 15 that went on this trip to the Viva Wyndham Maya in Playancar near Playa del Carmen. We booked with Cheap Caribbean (this is the 2nd time to go on a trip with them for me) and had no troubles at all. The Viva Wyndham Maya is an all inclusive that is fun for all, and has things for kids to do almost around the clock. We checked in with no trouble but did have to wait till 3 p.m. to get our room. No worries as we just ate lunch, and found some good pool chairs around the main pool and beach. The beach and color of the water are beautiful, as blue as you can get! Wow! The pool and pool bar are great too with plenty of palapas to sit under. You do have to get out there by 8 a.m. to grab you a chair in the shade but you can go back in and do your morning routine before beginning the day by relaxing by the pool or ocean. The entertainment staff at the Maya were wonderful - they politely got people involved in whatever they were doing - water polo, crazy games, bingo, archery, bocce ball on the beach, dance lessons, etc. They work all day then are part of the night entertainment. Wish I had that kind of energy. The trapeze was a hit for my older kids. They learned how to do some tricks and had a blast. My kids really enjoyed it all and they learned to merigue!!! There was also a disco on property that allowed the kids in till maybe 12 at night and they loved that too. For us girls, we really enjoyed just watching all that went on and the swim up pool bar. We met Antonio who ran the pool bar early on and became friends and tipped him daily. He made great drinks for us! Everyone at the pool bar was great! The rooms at the Maya were fine; we had two rooms and the moms got the one closest to the beach! We were right where we could look and walk out on the beach. What a great view! The air conditioner was great (it was greatly needed in July) and the clean up service was fantastic. Again, a few dollars tip each day was not required but appreciated by the maids. We had lots of fresh bottled water in our refridgerator and towel animals on the bed each night. The air conditioner is loud and the beds are hard but we had no trouble sleeping after a long day in the sun. The food was very good. The front buffet restaurant was hot..... just ceiling fans, no airconditioning. With all the cooking going on, it was hot. But sit by the windows and you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner. The breakfast had lots of things, including an omelet station, some mexican food for breakfast and should be able to make anyone happy. Lunch and dinner there was good and included some fantastic grilled fish (grouper maybe?). We got 3 restaurant passes, one to the Mexican place on the property, another one on the property - both of which were good. The 3rd restaurant we went to was at the sister hotel, the Azteca, 3 hotels up. We walked along the beach at night to get there and that added to the experience. It was an Italian restaurant and it was fantastic. Again, leaving a little gratuity is really nice when you finish your dinner! The Mexicans make nothing and I'm sure most of the gringos can leave a few bucks. Make those reservations when you walk onto the property to check in because they are often booked up. The restaurants were never crowded so they must only take a few tables for each dinner service. The buffet by the pool was OK, pizza was great; nachos were good, but the burgers were let's say, different tasting. However, no one went hungry! We booked a trip to Xcaret on line at www.Xcaret.com and got 10% off. We had to select our day to go in advance and that was a potential problem when the day came..... but we went and had a blast. We waited till noon to go there, but that was not enough time to see much at all - so go early when it opens. There are lots of shady places to sit and rest while you enjoy this beautiful park. I think they are expanding this park each year as it was much bigger than in previous years that we had been there. You might be able to get the 10% off at the resort thru its booking staff, but don't know..... Mention that you saw they had it online, maybe they will give it to you. It looked as tho the Maya was working on lots of rooms. The economy must be hurting their occupancy rates. Fresh paint, new airconditioners were going in alot of places. They kept their hotel and grounds up wonderfully. Everyone worked extremely hard there. Overall, the Maya was a great experience. It was very reasonably priced and we enjoyed it. Booking through Cheap Caribbean was not a problem and everything they promised came thru! We flew with Delta down to Cancun and the cost included the exit tax of $48 per person. We weren't sure about that, but were very glad that was already paid for. We would probably return to this hotel. Of course, I have never been to a bad all inclusive in the Cancun area! They are all fun, you just have to come with the right attitude! Enjoy! Cheap Caribbean is the one to book with! Melissa Thurlow, NOrcross, GA

