Kyrle NelsonBoiling Springs, SCTravel dates: Sept 2 - Sept 9, 2009Sun Village Resort and SpaThe resort was nice. The staff was very friendly but there was somewhat of a language barrier with some of them. The food wasn't bad, our favorite the Lemongrass restaurant (Thai). The room was great but it did take a while to retrieve hot water. The scuba diving was excellent. The bellboy service was great, just call and they will pick you up and drop you off where ever you want. Now for the disappointments: When you first arrive they have what they call resort hoppers try to get you to set up an appointment to go on a tour to get you to buy into a vacation club. If you go to Ocean World, they have people wearing polo shirts with VIP Tours that will try to con you into going with them for the same reason. Be prepared, especially during the summer months, for several locals to stay there on the weekend. While we were there, we had approximately 500 locals including children arrive Friday afternoon until Sunday afternoon. The bellboys said it is not as bad in the winter months. For the price it was not a bad vacation.

Our vacation took place September 1st through the 6th. We stayed at the Viva Wyndham Azteca. This is an all inclusive resort located right on the beach. The entire resort staff was friendly and helpful. Check~in and check~out was very speedy. The buffet, snack bar and restaurants were adequate enough so there was always a place you could eat. We went to see one of the shows and the staff did a very good job. We really have to commend the recreational staff. They work very hard interacting with the visitors all day and then putting their shows at night. The beach is a nice area with lots of room available. The pool is a little small and there is only one available. Our stay was a fairly nice one and we would possibly stay there again. Considering the price, we really couldn't beat it! My wife and I were celebrating our 10 year Anniversary and just returned from the Colonial Majestic in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. We were there from Sunday, September 6 through Friday, September 11. It was an unbelievable trip! CheapCaribbean.com is a phenomenal travel service and I would recommend it to anyone. The deal we got was far better than any other offer I had seen online or any other travel agency could match. Additionally, when we got to the resort, we received a FREE Room Upgrade. We had booked a Colonial Jr. Suite and got upgraded to the Colonial Suite with ocean view. This room was palatial. It took up half a floor, complete with a private balcony with Jacuzzi tub. We planned to take it easy this week and only did activities. The first was a Romantic Dinner on the Beach. I highly recommend this offer. The second was a Carnival Cruise which takes you out to the middle of the ocean to swim with nurse sharks and stingrays (100% safe and well organized). Both were fantastic. The beach at the resort was beautiful, with fine white sand and crystal clear blue water. Additionally, very few locals trying to sell you stuff. Truly a place you could relax. The pool was amazing as well. When you wanted to take a break from one paradise, you could move to a different paradise and lounge around the pool where they have various activities and entertainment. The resort is all-inclusive and they do a remarkable job at catering to your every whim and need. The one negative I had with my experience at the Colonial Majestic was that the food was average. It was good; but not excellent. I would absolutely go back and I will assuredly continue to use CheapCaribbean.Com. GREAT JOB!!!! Kind Regards, Eric C. Webb

Our vacation was wonderful. I can't even begin to tell you how extraordinary the staff was to us. The people I would like to give my thanks to for making our vacation memorable are Simon who, on our first day there walked up to my husband and introduced himself and from that day on took care of all of our needs at the beach, Gasolina and Rey who were the most fun and entertaining. They made our days and evenings so enjoyable with their games, the attention that they would give to our family.and the talent they have. These two young men are such an asset to the resort that words are hard to find to truely describe their exhuberance, energy and their love for the vacationers, who they managed to remember everyday, either by name or nickname. They were the most fun loving guys I have ever met in my life. The resort was lovely, the room we had was just beautiful, overlooking the pool area. The restaurants were great, good always served with the utmost manners. The World Cafe was just the greatest, anything you wanted and whenever you wanted it.

From:Heather Shewmake2772 Bay Shore LnGrand Prairie, TX 75054Travel date: Aug 19-26 2009 We absolutely loved the resort. I could not believe that they actually had a trapeze set up on the beach with free lessons! The nightly shows were very entertaining and everyone at the resort was helpful and friendly. The rooms were kind-of plain, but who spends time in your room when you have a lovely beach outside!Heather

This is the first time I used cheap caribbean and I loved my vacation. It was the best vacation I ever had. The Marriott was the perfect location for us. I perused your sight and was able to make my decision. The food was great at the Marriott Resort. The Vista had good food all four times we ate there. As well as the fish restaurant on the beach. The coffee was even great at the hotel. My husband loved the Casino. The beach was great at the Marriott. The service was great. Aruba was great. We are definitely booking are next vacation through cheap caribbean. Carolyn Carrano, Long Island, NY

Name: (Brother) Robert McCauley City: Jamaica State: N.Y. Travel Dates: 9/4/09-9/7/09 Resort: Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort In mid June, Cheap Caribbean offered a 60% off sale on all inclusive resorts with round trip air. I had no intention of being able to go away over Labor Day weekend--due to this sale I was able to do so with round trip NON STOP flights and at an all inclusive resort in Montego Bay.After checking in, I went to a room with a bedroom, a separate living room each having a flat screen TV, terrace and an ocean view from each room---never before have I had such luxurious accommodations. Mention should be made of the fact that I was traveling alone and received such royal treatment. The resort took care of any needs I had in a prompt and efficient manner; the food was plentiful and the staff tried very hard to please and ensure their patrons had a fun weekend.A most pleasant way to end the summer before returning to work.

Hello, Well, I just spent September 5, through Spetember 11, at Dreams La Romano, in the Dominican Republic. The Good: Dominican Republic is beautiful, land , sky and ocean. Dreams Resorts in La Ramona beautiful. The rooms was beautiful. Housekeeping was great. Pools and areas were kept clean. No timeshare selling. Yes, they will take about 10 minutes of your time to describe the different activities and excursions you can buy, just like a cruise would. The Bad:I did not realize it would take us two 1/2 hours to get to the resort. (traffic) Going back to the airport only took one 1/2 hours at 4:00 a.m. for 9:00.am. flight. Dreams Resort is great to a point, that is the issue getting the point across. (definitely a language barrier) Only restaurant I would recommend is the Japanese for dinner. The buffet was ok. I have been to many resorts I on a scale to 1 to 5, I will give it a 3. Sandy

Secrets Cancun was a beautiful resort, featuring 7 pools and 7 restaurants. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, very modern with a bit of a South Beach feel. The staff very friendly and accommodating. We had an exceptional view from our room of the pools and the ocean -- it seemed there was no room at the resort that had a bad view. The spa services were also very nice.Adrienne Lenhoff

Just wanted to let you know that we were met at the Cozumel Airport on time and in a very friendly manner by Rafeal. We then checked in the next morning with Miguel and we were again greeted in a very friendly manner. Miguel scheduled a Jeep tour for us with Pantera Jeep Tours and asked us to give him a reveiw the next day, which we did. Miguel always treated us professionally....and he is a nice guy. Our hotel, the Iberostar, was absolutely perfect other than having very hard mattresses on the beds. We asked for and received a mattress topper and that greatly improved our sleep. The staff could not have been more friendly, helpful, our more professional. Sylvana met us at our check-in and from that point on we were treated royally by all. The grounds staff, housekeeping, and all the food service personnel were great. Awesome vacation! We will be back.

