Jan DillyRadnor, Pennsylvania Iberostar TucanRiviera Maya, MexicoAugust 26 - September 1 I went with my husband and two teenage children. We loved it. The resort was beautiful and the people who worked there could not have been more accomodating to us. It was a bit too hot to sit at the beach so we sat at the pool. This was the largest and best designed pool I have ever seen. We spent the entire day in the pool. The food was great. The rooms were great - the beds a bit hard, but we never asked for the mattress cover to make them softer. This hotel is one I would return to or at least go to another Iberostar in Mexico.

Crystal Cottrell Hastings NYAugust 21-26 2009Riu Montego Bay I went with my fiance and another couple to Riu Montego Bay in August, it was absolutely by far the best time! The beach was beautiful, the sun was hot, the people were so free and friendly! The Riu is a fabolous resort, well worth every penny, full of class and wonderful staff and entertainment. They cater to every need and for all the bad reviews the food has, I survived 6 days and though most the food was delicious and very inviting!!! Cheap Caribbean made it very easy and affordable for all 4 of us to have a wonderful carefree vacation. We even went ziplining in a Jamiacan rainforest and river tubing in a jungle river!!! Thank you CheapCaribbean for all your assistance with booking our trip!! You guys all helped us make great memories and all in all a wonderful expeirience!!! Thanks Again, Crystal Cottrell

Hi,I just wanted to give my feedback on my recent trip to Puerto Rico.Me and my friend stayed at Gran Melia Golf Resort from August 27 to September 1, 2009. The resort was beautiful and the pictures do not do justice to how beautiful this resort really is. The beach and the water were amazing - the sea was always warm and mild (the only tiny downside was that because of the stones and seaweed it was a bit difficult to get in and out of the water, but other than that it was great). The pool is so wonderfully designed and so turqoise blue than one never wants to leave it. Everything was clean and well kept. We had a very nice and spacious room with a garden view. The staff was always friendly and willing to help. The Dragonfly tour to the El Yunke ran forest was one of the highlights of our trip. Our tour guide Roberto was very nice and attentive to all our needs, he knew a lot about the area, told us a lot of about the culture, cuisine, even ethymology of spanglish words :). Overall, we had a great time, but it was really short. I wish the offer was for 7 days, not for 5 as almsot 2 days were spent fying to and from Puerto Rico, so technically we only had 3 days there:(. We definately will go back.Thank you

The trip was the best vacation that I had for a long time. The food, beaches, service, bars, shows were excellent and will be going back again. The non-stop air and transfers were good. CheapCaribbean did an excellent job booking my trip. The stated upgrade and Spa certificate were taken care of on arrival. Out of fourteen nights it rained only slightly two. Valentin Imperial Maya may not be a 5star to everyone, but I certainly thought it was. Will use CheapCaribbean.com again on the next trip. Sincerely, Will Robinson

I just got back from Dreams La Romana and I had an incredible time! Our shuttle from the airport was there waiting for us and took us right to the hotel. The resort was nicer than we could have imagined. The food was great, the staff was so friendly and helpful, and the place was beautiful. We honestly didn't know what to expect booking it off of a travel site, but we could not have been happier. I will definitely book with CheapCaribbean.com again in the future!

This is our tenth time to Cancun, but we usually stay in a different resort each time.We loved the resort and plan to return. The room was very nice and food was excellent. They had premium liquor like Grey Goose Vodka and Crown Royal. My only complaint would be checking in was a slow process. They only had two people with several of us waiting on the couch. Overall I would give this resort an Excellent rating. Candy Sayre

LOVED IT!!! The place is beautiful. Has many pools. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and courteous. The food is delicious. There are four restaurants: Asian, Mexican, Italian and Buffet Style. All are great. There are about 4 bars all open til late. I went to look at the resort to have my wedding there next summer. The wedding coordinator is excellent and is very comforting. I saw pictures of other weddings there and they looked beautiful. Look forward to going back and getting married there.