Kathy El-Jabsheh4400 Saint Leger Dr.Cleburne,Tx. 76033Travel Dates:7/17/09-7/21/09Destination: Wyndham Rio Del Mar Resort & Spa Rio Grande, Puerto RicoTravelers: Myself and my best friend, LyndaThis was a NBA (No Boys/Husbands Alowed) trip!Let me start out by saying that the Wyndham Rio Mar was a beautful resort and a great place to vacation! The staff was the most courteous & helpful of any I have encountered. Room was not luxurious but very comfortable-the bedding was unbelievably nice and comfy! You are somewhat secluded there and fees for traveling to San Juan are high, however, there's plenty to do during the day. Other than the casino, there is NO nightife, so if you like partying/dancing you need to go to San Juan. We were lucky enough to persuade one of the very nice concierges to arrange a private driver for myself and my friend at a discount rate. The driver took us to several night spots until we found one we liked, and then waited for us, and took us back to the resort safely! Food in the restaurants was very high but very tasty! You can eat at the Tiki Bar by the pool for less during the day. Again...you are on vacation so splurge at least once in the restaurants. The food is phenomenol! Tours are offered inside the resort by Dragonfly Adventures. Take one/some! We did the horseback riding tour through the lower part of the El-Yunque rainforest. Had a great time and got to swim in the cryatal clear river! The guide,Willy, was very informative and even let us stay at the river over an hour (only allowed 30 min. supposedly) to swim. Awesome tour! We also did the Catamaran/Snorkelng tour and had the best time ever! Super friendly staff on the boat, rum punch or pina coladas all day, nice lunch, beautiful water for snorkeling, and we even got to stop for awhile at Palomino Island with it's white sand beach, which was not mentioned as part of the tour! The people here are very laid back and time is not a big deal to them which is nice. I would definetely recommend this destination to anyone who just wants to "get away from it all" and relax!!!

Ted and I had a really nice vacation at NHReal Arena this past July. Our needs were taken care of. It went very smoothly. If we had a problem, it was solved satisfactorily. Our flights with Continental were flawless. Thank you. Olga

We had a marvelous time at the Majestic Elegance! We enjoyed the resort for 2 weeks from July 8-22. We are a family of 4--myself, my husband, 21 year old daughter and my 16 year old son. We have been to many all -inclusives throughout the Caribbean. In fact, this was our third time to Punta Cana. I booked in December.I read every review of the resort I could find before we left. With the mixed reviews I was not sure what we would encounter when we finally arrived. About 1 month before our arrival date I emailed Omaira to request building 2, upper floor, centrally located, and a pool view. She emailed me back within the hour. Overall, we were not disappointed! Check in was flawless. We received our cold towel and our yummy drink. ROOM-We were escorted to our room #2322. Since we had a 16 year old we could not be in the Elegance Club, but we loved our room. The view out the lanai was spectacular. It was as I asked- upper floor and pool view. We could see the ocean too. The room was beautiful! Marble everywhere. Just like the pictures. I requested 2 queen beds for the 4 of us. The beds were very small though, but before we could even ask for a rollaway or something of the like they had 4 beds in the room. We still had plenty of space. No shower problem or smell. A dehumidifier was in our room when we arrived. Several days a bottle of wine and some sort of appetizer was delivered to our room after our day at the pool or beach, but before dinner. The maid was great. She cleaned our room the minute we went to breakfast. The majority of the time there was not a problem with towel delivery either. We did leave tips but I think she would have cleaned well regardless of a tip or not. We did have several days when our mini bar was not refilled. We even gave a tip and left a note of what we wanted. No luck. I did hunt him down a couple of times. We celebrated our anniversary on the 9th and a banner was put on our door. Nice touch.Beach- Now, one of the most important area of ours. It was super. The water was as clear as a bell. Waves were perfect size. We brought floaties from home which is a must. There were only a couple of rough days during the whole 2 weeks. The sand was soft and white. We always got a palapa no matter what time we got there. We wished there had been more activities offered on the beach and pool, but the people running the ones offered were great. Our favorites were Jasmine and Julio. POOL-This was a nice place to be because it never seemed crowded. Very relaxing. You could just float forever. Yes, there were a lot of missing tiles, but they are being fixed as we speak. Restaurants- We dined at each restaurant and felt the best were the Japanese, the steak house, and the French. The Italian and seafood were okay. The buffet for breakfast was great. My kids had crepes and we all had the freshly made smoothies every morning. We never ate there for lunch and dinner was okay. We went to the Japanese 3 times. The first time our chef was Augustine. Nice guy, good cook, but no show what so ever. We were very disappointed. We decided to try it again. We ended up with the same chef! Last try we worked it so we would get a chef named Tomas. He was so entertaining! Make sure you ask for him.The chateau briand at the steak house just melted in our mouths. I usually order medium rare which is considered medium.BARS-I think we hit every one of them and were satisfied with the service at all of them with the exception of the one in the plaza. It took forever to get a drink. Especially when my son tried to get something. They seemed to just skip over him.SHOWS- The shows were all right. The best was the Michael Jackson show. I felt like I was at his concert. The magic show and the circus were good. I did not care for the impersonators. The audience participation shows were fun. The theater seats were so comfortable, but it was soooo hot in there!EXCURSIONS- We did the dune buggy excursion. We had a great time. We were picked up in a monster truck and taken to the buggies. Beware they are manual transmission. We rode to Macao Beach then to a freshwater cave to swim. Very refreshing. We rode some more and then to the horseback riding place. We rode for about 15 minutes. (That was really a waste of time.) Our children went scuba diving twice. They said it was fun. Not a whole lot of coral though. The second time they dove, they dove the wreck located just in front of the resort. They are still talking about it. We booked through the knowledgeable people at the watersports center. They really know what they are doing. (We are not novices either.) We would not hesitate to recommend this resort to anyone!!!!