Thank you so much for your help. Right now the cell phone has been shipped by Fedex to us - but is in customs in Miami ? My husband should receive it tomorrow. We really appreciate all your help and if you like- please feel free to forward this email to your "Higher Ups" as we can not say enough good things about your assistance in resolving this lost cell phone issue. We also have been spreading the word about your travel services as we had a great time in Cancun. Thank you again.Karl and Glenda Lindekugel

Beth, Thank you for this detailed and professional email. After we arrived at Marriott Frencmen's Reef, we realized that the pool that they would be closing was not the one that we would be using anyhow. All's well the ends well. Aside from a couple rainy days, we enjoyed our stay. This was our third exposure to Cheap Carribean, and won't be our last. Your company is a class outfit. Thanks again for your response. Ken Beaty

I spent weeks researching vacation spots, after many comparsions I ended up buying from CheapCaribbean they seemed to have an Excellent price and everything that we were looking for in a honeymoon vacation! We booked a junior suite at The Royal Suites Turquesa by Palladium. We were travelling June 22nd thru July 2nd. We booked online which was SO easy! No problems whatsoever. Upon arriving at the resort we were amazed! The resort was extremely beautiful.......We knew that we had made a good decision. The room was in the new section of the resort, which pleased us very much! Very nice and comfortable accomadations. Our butler Jose was extremely helpful, made reservations for us on all but 1 evening. He did a tremendous job for us, he was very friendly and likable too! Not all of the employees spoke english too well, some tried and knew " the basics", but if you tried to explain some things a few had NO idea what we were saying! None the less we got along perfectly fine! The pools and the beach were wonderful! We never had problems getting seats or palapas on the beach or at the pool. The resort did a great job at keeping vendors off of our part of the beach ( Royal guests get special perks here) One is their own private section of the beach with nicer lounges, unlimited towels to use outside ! These were GREAT PERKS! Another GREAT perk was being able to make dinner reservations at the A La Carte restaurants ! We found the food to be pretty good, we never were hungry while there! Breakfasts at The Royal Gourmet restaurant were delicious too! We throughly enjoyed our trip at The Royal Suites Turquesa, will probably try to go to one of their properties in Mexico for our next getaway. We will certainly be booking with Cheap Caribbean the next time too !! I had correspondence with Kerri before we left on vacation~ Who did a great job at giving us the information that we were seeking via email. Our trip couldn't have been much better-I've attached some resort photos as well !! Thank you all !!

Hi, My family went to above hotel from August 8-22, 2009. We had very good time, hotel is nice, we moved from north tower to south tower as my kid is allergic to mold and there was a little bit of it in bathroom door. Rooms are nice and clean, staff is very helpful, and we had no problems. My kids are 12 and 14 and we were little concern as I read some reviews stating that they openly approach girls for sex. We didnt have any bad experience to this regard. Our kids were most of the time with us, so that helped a bit. Beach is not the best, it is kind of short and lots of sea weeds, but beach is clean and they make the best out of it. Food was absolutely amazing, plenty of food, fresh fruits and veggies, plenty of varieties for every taste. Pools are nice and clean, you can see staff early in the morning cleaning pool area.Resort is in the city which was different than what we used to, but we knew that and it was interesting experience, and we liked it. It was nice to see ordinary Jamaican people and their daily routine. We went to 2 tours, Dunns river, wonderful experience, loved it, we also visited Mystic mountain, tried bobsled, zip lining and we had so much fun. It was pricey, but worth every moment. We also visited local Italian restaurant Evita, where we experienced superb Italian cuisine. Highly recommended. I would like to go back to Jamaica. Wouldnt mind to go back to the same hotel, but will most likely try Negril area because of long beaches. Didnt like check in, took to long, reception organization is not the best, but didnt spoil our wonderful vacation. Karolina Ugljesic706 Lauber Crescent\Edmonton,Canada

Dennise PlarinosMontreal,QuebecMy husband and I decided to take our 3 children (15yrs, 13yrs and 11yrs old) to an all inclusive vacation this year and what a great choice the Grand Palladium Riviera Resort and Spa was. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and breathtaking. It is amazing how clean and spotless this resort was. Our room was nice and spacious and the jaccuzzi was enjoyed by one and all of my family. There is sooooooo much to do that we could of even stayed a 3rd week there and not be bored. Having the use of all 4 hotels (The Colonial, White Sands,The Kantenah and Riviera) keeps you entertained and you never feel like it being repetative and not knowing what to do next. They have shows every night at The Riviera and The Colonial, which you are able to see both as they have them at different times and they are different shows. The entertainers are amazing. They have different activities (aerobics in the ocean, water polo, darts, bingo, salsa lesson) planned every day for you to be able to join in and have fun. They have a Spa which is so peaceful and beautiful, you feel like you're in heaven. The great thing about the spa is that you are able to use there facilities even if you don't have a massage booked. They have a Black & White Jr. Club and a Sports Bar with pool table and fuzz ball table which the kids enjoyed. They were very happy and that kept us even happier. The food was great, so many restaurant to choose from. The only bad thing about the restaurants was that you would not be able to make reservations, therefore, you would have a waiting period of 45min. to 1 hr - a little long. Don't see why they can't do reservation style?? If you would be going to supper early, like 6:30pm, the waiting time wouldn't be so long, but when on vacation and with ocean and beautiful weather, you enjoy all that and don't go back in your room till the sun sets and get ready for supper like 8:30pm. Our favorite was eating at the Beach bar fro lunch, they had the best chicken wings ever, totilla's and faxita's. Sonia, Maria and Teresa were so friendly and all smiles every day. Alexander at the pool bar was very friendly and a people pleaser all the way. On our way to the airport to head back to Montreal, the kids were saying "No! No! lets go back - let's stay another week!" - I wished I could TOO!! I definetly would go back in a heartbeat! We all truly enjoyed every minute/hour of our stay!