My name is Nicole Lake (formally Hamilton and booked as Hamilton). My husband Brandon and I are from Fredericksburg, Virginia and we traveled to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic on August 4th and stayed until August 11th at the Majestic Elegeance all-inclusive resort. We went for our honeymoon and we had such an amazing time! The rooms were clean, the pools were blue, the sand was white, and the ocean was breathtaking! We weren't used to swimming in an ocean where you could see your feet the whole time. The service was slow at times but they always pulled through. The beach was equipped with clean and comfortable lounge chairs in the sun or shade. There was beach sports you could participate in and many excursions close by; including kayaking, canoing, parasailing, and many more. My husband and I got some amazing pictures with some parrots we held on the beach; what a shot! And let's not forget about the food. There were 6 different restaurants to choose from ranging from japanese food to a beautiful open dinner on the beach. We would definitely consider visiting again after we hit up the rest of the world :)

We had a great vacation at St Thomas at Sugar Bay resort. The resort is wonderful with 3 swimming pools. One downside is the 94 steps to the pool, BUT they did have a shuttle that ran non stop if you didn't want to walk. I loved the location of the resort, very close to some world class beaches. St Johns is minutes away and Coki beach is right around the corner. Every aspect of our trip went well, the flights, the transfers and the resort was great. We loved the breakfast buffet very much every morning. John Barber

We loved it. We got there August 26 and left on Aug 30. We had the best weather. It didn't rain, not once. Our room was fabulous. We were overlooking the pool and the bay. There was always something going on. We also took a catamaran 1/2 day tour out to Buck Island, which we scheduled through cheap caribean. It was great. I cannot say anything negative. It was definitely the best vacation I have ever had.We will be going again and again. Cindy L. BorlandHave a wonderful day!

what a beautiful vacation, those people bent over backwards to please us, from the eatries to the bars they went above and beyond, in the middle of nowhere so if you like the hustle and bustle of vegas don't go here, never a crowd to eat, pool bar closed at 6pm a little to early but now as i look back i can see why, a great time there.frank m. cleveland ohio went 10/23/09 - 10/30/09

Julie & Mark MillerPearland, TexasTravel dates: 8/27/09-8/30/09Grand Oasis Carribean Resort-All inclusive First let me say that Cheap Carribean is the best! From booking the trip to the details of the many options provided. Everything is very organized and detailed and I love that because there is no question unanswered. All the information needed is provided in the travel vouchers that they provide you. It was a wonderful experience from time of booking to the time we landed at home. This was our first trip through Cheap Carribean and it definately will not be our last! When we arrived to Cancun, there was a sign clearly marked. Once we went up to that person, they directed us to the van waiting area. Not too long of a wait. We were the first couple anf then went to another terminal to pick up 2 more couples. It takes a little longer when you purchase their transportation to get to your hotel, but totally worth it! It would have been much more expensive to take a taxi. Everybody is very nice and very prompt to early on time. The hotel was definately worth the price that we paid. We got a bargain! The food of course isn't the best I have ever had, but definately rates higher than average. I mean it is all inclusive! There were so many restaurants to choose from. If you stay at any Grand Oasis Hotel, then you have priviledges at all the Oasis Hotels. I am not sure, but there are like 5 of them. That means you can eat and play at all the sister resorts. You can't beat a deal like that. We stayed on the property to eat, but for only $0.65, you can ride the bus and go to any of the 5 or so resorts to eat and it's included! Restaurants at the Grand Oasis Carribean Resort & Palm Oasis (sister resort right next door): Rodizio Grill- The meat was grilled fresh and brought to your table on a large sword like skewer. There are fewer choices than here in the states. They had flank steak, chicken, turkey wrapped in bacon, & sausage. They had many great sides to choose from. At the end of the meal, they served us lobster with garlic butter sauce, which was to die for! Their breakfast was the best also. It is less busy & the sitting area was cooler & the environment was more relaxing. We never had to wait in line here for breakfast. Ibiza Buffet: We only went to this buffet once because it isn't air conditioned and the food is tex-mex. Since all the windows were open, the food was starting to melt and have condensation, like the cheeses! Dos Lunas: Right next door to Ibiza buffet is an international buffet. Had different pastas, pizzas, & desserts. This one is air conditioned and the food was average. Sarape: This was a sit down a la carte. The restaurant was quaint & cozy. The food is not that great and we had to wait an hour for our food. Totally not worth the wait when food the plenty is all around you everywhere ready to be eaten at the other restaurants. Kuxtal Healthy Living Restaurant: This was very zen and had relaxing and peaceful environment. It serves salads, sandwiches, and freshly brewed teas and smoothies. We totally thought this place was cool! We tried like 6 different drinks that are all natural and freshly made. Everything here was refreshing! Snack Bar Isla Mujeres: This was near the pool and beach & was open all day. They serve nachos, hot dogs, hamburgers, & fries. It was all good! The man that works this station is always on his toes. It is very busy and he was running back and forth to keep up the whole time. Definately give this guy a tip! He deserves it. All in all, the people and staff here were very helpful and friendly. I give this hotel a 2 thumbs up for service, value, & price! Definately would recommend. The beach was very calm. Near an enclosed bay. Beach had plenty of lounge chairs, shade, & hammocks. They were always cleaning the pool here, day & night. The rooms were ice cold, which my husband loves. The beds very comfy and new. The bathroom was also all marble. They have a huge lobby full of leather chairs to relax in. Bars a plenty! The entertainment was good. They did Michael Jackson dances-which was good, Vanilla ice-kinda corny, & the clown and acrobatics was out of this world. Acrobatics is something I would pay to go watch! We had so much fun and relaxation here. Thanks so much! Julie Miller