William Kent FletcherBurley, IdahoJuly 17-21, 2009Viva Wynham Maya, Playa del CarmenHave been to Cancun, Cozumel several times but this was first stay in Playa del Carmen area. Were celebrating our 34th anniversary and really really enjoyed our stay at Viva Wyndham Maya. Service was terrific, king bed was comfortable, room was cool, many activities going on for those who enjoy them. Can use catamaran sailboat once a day as part of the all inclusive features for those who enjoy a quick sail out on the ocean. Food was good for an all inclusive. Setting is gorgeous. 20 minute walk to Playa del Carmen (or $5 taxi ride). It is a wonderful facility for families with lots of kids activities. If you wanted to get away from hub bub and beach, adult pool at back of facility was quiet and had its own bar. Snack bar was always open if a restaurant wasn't. Main pool bar is open until 6 AM. Booked through Cheap Caribbean and everything went off without a hitch.

From Glenn and Ricki Oleon, Orinda, California, age 57. Travel dates July 1-5, 2009.Excellent experience overall at Dreams Villamagna. Our first all-inclusive resort, so we were apprehensive, but food was generally good to very good, drinks were excellent, staff was consistently friendly, charming and helpful, and the grounds and room were lovely and mostly well maintained. When there was a problem (and there weren't many), they generally made it right with no hassle.Of the meals, the buffet breakfast (usually the only choice) was always very good, especially the fresh fruit. Lunch service was sometimes excellent and sometimes a little slow; fish and seafood were great, burgers and pizzas not so great. The no-reservations policy for dinner is wonderful, you can go to an ala carte restaurant every night if you want to avoid the families in the buffet. Italian was very good, seafood was good (except for the torrential rainstorm, but that wasn't their fault), surprisingly the Mexican ala carte dinner was the one horrible meal we had.Drinks were always plentiful and available. No problem getting premium brands or doubles....just ask!The pool and grounds are in impeccable condition, shared with on-site condos but that was no problem. The beachfront is a little small for the size of the property, but the beach goes on for miles in both directions so you don't have to stay right there. Lots of vendors on the beach, but they all took "no, gracias" for an answer graciously and moved on.The rooftop sushi bar is the best! Not exactly world class sushi, but world class views of the ocean at sunset, great service, wonderful bar, even tasty bar snacks if you ask for them. And most people don't seem to know about it, so it was usually pretty empty.Perhaps because of swine flu and the economy, the guests were more than 50% Mexican, the rest mostly US and Canadians with a few Europeans thrown in. Nice mix. We were there for our anniversary (they had iced champagne waiting in our room and our names printed on the daily events newsletter, very sweet), but the children there with families were very well behaved and didn't detract from our romantic expectations. Oceanview rooms are worth the small upgrade price, but all rooms are large, well furnished and stocked with toiletries and minibar, and the private jacuzzis on every balcony are a great touch.Don't go if you want lots of activities (they have some, but that clearly isn't the focus) or if you want to spend time in Puerto Vallarta (you can get there, but it's not exactly next door). But we loved our trip and we would go back if we were looking for another totally lazy but great vacation.