My name is Elaine Dean from Edmond, Oklahoma. We traveled to the Mayan Rivera 9-20 thru 9-26. Our stay was in the Valentin Maya Imperial. It was great. The accommodations were pure class and the service was impeccable. The staff was always willing to help and always had a smile. The entertainment in the hotel was very good. There really is no need to leave the resort. We always like to rent a car and day trip but for those who do not there is plenty to do. The food is more than adequate and plenty of it. I cannot imagine a better place to stay and Cheap Caribbean made it so easy. I was bogged down on the net trying to find connections out of OKC, but when I called them we had it booked in ten minutes. They were really informative. I will not hesitate to book my next vacation with CheapCaribbean.com. They were awesome!! Thanks for a great vacation!!!!!!!!!! Elaine Dean

Cheap Caribbean, My name is Jennifer Ruiz and we traveled 8/21/09-8/27/09. I am from Naperville, IL and we stayed at the Oasis Cancun. We had an overall great experience, especially for the price. We got an amazing value. The room's were simple and we're great for what we paid. We stayed on the 6th floor, which I believe offered the best view. On the website however, it did say that if we were staying at any of the Oasis properties we would have been able to eat and go anywhere. When we arrived we were informed that we were unable to eat at three restaurant and unable to attend the hotel club at no cost. The pool was well kept and the food was great. The variety of restaurants that were available allowed us to eat at a different location each night. The Olympus tours representatives that were available once they picked us up from the airport were extremely helpful in telling us details and making sure that we weren't subject to any scams. While at Oasis, we met with the Olympus tours rep and we booked a party hopper and a trip to Isla Mujeres, both of which were absolutely fabulous and were the highlight of our vacation. One thing that the pictures or reviews did not mention was that the ocean that was around our hotel, Oasis Cancun, was extremely rocky and unable to lounge on, and I do not believe they even had chairs laid out, so we had to walk a considerable amount down the beach in order to avoid the rocks. Otherwise, we had a great experience and would return again, but would pay the extra money to stay in the Oasis Grand, as well as choose an oceanview room. Thank you. Jennifer Ruiz Naperville, IL

We booked an all-inclusive resort called Majestic Elegance in Punta Cana from 8/14/09 through 8/22/09. This is the first time we booked with CheapCaribbean.com and I was a little worried at the time of booking because it was new for me. I have to say, it was one of the best experiences I ever had with a tour operator. After booking we were notified by the airline and CC that our flight time had changed and we were getting into Punta Cana 3 hours later then anticipated. We were a little upset about having to start our vacation later, but knew that could happen and just didn't let it bother us. About a 1 month before we were to leave CheapCaribbean called us to let us know they see that our arrival time was pushed back and they found another flight we could take that would get us to Punta Cana 30 minutes before our original arrival time. They said there would be no charge to change if we wanted to that. WOW! That's customer service, remember we never called Cheapcaribbean they took the initiative and called us to make our trip better. The service did not stop there, our shuttle service was great, we didn't have to wait, very easy to find at the airport and at the resort we had a CC representative that always knew us when we walked by, very friendly. Because of the caliber of resort we never had to go to her for any troubles. What I liked best our first full day at the resort we met with our representative and she gave us all her contact information. At that time she asked if we were interested in excursions and we said "no, we just like to hang at the resort". That was it she did not try to change our minds and up sell us (which I hate), she just said she was here if we needed her, gave us a list of things we could do outside the resort and then each day she would seek us out to say "hi" and make sure everything was ok. Everyday we would hang in the lobby area playing cards, so she knew we would be there. This is also where we would see all the other Tour Operators up selling all their guests, they made them feel like they would have a horrible experience if they didn't do an excursion. I was so happy we did not have that high pressure sells, it does sort of ruin your trip when it happens. Cheapcaribbean is definitely the way to go, I can't wait to book my next trip with them! Thank you CC for a great time! We had a great time at a beautiful resort! Rebecca Costello

Hi, We recently visited the Tamarijn Aruba, which we booked on CheapCaribbean.com. Overall, we were completely satisfied. Everything went smoothly, which we were concerned about seeing as how this was our first vacation booked online and not through a travel agent. We enjoyed our stay. The island was fantastic and the hotel was great too. We would definitely book through Cheap Caribbean again. Melissa Griffith

Our anniversary (30 Years) in Jamaica was fabulous. We stayed at Couples Swept Away in Negril and it was everything that I expected and more. The resort is stunning, the room spacious, the verandah overlooking gardens and the ocean was magnificent. So calming and serene, clean and fresh. The food and drink was abundant and good and the customer service was exceptional. It was a paradise. Travel was on time and prompt. The only glitch was road construction in Montego Bay which made our shuttle ride to Negril a bit longer than it should have been. I would suggest beverages be included on the shuttle, maybe some water bottles. Anyway, it was wonderful. Thanks to Cheap Caribbean and all the wonderful staff at Couples Swept Away Negril.Rebecca and Rick WeidemannMansfield, Texas

We recently booked a quick 4 day getaway to Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. We stayed at the all inclusive resort named Secrets at Miroma Beach. This was our first time using Cheap Caribbean and to be honest, we were a little skeptical since the price was so good! Not anymore! You have two new customers. Everything was as promised:1. Quick non-stop flight on Jet Blue was mostly good, although flight was delayed both ways!2. Transfers were safe and courteous.3. Resort was absolutely beautiful- crystal clear turquoise waters and the cleanest beach ever. Room was nicely appointed with a spectacular balcony and ocean view. Food was above average and service was excellent. Thank You, Rick and Terri Donofrio

This was our 2nd trip with Cheap Caribbean and just as spectacular as the first. We'd long thought about a visit to Cancun after our brief glimpse on a cruise, but knew we wanted to stay in the Cancun Hotel Zone rather than Riviera Maya so we'd be closer to the action and activities. After looking over the large selection (and opting for the included air fare) I still had to look twice, I couldn't believe the great price. We stayed 4 nights at the Barcela Costa Cancun on the all inclusive package and thought we'd landed in paradise. We asked for one of the quiet rooms (we're an older couple) and they were happy to help. The staff is outstanding- especially the servers, we felt so welcome there. In front of the hotel you can either take a taxi or one of the 4 convenient city buses that come by every few minutes. Getting around couldn't be easier. The beach is raked several times a day, the dining extends practically down to the waters edge, plenty of chairs on the beach with a few huge trees for those few of us not seeking a tan. The overall age was probably in the 30's but a wonderful mix of Americans and Europeans. I can't think of a thing to find fault with. The food and drinks were varied and tasty. We're not big eaters but it was hard resisting- it was like being in the buffet dining area on a cruise ship. We've recommended this company with everyone we know- we did Aruba with them as well - I can't wait to see what opportunities come along next time. Sherry Van EppsSan Diego, CAAug. 20-24' 2009

Overall this trip was a great vacation. The hotel was clean and the food was good. The beach was beautiful, which was the most important thing for us on this trip! There were lots of people our age at the resort (mid 20's-early 30's) who were there to have a good time, but they weren't "out of hand" partying. The Cheap Caribbean people who were at the resort were very helpful and always available to answer questions. I would definitely recommend using CheapCaribbea.com and going to Oasis Cancun for a vacation.Julia