Dear Cheap Caribbean, My husband surprised me with a 3 night stay at the Secrets - Silversands for my birthday in August. What a great place! We travel to the coast of Mexico 1-2 times a year and usually stay at another all-inclusive resort. I was a little apprehensive about staying at a new place but I was so wrong. The Silversands was a fabulous place for adults only. The food was great and the Infinity pool was really something. I have already recommended this resorts to clients and friends. We will return!Lisa Daughters

We just returned from our week in the Dominican Republic. It was FABULOUS! Our room was very nice, the beaches were amazing, and the all-inclusive package was a great bargain. The Mexican restaurant on-site was very good, and the appetizers at the Italian restaurant were delicious. Really a whole meal just by themselves. We had a daytrip from the hotel dive shop that allowed us to snorkel, swim with the starfish, wade in a natural pool in the middle of the Caribbean Sea, walk along the conch shell beach, look to a point where the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean meet, and visit the wonderful fishing village of Hana Juan on the island of Saona. It was a wonderful day! We have told all of our friends about our trip and about Cheap Caribbean.com. They love our pictures and are hoping to join us on our next adventure. Thanks for a wonderful time! Phil and Geedee HallSahuarita, AZ 85629September 25, 2009 thru October 2, 2009

Our room was spectacular and the resort itself was clean and quiet. This is the first time we have booked a vacation through CheapCaribbean.com. The process was easy and straightforward and we had no complications! At the last minute, we decided to upgrade our room and change to a different flight. I figured this would be a big issue but it went smoothly and the people at CheapCaribbean.com were very helpful. Hopefully, we will book another vacation through CheapCaribbean.com very soon! |

We stayed at Carambola Beach Resort on St Croix for 12 days. A wonderful place, very beautiful and secluded. Great hotel manager and pleasant staff. We stayed in the unremodeled part of the hotel, and our room needed maintenance, but it was huge 560 sq ft with high ceilings and a screened porch, with a view of the ocean. We could dive the wall right off the beach, a big plus! Food was good and prices reasonable. All in all , just great!

We had a group of 11 rooms, the location, food , facility was excellent. We enjoyed all the activities and our group took part in many of the entertainment events. (However would like a little more professional entertainment) but not a big deal. The service was great the staff very helpful. We did have a little problem with registering in - The only suggestion we had was our rooms- we were told we were being upgraded - we didn't feel this was true. Many of our party were disappointed in our location-and felt that we were moved because of the golf tournament. As many of our party had been to these resorts before they were disappointed- the staff was excellent- many of our TV -clockselectrical appliance didn't work- one room flooded however the staff were quick to fix these problems. Many people that we visited with that were moved up to the Lindo where we should have been- had excellent locations near all the restaurants -pools etc. Our group did have a great time- again the food and service was excellent- we usually have a group of 18-22 rooms. We love the location and price and do plan another trip later this year. We appreciated the upgrades we have received in the past and again our trip was very enjoyable but very disapointed with the location. We appreciate the extra service your booking agents gave our group -they were very helpful. Thank you

Brenda Cannell from Edinboro, Pennsylvania. 4 couple of us stayed at the Valentin Imperial Maya October 3 - 10, 2009. The resort was more than any of us expected. We are all travelers having been at many resorts and this was one of the best. Our rooms, the pool, the beach, the food - great! My husband has difficulty walking and the resort provided us a shuttle to get to the restaurants. There were no complaints, just bravos!

Out airport transportation was right on time, clean, fast and helpful. The hotel was beautiful. We were given a free room upgrade when we arrived. Check in and check out was a breeze and out return transportation was there right as scheduled. I couldn't be happier with everything. Thanks again and we will definitely be booking with you again.-Cristen |

Name: David & Sarah KillefferCity: BrocktonState: MATravel Dates: 9/6/2009 - 9/12/2009Resort Name: Occidental Grand ArubaWe booked our second vacation with CheapCaribbean.com for a combination graduation celebration as well as 8-year wedding anniversary celebration, and we had an amazing time! Upon a recommendation from a good friend, we stayed at the Occidental Grand Aruba, which was an all-inclusive dream; everything was perfect! However, for us, the most important thing (and where CheapCaribbean.com really shined), was in the area of exceptional customer service. We had a "passport disaster" the day before we left - my wife misplaced our passports, and we were not able to find them in time for our originally scheduled trip. After frantically searching the house high and low for the entire day before our original scheduled departure, we located our passports, but by that time I had already cancelled our trip (since we would've needed to be at the airport in less than an hour and we weren't packed). We were able to re-book our trip for the next day, at the same hotel, on the same airline, and at an even better departure/return time than our original booking! The customer service agents we dealt with on the phone were courteous, extremely helpful, and really worked hard to make our vacation as fun and enjoyable as possible. We will definitely use CheapCaribbean.com again for our next vacation!