To whom it may concern:My husband and I just returned from our wonderful vacation in Rviera Maya, Mexico. The whole experience from the booking with cheapcaribbean to the hotel and the Mayan adventure exceeded our expectations. We had an amazing time and would definitely book our next Caribbean vacation through cheapcaribbean.com. Thanks for all you do. Sincerely,Mr. and Mrs. Pirraglia

My husband and I booked our vacation through CheapCaribbean.com to Freeport, Bahamas. We stayed at the All-inclusive hotel, the Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach, for 4 nights over the July 4th (American) Holiday. We couldn't be more pleased with the easy booking process and the "weather guanantees" from CheapCaribbean.com. We opted for round trip airport/hotel transportation at the time of booding. I would definately recommend it to anyone. We got in close to midnight and the van was waiting for us. We had a fabulous time! I still find myself thinking about the wonderful sandy beach and the crystal clear/blue water. The Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach hotel was exactly what we had expected and more. We spent much of our time outside relaxing by the ocean and enjoying the many activities "all free" (ie snorkeling, kayaking, windsurfing, jet sking). We snorkeled alot and took two rolls of underwater photos! Overall, we were very impressed with the staff members, who provided curtious and friendly service. The bartenders are the best! The room attendant, Jeannie? was especially nice in keeping our room clean and providing extra beach towels every time we asked for them. The main, buffet style restaurant food was better than average. We are not very picky eaters and enjoyed every dish we tried. They had a variety of entrees and side dishes to choose from each night. The deserts were awesome! We did eat one meal at the "reservation only" Italian restaurant. The food was good but I have to say that the service at the Italian restaurant was less than acceptable. During our stay, the Oriental restaurant was not available due to a wedding reception. There were many interesting people from all over Europe, Asia, and South America as well as from North America. We even made friends and exchanged emails with two ladies from the state of Virginia; we live in Texas. We would definitely go back to the same place or other destination that Cheap Caribbean might offer. Sincerely, James & Angela HicksKerrville, Texas, USA

We booked with cheap Caribbean before online, This time,we had trouble login so we called the rep was more than helpful and recommended a alternate sight. We booked it on the spot with a little hesitation. Best, Best decision yet The trip was great. The hotel was clean and beautiful. the staff was friendly and the pool was the bomb by the end of the week we were all diving off the 15 ft cliff. Normally we have to leave the resort for some fun but not this time Thanks

My booking experience with you was easy and quick. Your agent guided me to my first all- inclusive vacation. I knew very little about this segment of the travel industry but was given a set of parameters to choose from. The resort chosen was right for my travel party

Thank you CheapCaribbean.com for a fabulous vacation. I have been recommending your site to friends and relatives since our return. Exept for a delay at Miami International due to heavy air traffic on our return home, everything went as planned. Carambola is a great vacation spot. I can't say enough how beautiful the island of S. Croix is. Not a big tourist spot, just what we wanted.Thank you for everything. We look forward to next year. William Lee, Manchester, CT . July 6 thru July 13, 2009. Carambola Resort, St. Croix.

They also made tours easily available at their tour desk. There were many private places to sit and relax. I also liked, that there were restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. My only regret, is that I didn't stay for an entire week, live and learn.I can't wait to see where my travel guide recommends next summer. Thanks Again,Lisa

We visited Aruba and stayed at the Tamarijn for 2 weeks in June/July. The trip was wonderful! Everything worked out very well. The resort was fantastic...good/clean rooms, great food and drinks, and great staff. Planning the vacation with one of your travel agents went very well. She was very helpful with everything. The only minor complaint that we had was that my husband and I were not able to sit together on the plane. We were able to call 24 hours in advance and get much closer. We have flown Continental many times and have never had this problem. For some reason, they would not allow us to call months in advance for seat assigments. All in all, a great trip. We are planning to take another trip to Aruba through CC with our children and grandchildren. Thanks for a fun vacation!Sonya Doyle