Dear Caribbean Jim, We spent our holiday from August 20 - 27, 2009 in Puerta Plata, Dominican Republic where we stayed at Sun Village Resort. We had a marvelous time. Our entire travel going and coming was most smooth. American Airline connections, transfers to and from airport to destinations could not have been better. Upon arriving at Sun Village Resort, we were pampered from the moment we arrived with warm greetings, iced water, cocktails and cool hand towels. The room registration was prompt, professiosnal and very cordial. Our accommodations were the best. The room and bath were spacious and roomy. The veranda was hugh and the view was most peaceful. We were located within a short walk from the lobby and restaurants. Whenever we wanted to go to the beach, the golf cart drivers were right on hand to take us. The layout of the resort was spectatular, all the different levels, never a dull moment from one spot to the other. Being senior citizens, we were a bit concerned about getting around the resort and up and down so many steps. My husband had 2 knee replacement surgeries and I had just injured my knee. None of that bothered either one of us. Actually the exercise up and down the steps was the thing we needed because by the end of the week my husband was up and down the steps without his cane and my knee never hurt. Sometimes we could have called for the golf carts, but we chose to walk for the exercise. The food at the entire resort was wonderful and there was a variety to suit each taste. We ate at each restaurant and was satisfied. Most of our meals were at the buffet and the employees there were the best. The bartenders at each bar fixed drinks as we ordered. The entertainment was different each night and well put together. We swam in most of the pools. The ones by the waterfall were relaxing. We went to Sun Village Resort strictly for relaxation and that is what we did. In fact, we did not leave the premises. We also enjoyed using our Spanish. Thank you Cheap Caribbean for arranging such a wonderful trip. Robert and Joyce Newsome

When I had to call your reprehensive.I know the Intercontinental hotel chain and expected outstanding food and service, and we received same , staff was friendly and helpful.I would stay at this hotel again, lots of things to do, close to lots of attractions, rain forest , San Juan old town, to name just two. My name is Walter Garner: Grenada: This is the first time my wife and I have traveled with "CheapCaribbean" and it was a pleasure. We traveled to Playacar, Mexico, August 15th or 16th and stayed at the Viva Wyndam Maya on an all inclusive trip. The service was excellent, food was good and drinks were plentiful. The two mistakes we made were #1, we didn't make reservations for dinner soon enough. You should do this as soon as you check in. #2 was not paying attention to what time our flight left for the states.......we had a 7:00 AM flight and our pick up time at the hotel was 3:30 AM. All in all it was an excellent trip and one of the easiest we have ever had. Thanks

Hi Jim and All the Gang, We had a great time in Puerto Morelos at SSS! The resort was terrific all around. Have been to the Mayan Riviera many, many times and stayed at some of the nicest resorts, this was great for what we paid and we would return and recommend. We never left the resort, it was a pleasure to relax there and the staff made a huge impact on the day to day operations. The restaurants offer many great options and the no reservations policy is great too, making the decision for dinner, time and place open until that evening so relaxing! Thank you for helping us get the whole thing set up. The flight on JetBlue was great too. This was our first time flying with them and the direct flight from Dulles was terrific. We were there in 3 hrs, 20 minute ride to the hotel and we were at lunch by 12:30 Cancun time! It was a whole extra day to enjoy. Our room was even ready when we got there so we could check in and change and hit the pool too. Thanks again for the great vacation and again some help on this email issue would be great. P.S. It did rain one day on the trip. But it wasn't a hurricaine, and we did have one of those once! The details of our trip are as follows: Dr Peter and Mrs Marian GentTraveled to Secrets Silversands August 15, 2009 through August 22, 2009Flew JetBlue from Dulles International to Cancun direct and return Thanks,Marian

Booking our vacation through CheapCaribbean exceeded our expectations. It started with our shuttle we purchased to the hotel, when we got off the plane in St Croix they were waiting for us with a sign with our name on it, We jumped right in and off to the Carambola hotel we went. The hotel was even better than the pictures, right on the beach, reasonable meal prices and very accommodating. The value add coupons that were given with the package were as good as cash. Our first experience with CheapCaribbean was a 10 out of 10, no hidden cost, great service at a great price.Robert GrayDowningtown, PA Carambola beach resort 8/22-8/26

CheapCaribbean is an easy and fast way to plan and enjoy your vacation. I and my family just came from The Dominican Republic in an All Inclusive package and we can't wait to next year to come back. The flight was on time, and the accomodation at the hotel was excellent. It is so much so, that I decided to become a member of the IVC (Internation Vacation Club). Thank you CheapCaribbean for all the information and help you provided us. Thanks so much. Sincerely, Argent Severino and Family

My expereience with CheapCaribbean was a very pleasant and knowledgeable one. As I worked with the representative to find the best offer suitable for myself and my mother the representative was very knowledgeable and worked to help find a plan that ws affordable and reasonable. Then a couple of days later my mothers friend wanted to go along with us. We called back to CheapCaribean and they were able to help add her to our plan with an affordable offer as well.

We just returned from our glorious vacation in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico, 8/20-8/24/09. This was our first vacation together, my first trip to an island in over fifteen years and our first trip booked through Cheap Caribbean. We stayed at the Rio Mar, A Wyndham Resort in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico. The resort exceeded our expectations. It was top of the line the whole way. Our suite overlooked the pool area and beyond that the beautiful blue ocean. Airport transfers were ready upon arrival, hotel check in was a dream. The weather was fantasticwe did not want to come home! Thank you for a memorable vacation. We will surely book with CheapCaribbean again! ~ A. Mazur

The food was great. I had an ocean view from my room. At the end of it all, I thought I was going to have to pay taxes & fees for the hotel, but nope! I was exstatic! I definitely would do it again!

This is the greatest time in my life!!! I haven't gone many places and this is the first time that my husband and I went out of the country. My husband booked this trip as a surprise for my 40th and he was very wary to go through a web-based travel service. On-line as well some phone calls, everyone was fantastic - most-helpful. Everything is what we anticipated, no surprises and it was truly a vacation to remember!!!

Well, I absolutely LOVED Jamaica and I had an overall fabulous time. The only bad things I can really say are first, the people that work with the airport transfer company were not very professional and when we did arrive in JA we were sent in a small Toyota corolla where our luggage could not even fit. I had to sit in the back seat of this car along with my huge luggage and a woman that I did not know while my friend who was traveling with me sat in the front seat. I thought that we were supposed to be riding in a bus/van and that did not happen. We had the same issue coming home, a small car again picked us up from the hotel while everyone else going to the airport went onto one of the tour busses. I WAS NOT happy with this company. I believe it was called Tropical Tours. The only other issue we did have while there was with the room at the hotel, things were broken and old and we had a leak in the bathroom that almost caused me to fall and break something. Other then that everything else at the hotel was great. They offered great tours and attractions. The food and drinks were excellent and we made some great friends that we are actually still in contact with in Jamaica. We will be returning in January, probably to the same resort and most likely through cheapcarribean again.