I want to thank CheapCaribbean.com for giving me one of the best vacations I have ever had! When planning my trip to Puerto Rico, I looked at various web sites and got various rate quotes, but CheapCaribbean.com offered the best rates. Not only did I book my flight through them, I also booked my hotel through them. There was no problem at either the airport or checking in at the hotel. CheapCaribbean.com was pain-free booking and I still can't believe the amount of money they saved me! Thank very much CheapCaribbean.com ! Kevin O'NeillOrlando, FL

Hi, This is Mona Calache...now Mona Doumas (just married)! We live in New Milford, NJ. My husband and I booked our honeymoon with cheapcarribean.com and we couldn't have been happier. We stayed at the Gran Melia in Puerto Rico for 5 nights from June 29th to July 3rd. We flew home July 4th. The Gran Melia was the most beautiful resort we had ever seen!! We could have stayed in the resort the entire trip and would have enjoyed it more than anything, but we did decide to tour Puerto Rico a bit. The rainforest was absolutely exquisite! Our only regret is that we did not stay longer. We truly cannot wait to go away again. We would like to thank the agent who helped us, Malisa. Not only did she find us exactly what we were looking for, but she helped us find something that exceeded our expectations! I am already planning our one year anniversary with cheapcarribean.com. We would love to stay at the Gran Melia again!! Thank you so much for making our honeymoon the most romantic and special honeymoon we could have hoped for.

My husband and I traveled July 10-12 to Cancun, Mexico and stayed at the Riu Caribe. We have stayed at many resorts in the Cancun area as well as stayed at some Riu Palaces around the world but had never stayed at a regular Riu. We were very pleased with the lobby, it was beautiful with live plants and live turtles in ponds and lots of staff available to answer questions. The entire hotel was very very clean! Food was amazing, we were not able to get reservations at any of the restaurants since we were there for such a short period of time but enjoyed the buffets and were pleased with the variety of food each day. The pool and pool bar was amazing! We also love that they invite vendors in during certain times to sell their goods in the lobby which allows those on short stays the opportunity to shop without leaving the grounds! We plan to visit this Riu again in the near future and will definitely utilized Cheap Caribbean again, everything was handled from the flight to the transportation to the room it was so easy, great flight times and wonderful service from the agent! In all the websites I visited I kept coming back to Cheap Caribbean because they had the best prices and the best flight times! Thank you Cheap Caribbean for another wonderful vacation! Stephanie L. Hey I'm Tonya and I from Jamaica, New York. My husband & I stayed at this hotel July 12 through July 19, 2009 and I didn't want to leave! Its a great hotel for the money! The rooms were clean, the food & drinks were very good as well. If you tip the bartenders and the other servers, trust me when I say, you'll benefit it from it. I know tipping is suppose to be included in an all inclusive trip, but in my opinion it really isn't. The hotel is centralized in Ocho Rios, i.e., Dunns River Fall is just a short catamaran ride away (on the other side of the Sandals Hotel pier). There are some "lively" vendors on the beach and yes, they will "bug" you for the most part to simply try to get you to buy something, but a simple reply of "No my brethren, I'm good!" will do. They aren't mean and they are definitely not annoying, I found them to be comical and very nice peopletake a minute and chat with them, you'll see. There are wave runners, banana boat and parasailing vendors just waiting for you.be sure to haggle down to a fair price. One vacationer told me he was able to get a wave runner for 20.00 USD for 1/2 hour! Also if you take a stroll down the beach to your left, you will find a wonderful woman by the name of Winsome who does massages for 1 hour at a price of 50.00. She as her little "hut" all decked out in a tropical lazy dcor, complete with a wind chime and all to lull you into a state of bliss while you get your massage with the Caribbean Ocean as your back drop. After a massage, check out the pub that's right next door as ask for a gentlemen by the name of 5 cent. Buy a drink, share some laughs and a little cultural with the locals its a clean and safe place to chill out of a while. Tell Winsome & 5 cent that Walter and Tonya sent you! Opposite of the pub, there are vendors just waiting for you to buy somethingBUT BE PREPARED TO HAGGLE-HAGGLE-HAGGLE AND HAGGLE SOME MORE, those women don't want to let anything gobut if they tell you to step inside, do so, because That's a signal to let you know they are willing to bargain with you. I don't have anything bad to say about this resortnothingit was all good mon'! By the grace of God, I hope to go back next July.

My husband and I took our first all inclusive vacation in Cancun. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 day stay. The hotel was beautiful, the pool fantastic, the beach super and the staff excellent. . Dining choices were varied and the food was very good. it was a great deal for a very good price and we can't wait to do it again.

Hello, We just returned from our trip to Punta Cana. What a wonderful time we had. Everything went so smoothly, from our flights to our transfers to (and from) the hotel to check in, etc. The hotel was beautiful. We chose the Royal Service and were very pleased. We had VIP check in which was very quick and easy. Since we arrived early our rooms were not ready so we were escorted to the Gabi for lunch. Everything was delicious. There was always so much to choose from and the staff was very friendly and helpful. After we ate, Eddie found us and escorted us to our rooms which were very nice and very clean. Thats one thing that stood out the most, how clean the hotel was. Every bathroom, even the ones by the pool and beach, were always immaculate. The Royal Service Pool was beautiful and very quiet and relaxing. We did venture out to the other pool a couple of days just to have a little more of a party atmosphere. The beach was amazing. Probably one of the nicest beaches I have been on. White powdery sand and turquoise warm water. The only thing I would only slightly complain about was the lack of lounge chairs on the Royal Service beach. I believe that they should have sufficient chairs for all guests, even if they keep some in reserve and bring them out as needed. We ate in most of the specialty restaurants: French, Thai, Mexican, Japanese, Dominican, and Seafood. Every one of them was wonderful. The food was always fresh, tasty and abundant! The service was always top-notch (if could possibly have something to do with the fact that we were a group of 6 ladies lol). We made our reservations every day and didnt have much problem getting the times we wanted. The only thing I would change: we would have liked to have made our reservations at the beginning of our trip instead of having to remember each day to do so. We were told we werent allowed to do that. Overall the weather was beautiful. We had one solid day of rain at the beginning of our trip, which was a bummer, but we chose that day to do some shopping. I would definitely return to Punta Cana and would definitely stay at the Melia again. I would like to return with my daughter as there were many families with children there and it looks like they really enjoyed it. Thank you for all your help in booking this vacation! Pamela J. Travel Dates 5th July 11th July 2009Christopher and Nikki Ranwell plus 2 children 15 and 17 yrsEl Conquistador Puerto Rico52 Rocky Hill RoadAndover, MA 01810 El Conquistador was a fantastic hotel and resort to stay at. We were lucky enough to be placed down in a room by the Marina which was a perfect spot for our family needs. The room was clean, modern and exactly what we needed for our 6 night stay with a view over the Marina and out to sea perfect! The facility offered everything we needed from Starbucks to small shops and a variety of restaurants to choose from. I was actually ill when we arrived and the staff arranged for a Doctor who arrived at 7.30am the next morning nothing was too much trouble for them. The beach which is located on a private island is stunning and a great feature two ferries run frequently across to this idyllic getaway a must. There is a choice of restaurants to choose from my only feedback there is that they are expensive and just OK. We had a wonderful time and lovely vacation we would definitely recommend this hotel and we would definitely visit again. Nikki Ranwell

name is Lindsey Aaser and me and my boyfriend Andrew Madrigal just returned from our trip June 15-20th, 2009 to the Radisson Aruba Resort and Casino on Palm Beach, Aruba. We had the most amazing trip EVER! Booking through CheapCaribbean was so helpful because we didn't want to deal with a bothersome travel agent during their M-F 9-5 hrs. It was fantastic to have all the information we needed to find the perfect location and resort for us for the best deal out there. The Radisson Aruba is beautiful, convenient, and well priced. We are already planning our return! Thanks Again, Lindsey Aaser

We had a thoroughly grand time on our vacation to Punta Cana. The CheapCaribbean.com representative on the phone helped us choose a great resort and directed us to the most cost-effective options. Definitely would use CheapCaribbean.com again. Rick Paukert

Just wanted to send a testimonial about the hotel we stayed at while in Cancun in early July. We spent 5 nights at Oasis Cancun, and I have to admit that I was a bit worried after reading the reviews on the hotel after booking the incredible deal. Many complained about the rooms, ammenities, etc. It was very very hot in the lobby, since the ceiling was so low and had no air flow. The rooms were not bad, alittle outdated and beatup, but not bad. The food was good, the grounds were clean, and our room was straightened up each day. For what we paid for as an all-inclusive, it was suitable. If you do not like the heat, do not go in the summer