My experience with cheapcaribbean.com was fabulous! The hotel was perfect and everything was taken care of from the moment we stepped off of the plane to the moment we arrived back in New York. Hi, my name is Shu Li Sun, I've travelled to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic at Nh Real Arena. We had a great time there, the resort was beautiful and the service was great. Thank you

The trip was great! The Ocho Rios area was beautiful and there was plenty to do. We went on the Bob Marley tour and loved it. It was an excellent vacation over all. The one negative experience was the resort. When we got there they didn't have our room ready so they stored our luggage and we weren't even able to check into a room until late that night. The resort ended up putting us in a room with one king bed for the first night because they didn't have our room ready until 3:00 the next day. We would definitely return to Jamaica but we will never stay at that resort again!

Hello! I just wanted to comment on the experience I had when my mother and I traveled to Nassau, Bahamas this August. We stayed at the Nassau Palm Hotel and had a great time! The hotel staff were very helpful and welcoming. The lobby was beautifully decorated in bright, exciting colors. The beach was located right across from the hotel and we had a great time relaxing in the pools at the hotel. The buffet dinner that was offered was a delicious introduction to the flavorful cuisine of the Bahamas! What a great time we had! I look forward to booking my next trip with Cheap Caribbean very soon!

Hi, Steve from existing reservations called me last night regarding my request for a price match guarantee and he requested that I email the price match quote to him. He did locate the same quote last night online and said everything will be all set and I will get a credit back for $59.52 on my credit card, but according to your price match wording I must submit the paperwork within 48 hours of my reservation. Again this is not a new request, it is just the back up per my conversation with Steve last night for the price match credit of $59.52. I would like to thank everyone I spoke to for this trip reservation from Brian, Steve, and Carrie for their patience and the good customer service I have received. Thank you again and let me know if you have any questions. Paul Poulin

Hi Beth. Thanks again for hooking us up with the free breakfast in Cabo for compensation for the construction. The construction wasn't ideal, but thanks to being able to use the swimming pools at the Del Arco really helped with the change of scenery. The trolley was a very short ride. We did have a wonderful week and I wanted to thank you again. I've attached a photo of me and our daughter Megan at one of our great meals. Have a great week,Michelle Tymecki

Jay Menadue, Milton GA, 8/23/09 - 8/28/09 Grand Palladium Riviera Resort & Spa (Riviera Maya). This was my first international resort vacation. Overall a great experience! I may return in a year or two. The resort was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Very lush, tropical foliage and landscaping. Exceptional rooms, junior suite is easily large enough for a couple and a small child. Beautiful decor, marble floors, cool rooms, jacuzzi included. Well stocked fridge and restroom. Large beach, nice sand with plenty of beach chairs and easily accessible beach bars. Large assortment of watercraft and sports equipment available. Scheduled events for adults and children at many of the pools and at the beach. Pools and pool bars very clean. Great variety of restaurants which were not very difficult to get a table. Olympus Travel did an excellent job of getting me from the airport to the resort and back. They were very timely and courteous. It is a must. Olympus Tours also had a tour of Chichen Itza (extra charge). Very luxurious bus and knowledgeable bilingual tour guides. Take extra water!!! Some negatives... They did not advertise which night each of the restaurants was closed, I showed up at a restaurant that was closed that night. Call the front desk to confirm. When I checked in, the front desk gave an extensive orientation to the resort. However, they left out how the shuttles run through the resort. One shuttle runs to each of the four lobbies. Another shuttle runs from two of the lobbies to two of the suites. Another shuttle runs from the other two lobbies to the other two suites. The resort is very very large. The resort map was difficult to read. The quality of the food at some of the restaurants was about 3 stars out of 5. Meals usually took 90 mins at a minimum, service was courteous, but very slow even in a half empty restaurant. El Dorado and Rodizio are a must. The Kabah buffet restaurant was incredible. Every thing you could ever want and the cuisine changes every night. Breakfast and lunch were amazing.

To whom it may concern,I want to express my thanks to Cheap Caribbean for making this by far the best vacation at all inclusive I've ever had.Our cheap Caribbean travel agent made the booking process easy and left no questions unanswered. He even reserved the same package for our friends, which made the planning that much easier. We just got back from Riviera Maya, Mexico where we stayed at the Valentin Imperial Maya Resort. The Valentin Imperial is filled with treasures, making the Cheap Caribbean deal a steal! I highly recommend this resort! The food and entertainment exceeded our expectations. There are so many options for food, everything is served fresh and the presentation- 5 star quality. I'm just sad we didn't stay long enough to go to every restaurant. Options to dine in air conditioned rooms or al fresco is one of the ways The Valentin is so accommodating and shows how big the resort is. Prior to our arrival we read up on reviews about how huge the place is and how easily you can get lost. The staff drives around cars and golf carts waiting for you to ask them for a ride. You can even schedule to be picked up. We learned the quick routes in just a few days..The entertainment is not like most all inclusives, cheezy and boring. These were major productions- authentic to the elected theme. Each night was better than the one before it. Outdoor shows with buffets and linen draped chairs and tables near the pool and courtyard were incredibly romantic! There is place to hang out for every type of mood. There's a sports bar with games to play. The live band or dj will keep you dancing. Many places to have a drink at night. The hotel will occasionally bring vendors to the courtyard where you get all your souvenirs. The white sand beach is beautifully clean, water is clear, but watch out for the rough waves- swimming them was part of our fun!The spa credit is an awesome bonus, considering prices are reasonable. They truly pamper you! Amenities were great. The golden suite swim ups are worth the upgrade. The pool is footsteps from your room, there's convenient beverage service, and more privacy. Don't want to leave the pool? You can order room service to the room! It surrounds a lagoon which makes for a beautiful background. The main pool is huge and offers both quite spots with plenty of shade and lounge chairs in the pool and 3 swim up bars to mingle with other guests. Its adults only, which adds to the laid back , fun, and romantic nature of the place. There's no way to be disappointed at the Valentin Imperial Maya Resort; it will exceed your expectations of an all inclusive resort!Looking forward to booking my next vacation with Cheap Caribbean.Best Regards,Melissa Sierra

Elena S. North Bergen, NJ 8/19/09 - 8/26/09 Royal St. Kitts Hotel & Casino. We had such a great time! St. Kitts and Nevis are beautiful islands. I recommend the Island Tour and the Nevis Tour. Also, take advantage of the hotel's free excursions to the Caribbean Beach and to the shopping areas. If you want to go bar hopping the strip is only 10 minutes away from the resort. The hotel itself is not as fancy as the Marriott but ,since it's all-inclusive, it's definitely worth the price. I went during the off season so the hotel was not overcrowded. I definitely enjoyed the tranquility.

Danielle E. WilburnChicago, ILTravel Dates: August 18 - 22Club Ambiance, JamaicaMy experience in Jamaica was amazing! The resort was a little quiet and more of a setting for couples, but the workers made it great for us by telling us where to go for great night life and how to get around. The food there was great and the drinks were even better. The staff really made the trip enjoyable as they kept us entertained and provided good company. The only thing I didn't like was that there weren't that many water activities to partake in and the beach was not like a real beach with sand that we could run around in. It was very rocky and the beaches were separate from each other, so often there were people spread out at all the different beaches when it would have been a little more fun if it was one long beach so we could all enjoy each others company. Overall I really enjoyed the trip and would definitely travel with CheapCaribbean.com again. Thanks! -- Danielle E. Wilburn

Prompted by your follow-up email, I would like to thank you for your help in booking my recent trip to Puerto Rico. My brother and I stayed at the Gran Melia near Rio Grande, and it was a wonderful trip. Great hotel - flights were just fine -- great web site. Thanks!

Just got back form El San Juan and what a great vacation I had. After reading all the negative reviews on other websites regarding El San Juan; i was a little hesitant on staying here. BUT, I just wanted to tell you that I did not experience any of that. Cheap Carribeans price was unreal and the room was better than I imagined. The hotel on the weekends is the place to be seen and the complex is absolutely beautiful. My friends booked their trip on their own next door at the Intercontinental (not as nice in my opinion) and paid double of what I did!!! I will be recommending Cheap Carribean to everyone and thanks again........ John

Karen BeltonMillersville, MD Travel Dates: August 3-8, 2009Hotel: San Juan Marriott Stellaris Resort & CasinoAirline: AirTran AirwaysOur trip to Puerto Rico was fabulous. The San Juan Marriott was perfect in every way. The rooms were big and nicely furnished, and the bed was the most comfortable that I have ever slept in. The hotel had two nice pools and a hot tub, and it was right on the beach. Our package included beach service, and we were provided with fresh towels everyday at the pool and beach. Also, they set up umbrellas and provided chairs for us each day. I cannot say enough about the fantastic beach at our hotel. The sand was so soft, the water temperature was perfect, and the water was clear to the bottom. The surf was pretty rough, which was fun, but I probably wouldn't recommend it for anyone with young children. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was very friendly. There were plenty of restaurants that we could walk to, and I would highly recommend Il Postino, Tiajuana Bar & Grill, and Via Appia. Also, don't miss Old San Juan (a short taxi cab ride away), and the Rain Forest (you can rent a car and drive yourself). Skip the Bio Bay, somewhat of a tourist trap. Our flights to and from Puerto Rico were also very good on AirTran. Can't wait to go back.

Sapna JoshiHudson, NHTravel dates: August 17-22, 2009Resort: Gran Melia Puerto Rico in Rio GrandeOur vacation was great!!! We were concerned about traveling to Puerto Rico with our 1 yr. old son, but it was a fantastic vacation. The flight was direct from Boston and there we no delays. The resort was absolutely stunning and beautiful. We recommend this place to everyone. The only downfall of our vacation was it was during a hurricane! We experienced two days of rain while staying there, but otherwise we had a great time. Thanks for booking this wonderful vacation for us!

Telka ReeceDanville, VASt. ThomasMarriott Frenchmen's Reef ResortAug 17 - Aug 21 We had a wonderful time while we were away. Every part of our experience was delightful. The hotel was absolutely beautiful, the service was great, and every one was so nice.We really enjoyed the excursions that we booked and appreciate the discount of advanced booking through Cheap Carribean. We really advise anyone looking into the excursions to do the eco tours--hiking, kayaking, & snorkeling. We had never kayaked or snorkeled & we fellin love with both. It was easy, fun, & very informative to learn about the mangroves. The only negative would be the food--very expensive & not much to pick from for pickyeaters but overall we can't really complain. Even the taxi's weren't bad. Would definatelyrecommend taking the taxi's instead of driving-very narrow roads, hilly, & left side driving.Thank you Cheap Carribean for a wonderful vacation. This was our first trip without using a travel agent & doing everything on line. I was a little leary at first but everything went so smooth,we will definatley use CheapCaribbean.com again.

Larry Lakin, Louisville, Kentucky traveled to Punta Cana from 8/7/09 to 8/16/09 and stayed at N H Real Arena. Room, beach, resort grounds and service great. Buffet was always good, any meal. Specialty restaurants left a lot to be desired, I would opt for the buffet anytime over these specialty restaurants; bar tenders limited in ability to mix drinks; every one seemed to be in training without anyone to train them; took two day trips (jeep safari and Santa Domingo) and both were great experiences; Turinter great to work with and gave what they promised in all aspects on our two trips and with transportation to and from the airport

My name is Felicia R. McDuffie and I'm from Blythewood, SC. We went to Puerto Rico on August 11-15, 2009. We stayed at the Intercontinental Hotel and Spa in San Juan (Carolina). The stay was great. There is a GREAT restaurant down the street from the hotel by the name of Don Jose/Edith's (has two names for one building) that is open 24 hours....delicious food, good customer service, and reasonable prices. Other than the thin walls, the hotel was wonderful! I will definitely use CheapCaribbean.com again.

I had been to another Sol Melia resort, the Paradisus in Punta Cana, so I knew going in that this was a wonderful resort chain. This trip I brought my 1 and 11 year old children. We all had an amazing time. From the beautiful beaches, the incredible lagoon shaped pools, the free roaming iguanas on the property, the wonderful food and so much more, we couldn't have had a better vacation. Gran Melia Puerto Rico is only 20 minutes from the El Yunque rainforest, which is a must for any visitor to Puerto Rico. The waterfalls and views in the El Yunque National Park are unparalleled. Gran Melia is also only a short distance from Old San Juan, a charming old city with cobblestone streets and tons of history. We took a tour of the forts of this walled city. What incredible views of San Juan from the lookout points on the wall. Overall this vacation was one we will never forget.
09/02/2009
We really enjoyed our trip. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, the grounds were filled with several types of palm trees and flowering bushes. The service was excellent. The staff members were courteous and friendly. Our room was more of an apartment than a hotel room, spacious with a seating area, large bathing-dressing area, and large shower; king-sized bed, and best of all, a screened porch, with two comfortable sofas and a table. On Thursday, August 20th, Hurricane Bill passed through. It rained steadily from about 1:00 p.m. until evening. We spent the time dozing and reading on the screened porch which saved the day. The pool is large and very pleasant. The sand was sugary white and the water was wonderful. The hotel staff raked the beach and picked up trash everyday. The "gourmet" restaurant was closed because it was off-season. We had our meals in the open air bar or on the terrace. The food was good and featured lots of fresh fish.It was a great vacation! Eve T. Fried

CheapCaribbean.com did a great job booking our 40th Anniversary trip to an all-inclusive Resort in August. Secrets Silversands was extremely clean, with spacious rooms, and a king size bed that will match your bed at home. The staff was there to make you feel like you were the only person at the Resort. The pools were clean, while the infinity pool was cool, and refreshing. The beach was rocky, and seaweed was everywhere. Overall the Resort was safe, clean, and fun.