Kudos to the Barcelo Playa Langosta resort in Costa Rica. The accomodations were great. The service was prompt. The food was delicious... a lot of variety for the all-inclusive buffet. The gym was small but more than adequate. We had nothing but positive experiences. We paid for round-trip transfers to the airport. The service was great although there was a little confusion about communicating to us when our return trip was, but our driver was on time each way and everything worked out. This is our second trip with Cheap Carribean and we have been pleased both times from soup to nuts. Thank you.

The booking process was straight forward and our trip went off without a hitch. I truly believe we got an extraordinary deal. The El Cid was an amazing property and everything from the time we checked in until we checked out was near perfrect! I have already told many of our friends and family of our experience with CheapCaribbean.com and will definitely be using the site again for our next trip! My name is Kelly Crawford and I recently traveled to Jamaica from June 27 to July 2 and stayed at Grand Palladium Resort and Spa in Jamaica. This resort was Awesome! Before going on the trip we read lots of reviews from people that complained about petty things like tiles in the pool...I assure you that there was nothing that significantly bothered us on this trip. The resort was clean, the people were friendly, there was a huge variety of things to do without even having to leave the resort and the food was AWESOME! The only thing we really had to complain about the whole week was the lack of snorkeling equipment at the resort each day. If we did not get there early enough it was already gone for the day. But we quickly got over that issue as we started to enjoy the clean beaches, awesome pools, and great food and drinks! As far as booking the trip, Cheapcarribean was the easiest and cheapest site I have ever used..We went on our honeymoon to the Dominican less than 6 months prior to the jamaica trip and we paid more money and have more trouble booking than we did with this trip and our resort was just as nice as the expensive one we paid for in the domincan. Thanks so much for a nice, stress free trip Cheapcarribean!! Kelly CrawfordWest Columbia, SC

Ashten Tullier, Baton Rouge, Louisiana July 3 - 10 2009, Sunvillage Resort & Spa Our trip was great! The shuttle to and from the airport to the hotel was really easy and convenient. Sunvillage was a BEAUTIFUL resort. There was an abundance of pools, but our favorite was the pool, level with the lobby, with the swim-up bar. We stayed in a Superior Room; the room and bathroom was very nice & spacious, the balcony/private outdoor sitting area had a beautiful view. The staff at Sunvillage was top notch, they were very friendly and willing to do anything asked of them without wasting any time. The nightly shows in the theater lounge were great. The only complaint we had on the entire trip was that the soda machine in the buffet area always seemed to be out of soda, but there were usually waiters walking around and they were more than happy to go to the nearest bar and get you a soda or drink of your choice. I was very skeptical about going on the trip because I had read so many mixed reviews but I'm glad we picked Sunvillage, it was amazing!Ashten Ashten Tullier

To whom it may concern, We travelled to Cancun Mexico on vacation using the cheapcarribean.com website. We traveled on July 6th and returned on July 9th. The entire experience of booking our honeymoon was effortless and without complication. With all that was going on with the wedding plans, we ended up planning a vacation just before the wedding, not knowing if we would be able to afford a honeymoon. Even at such short notice, we received a great vacation at an affordable price. The room at the Dreams Cancun Resort & Spa was wonderful. Service was outstanding, and our room was beyond our expectation including an ocean view. We will definite use 'cheapcarribean.com' again for our next beach vacation. Thank you, Gwendolyn DawkinsSan Angelo, Texas

I took my wife and two boys to this hotel (Oasis Cancun) over the first week of July. I was expecting a bad experience from the reviews I had read and figured we would end up moving to a different place but the cost was too good to be true. At any rate I was, plesantly surprised. Check in was easy and friendly.Food was good (although it is not set up very well in terms moving people through) the choices were great great versus many all inclusives where you really only have a buffet. The beach is typical Cancun (rocky) however you can move down the beach a couple of hundred yards and there are some great places to get in with the kids (not rocky). The rooms were fine. The entertainment was good. The pool was great. The hotel is huge.Noise level was fine (we stayed in phase 2)The downside I saw was not being able to locate the group we booked transfers from at the hotel. They called me and I asked where they were they told me and then said they move around, I looked everyday and could not find them so booked a taxi back to CUN for the return. All in all a great vacation and the price was unbeatable.Jim