Katherine MessinaWallingford, CTAugust 14-19, 2009Carambola Beach Resort, St. Croix, USVI The resort was lovely. The rooms were nice, though there were a few BIG bugs. The beach at the resort was great. If you want to stay at the resort the whole time, this place is perfect. But if you do want to travel the island, I strongly recommend renting a car at the airport. The resort is in the middle of nowhere and they have a deal with the taxi companies for a flat rate no matter where you want to go. If you have your own car, you can bypass that snag. The resort has a few restaurants which are nice, and the food tastes good, but it gets a little boring after a few days having the same choices. Go snokeling if you can and visit the city of Christiansted at least and Fredericksted if you have time. Overall, a nice vacation, but not likely to go back here again.

Name : Tina HardyMontgomery Village, MDTravel Dates: Aug. 6 - 11Resort: Valentin Imperial MayaMy stay at the Valentin was excellent. The booking process was easy and straight forward at Cheap Caribbean. From the time I set foot through the doors at the Valentin everything was wonderful. The service and the entertainment was great. You could do as much or as little as you wanted to do. There were plenty of choices in restaurants and the food was plenteous and of a high quality. I had absolutely no bad thing to say about my experience at the Valentin and Cheap Caribbean. I would most definitely recommend CheapCaribbean and the Valentin to family and friends. It was the best all-inclusive Resort I have stayed in thus far.

Nick & Bessie LianakisFishers, IN Travel Dates= Aug 15, 2009 to Aug 20, 2009Oasis Carribean Hotel Our stay at the Oasis Carribean Hotel in Cancun was nice. Before our departure, I read some reviews that were not quite favorable. Although I did not let those reviews change my decision, I did take everything in consideration and planned accordingly. Our room was standard, dbl occupancy nothing special. The food was simply, ok. There were five buffet-style restaurants on site, which I wasn't too pleased with, but their was a seafood restaurant which was great, however, the line to get into the restaurant for lunch or dinner was too long. Overall, though, the service was great and the bar staff made us feel special. All the employees of the hotel were neat and clean. The men and women were dressed appropriately, always wearing a smile. There was a great pool on site, but it was filled with kids screaming and playing. This is something I wish I knew before I booked. Thankfully, this hotel sits right on the beach! The resort was clean and safe. The beach was impeccable, clear blue water and white sand. The tide was so low. All shopping was accessible by public transportation which ran every 10-15 minutes just about 24hrs. Yes people were trying to sell you things along the beach, but once we said a firm no that was it! We had no more problems after that. The entertainment staff was also great! So, my complaints were that there were too many buffet-style restaurants, too many children in the pool, and there was no beverage service from the staff while we were sitting by the beach and/or the pool. Out of 5 (1=poor and 5=great), my overall rating for this hotel are: Value= 4Rooms= 4Location to downtown/bars= 3Cleanliness= 4Service= 3

Wendy Worobey, Dunmore, PA, 8-1-09 to 8-8-09 at the Melia Caribe Tropical. My travel review follows:My husband, 13 yo daughter, 14 yo son and I spent from 8/1/09 - 8/8/09 in a family suite. The accommodations were wonderful! The kids had a trundle bed and there was a day bed in the room to accommodate a 3rd child. Mom and Dad had the king size bed. There was an LCD TV on the kids' side of the room with satellite TV. The TV on our side would turn off randomly, so we watched from the kids' side. No big deal. There was plenty of space to store all of our clothes in drawers and on shelves in the closet. The other benefit to having a family suite was that the bathroom was enclosed. I'm assuming that the other rooms had bathrooms that were open like we've had at the Paradisus Palma Real and at the Majestic Colonial. Not a problem for a couple, but kids want their privacy. We always wind up draping clothes over the openings when the bathroom isn't enclosed.Check in was a circus. There were so many people and the front desk staff are definitely on island time. It was HOT, too. I've been to Punta Cana 3 times and this is the first time there has been barely a breeze. This is certainly not the resorts fault. Luckily, I created my own line at the front desk and even with letting a woman we met on the shuttle in front of us since it was 12:30 and she was in a wedding at 2:00, check in took about 30 minutes. Not a really long time, but it was HOT waiting. After check in, we walked to the main buffet for lunch. There was so many things from which to choose. They were even carving beef tenderloin for lunch. Then, we set out for our walk to our room. The walk took about 15-20 minutes in the blaring sunshine. This resort is HUGE! We later learned about the trains and the golf cart transportation. There were a few bali beds around the pool. Our room was very close to the pool and beach. We were able to get a bali bed each morning since I'm an early bird and was out at 7:00 each morning. Funny thing was I was the only person who claimed a bed that actually stayed out. Everyone else claimed their beds and never arrived to use them until 10:00 or later. Not fair to others. There was plenty of shaded area around the pool and on the beach. My kids made friends with other kids in the pool and would play with them from morning to night. They had a ball. They brought home a lot of email addresses and phone numbers. I made friends with some of these children's parents and with one woman that I directed to the towels on her first morning. She celebrated her birthday at the resort and the bartenders treated her and I so well when they found out she was celebrating. As for the food, most was very good. The Italian restaurant, La Gondola, was the worst. The American Grill was disappointing since there wasn't as many entrees from which to choose because they had a number of sandwiches on the menu. The best restaurant was the Thai one. The French, Japanese and Capri were also top notch. We were able to get reservations every day for an ala carte restaurant without any trouble. The Agora buffet at the beach was excellent for breakfast and lunch.Overall, this was a great vacation! I do not speak Spanish and that never got in the way of talking to anyone. I know a few words and I like for the residents to teach me more each time I go to a Spanish-speaking place. My kids enjoyed the arcade at night and most nights got in after my husband and I. We felt safe there, though one warning is to not keep much money on you. My friend had money stolen from her beach bag and we heard of one of our neighbors having his wallet stolen. I never carried more than $10-$20 with me, so if I lost it, it wouldn't be a great loss.Since this is a sister hotel to the Paradisus, I can tell you that it has many of the amenities with the exception of turn down service and top shelf alcohol. We did not have royal service and did not need it. The wildlife at the resort wandering about is neat. Peacocks, flamingos, ducks and turtles in the ponds were always entertaining to watch.I am a fussy traveler and truly enjoyed this resort!

Rita SaavedraSan Antonio, TXTravel Dates: August 12 17El Conquistador Resort and Golden Door Spa Beautiful resort, great private island but very thins wallscould hear alarms going off in the next room at 6:30 in the morningfor over an hour. Not fun after a midnight check-in.Also found the staff to be very unfriendly. Even my teenage children commented on how unhelpful the staff was and how mad they all seemed. At the patio bars, restaurants, shopsthe same thing. It was like we were a bother to them. I stood at the bar several times waiting while the staff talked amongst themselves completely ignoring me until they were ready. The few people who were nice and helpful stood out completely. Kevin, room service; Angel the Security Guard; and the front-desk manager (didnt get her name) who helped me at checkout and very patiently helped me with difficulties encountered because of a lost credit card. She was very kind and helpful. The bartenders/servers in the Martini bar were also very nice. Again, a beautiful resort but my family had a much better time at the Wyndham Rio Mar. Much friendlier staff and much more tropical, native feelmusic, dancing, easily accessible beach, and we didnt have to pay $60 a day to go to the pools. The Coqui water park is not worth $20 per person for the day! I love CheapCaribbean.com but would not recommend the El Conquistador to anyone!

Hello, my husband and I used cheapcaribbean.com to book our vacation to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. We traveled August 16 thru August 20, 2009. We stayed at the beautiful Excellence Resort. Our whole trip arrangements were made with CheapCaribbean.com including our Flights, airport transfers, and Resort reservations. We did not experience any problems and will definitely use CheapCaribbean.com again. The Excellence Resort was wonderful. The service was great, food was great, and we met some wonderful people. ame-Henry RambergerNewton, NJ 07860 Travel Dates: Wednesday-August 12, 2009 - Wednesday-August 19, 2009 We had a wonderful time in Aruba. Although we have been there many times we had never traveled or taken the trip from a Wed. to Wed. usually we go on a Fri. or a Sat. for a one week stay. The trip was presented to us in a newsletter and the dates were for a Wed. to Wed. trip. Prior to receiving the newsletter we had looked on the internet at several other travel sites and all trips that we found were too expensive for what we wanted to spend. So the Wed. deal was perfect for us and although we had to make a stop rather than flying non-stop as we usually do, all worked out like clockwork! We had been very hesitant about our connecting flight on the return leg of our trip, but it worked out very well and we were quite impressed that even our luggage made it to our final destination. We stayed at The Aruban resort. We had stayed there previously however this time the facilty did not seem to be as nice as it was before although they really seem to be trying to spruce it up and make it very nice. Also very disappointing was the customer service which in the past had also been much better. There was a problem with the air conditioning and after 5 attempts to get some answers and even requesting a room change without any satisfaction or even response we just decided to deal with it as we truly love going to the island and do not spend much time in our room anyway. When booking this trip I did not have any reservation about staying at the Aruban. Unfortunately however would think twice about staying there again. Cheap Caribbean was very easy to work with, travel documents were easy to utilize and we are always anxiously waiting to receive the newsletter. Will definitely utilize Cheap Caribbean in the future. Very glad that we tried it out this time otherwise we would not have had the opportunity for this great trip! Thank you! Ariba Aruba!

HI everyone my husband and I took a wonderful trip to Cancun Mexico the week of August 10. It was hot, sunny and the water was just plain breath taking! The staff at the resort were very pleasant and spoke english very well! I surprised them with a little espanol of my own! However you must be aware of the scammers when you go off the resort. We had to wait a long time before leaving from the airport to our resort. The tour company seem to be taking their time leaving. We watched several different trucks and vans leaving around us with the same company. Overall we enjoyed ourselves,a much needed vacation! Thanks Cheap Caribbean, Christina & Billy Edwards

We recently booked a trip to Jamaica, our third one this year. We decided to stay in a different hotel than the previous trips. When we arrived the hotel was nice but not what we expected. We called a customer service representative and told them we wished to change hotels. We were so impressed at the level of professionalism and service we received that we will not book with any other agency again. Ben in customer service took care of us in just a few minutes and we had no problem when we arrived at the second hotel the next day. I will be sure to tell all my friends and family what a great experience we had. Thank you for hiring intelligent and professional agents who truly wish to serve your customers. Sincerely, Amanda Bratton RN

Hello,We traveled to Breezes Runaway Bay, Jamaica from 8/15/09-8/19/09 and booked our trip through cheapcaribbean.com because a friend had told me about the great deals they had on all-inclusive resorts. My friend booked a trip to the Dominican Republic, and had nothing but positive things to say so we decided to try it. I compared prices and cheapcaribbean.com allowed us to book an all-inclusive vacation to Jamaica for a quick getaway. We weren't planning on taking a vacation at ALL this year because my husband was recently laid off, but the prices were so good that we decided to go for it. The time away, just the two of us, was such a blessing and has really been one of the best decisions we made. We loved the resort and were upgraded to a nicer suite upon arrival, which made the trip absolutely perfect. We will be booking another trip within the next few weeks on your website due to the credits and promos you offer to returning customers.I saw SO many people checking in to the resort with CheapCaribbean.com paperwork, and it made me feel great that I wasn't the only one who knew about this website and saved money on their vacation! The only negative thing I have to say about the entire process was the wait times to reach an operator on the phone, which exceeded 25 minutes. That's a long time to wait to ask a question about your upcoming vacation, and by the time I reached an operator you could tell she was exasperated at all the phone calls she had been receiving, and wasn't the most patient with our brief questions.I think if you added more phone representatives to cut down on the phone load and call times, it would be a win-win situation for everyone involved.Sincerely,Jennifer and Chris Maxam

I had an awesome experience at the Sun Village Resort. Awesome staff, wonderful food, drinks and great entertainment around 9:30PM every night. Definitely going back soon. I stayed at bungalows section and was lot better to stay there than the regular resort. You get more bang for your buck with the big screen tv on the wall, awesome bed, and the ample balcony: i stayed in the studios bungalows with single bed. Although from people that i have met whom stayed at regular resort side complained about getting their items stolen etc, i have no complaints at all when i stayed at the bungalows. The usual bad stuff i can say is that when you are at the bar, you might have to wait a little until they get to you, but as will any bar in USA. Just take it easy and slow, YOU ARE ON VACATION!!! And don't forget to take a shot of mamajuana!PARADA JOHANN LOVER

Julia HinesArlington, VAAug 14-19, 2009Grand Oasis Riviera Maya All in all, we had a nice stay. The resort and service didn't quite stack up to Secrets Maroma, which is where we stayed last year, but the price was right. The room was kept well-cleaned and our personal belongings were left alone, which was nice. We even accidentally left our wallet there one day on the table, and we came home to it right where we left it...money and all. The air conditioner was a wall unit that couldn't seem to keep up with the August heat but it wasn't too bad. The food at all of the restaurants was great, other than the Brazilian place, which was just so-so. The buffet was even quite good. We thought it was a little odd that you had to sign up for evening dinner reservations at the restaurants first thing in the morning at the concierge (you couldn't call from your room), and they quickly filled up, leaving you with only the option of the buffet. Our biggest let-down was the poor quality of the drinks. It was next to impossible to find a good, non-watered down pina colada and the house wine was terrible! We resorted to martinis by the end of our stay. We would likely not go back to this resort, as we would be willing to spend a little more for quality. But the staff was nice, and we don't regret the experience.

Peter DykstraOdenton. Maryland Travel 8/7/09 - 8/11/09 Rincon beach Hotel, Puerto RicoOur stay here was fabulous, great accommodations, great beach, good food, staff was excellent.Only problem was not having second room available upon arrival. I booked a second room a couple of days prior to arriving, they did not have second room ready when we arrived 8/7 but supplied second room the next day. I'm still waiting for a credit for the second room which was billed even though I did not get the room the first night 8/7.I will use your service again and recommend to my friends.