Leah Apple, Frisco, TexasTravel Dates: May 26 - 31, 2009.Excellence Riviera Cancun We recently travelled to Mexico with some friends and stayed at the Excellence Riviera Cancun. We were going to stay at this hotel a couple of years ago but did not, and now I wish we had. This hotel, while a bit more expensive than other all-inclusives, was fantastic. This was my first adult-only hotel, so it was nice not to have any kids running around! It probably helped that the hotel was only half full because of the swine-flu scare, but I bet even if it were fully occupied, it would still be nice. There is plenty of space on the beach and at the pools/lazy river for sunbathing. The grounds are beautiful and there is plenty of shaded areas if the sun is not your thing. We had a swim-up spa, which I would highly recommend. We stayed out in front of our room at the lazy river a good deal of the time we were there. We had a great bartender just across from us (Margarita - she was great - always there with a drink when we needed one) which was very convenient. The food was good at all the restaurants we ate at. We didn't try the Asian or Mexican restaurant though, but the Lobster House and the Grill was pretty darn good. All in all, this was a great experience and I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to splurge on yourself a little bit!

I enjoyed the trip overall. I stayed at the Grand Oasis in Punta Cana, DR. The hotel was decent but I will try another hotel next time. Good service and good food. Not much to do in Punta Cana and the excursions cost a lot. Jibi GeorgeWashingtonDC 20024.

We loved Aruba and had a great time at the Tamarijn. The deal we received from Cheap Caribbean was so fantastic. The Tamarijm all inclusive was a nice hotel that featured a beautiful view from each and every room. I would definitely book again with this website. It was so easy to have all reservations in one place and the package was such a great value.Josephine Addonisio

July 5- July 9Nh Real Arena, Punta CanaWe had a great time on our vacation we wish it would have lasted longer. The Resort was clean and all the staff members were very friendly, and also could speak very good english. The room was clean and the food was good. The only thing i have to say is make sure for men you bring pants and woman you bring a skirt or dress pants to eat in the restaurants. We did not bring either so we were unable to eat in the restaurant during our stay but the buffet was good. The beach is beautiful and clean. We can not wait to come back! we had a great time! Thanks,Melissa Metzger

Dear Caribbean Jim, I want you to know what an incredible staff you have. My husband is a police officer and in the wee hours of July 24th as our three children and I were anxiously awaiting his arrival home; we received a phone call, he had a severe detached retina and needed surgery immediately! Our flight was to take off in less than five hours. First, I would like to say that I didn't purchase the trip insurance so this was not a problem that anyone at Cheap Caribbean needed to take on. Your staff was absolutely wonderful, they treated us like family. There was Amy, David, Ben and Melanie and I hope I'm not leaving anyone out! I called and spoke with American Airlines before you opened to let them know that we would not be on the flight. I then called and spoke to Amy at Cheap Caribbean to let her know of our situation. After two surgeries in less than twenty four hours we received great news; Paul would most likely regain some vision and will not be permanently blind. The surgeon, who was aware that we were supposed to leave that night on vacation told us the best medicine for Paul right now, physically and emotionally would be to take that vacation and rest and relax. This is where my real story about the customer service at Caribbean Jim's really starts! I really put your staff in a position of tough customer service, we were cleared from the surgeon and wanted to go on vacation, preferably immediately! I know how expensive last minute flights are and didn't have a lot of extra money to put into this trip. Caribbean Jim, your staff came through for me! We are leaving for Jamaica on July 29th. We are staying in Montego Bay as opposed to Ocho Rios but we are very thankful to even be going on this vacation. I can't tell you how much time that David, Ben and Melanie at the help desk put into this but I'm sure it was hours. The compassion for our situation was unbelievable, we are strangers but they treated us as if we were their family, as if this was one of their own that had been hurt! I can't express enough thanks too everyone that made this happen for us. Please pass this along to everyone that was involved and let them know that the Wszolek family will forever be customers of Cheap Caribbean, our new travel family! With much gratitude and thanks, The Wszolek Family