We stayed at Sunset Beach Resort & Spa in Montego Bay from Sept. 19-25 2009. All of the reviews about staff, food and overall appearance of this resort are accurate. Those things were great. However, no one mentions the beach and ocean. The ocean is quite rocky and another of their beach's ocean is filled with seagrass. There are only a few spots you can get in about up to your waist before hitting the rocks. I recommend wearing "reef-walkers" if you want to go in the ocean. We ended up going to Doctors Cave Beach in Mo' Bay a few times and that beach/ocean was wonderful. The Bauer Family

We recently booked a vacation through CheapCaribbean.com and the experience was great. Everything was just a noted on their website and our vacation was wonderful. It was a few hundred dollars cheaper than a typical travel agent and we had everything that was promised. I would recommend CheapCaribbean.com to anyone and we will be booking another vacation through them in the near future. Resort: Secrets Maroma Beach (Riviera Maya, Mexico)Travel Dates: 9/16/09 - 9/22/09 The resort was great and everything was just like the brochures/websites. We had a great experience on the entire trip. Our transfers to/from the airport were ok (would prefer not to have so many stops at other resorts, but it was understandable). The only downfall to our entire trip were the Mosquitoes (but I think this was due to the time of year in Mexico - not sure). To sum it up we had a blast and CheapCaribbean was great... Please let me know what we need to do to get our promo code for our next trip. Thanks again for a great vacation, LANNY SHEPHERD

We stayed at the Intercontinental before. It is a top hotel, staff very professional and great. We rented a car and drove around the island. This was an anniversary present from our daughter. We travel often (at east twice a year to the caribbean), We are already booked for a cruise to the Bahamas in November. You will hear from us again for our next caribbean trip. |

I have to say that I was skeptical when first booking my trip. I had never dealt with Cheap Caribbean before. The price for a 7 day trip to Barbados seemed incredible, almost too good to be true. However, we were very pleasantly surprised. We had a wonderful trip and got a rebate for money spent on souvenirs, tours, meals, etc.It was extremely nice to be able to dial a phone number and actually get a live person to answer questions. I would highly recommend Cheap Caribbean to anyone. Alice SwallowWallingford, PA

Good morning Caribbean Jim and staff, I wanted to send you a brief email thanking for you the services you provided on our recent trip to Jamaica. We are fortunate enough to have access to a really good travel agent so we don't use online travel services as often as most people. Although we always review our options form a cost and customer service consideration. And let me say, Cheap Caribbean.com wins high ratings for both. We were looking for a trip to Jamaica on short notice and you had some great offers. We were very pleased with the entire experience (that you could control). The resort was wonderful, staff were great and the food was very enjoyable. The airlines - well that is another story. We begrudgingly took American Airlines - best offer available and that was a poor experience. We had a canceled flight out of Houston to Dallas and had to instead catch a flight to Miami and then to Montego Bay but because of the canceled flight, we basically lost 1/2 day of vacation. That is tolerable if that were the only issue. On the return trip we flew out of Miami and there was another mechanical issue that resulted in another delay of almost two hours. While at the airport, we spoke to a few other travelers who apparently routinely take American and they say that American always has mechanical issues. Again, this is not something you can control but you might consider negotiating some better offers with other airlines. We like to flight Continental but their fares are always much more than the other airlines. Again, thank you for a wonderful experience and I truly look forward to using Cheap Caribbean.com again for future trips. You did everything you promised and we were very appreciative. Thank you for a great experience and we would definitely recommend your services to anyone who is looking to travel to the Caribbean. Greg V Faldyn

Our recent trip to Excellence Playa Mujeres was wonderful! Relaxing and great weather--despite a forcast of thunderstorms every day. We enjoyed the adults only concept, it was mostly peaceful and relaxing. The crowd that wanted to drink and party congregated mostly in the swim-up bar, there were ample places to read, sun, and talk without interruption. The two small items we had were handled quite well.... On the first evening, our room had not received the daily newsletter, we called the front desk and a most apologetic housekeeper arrived with it shortly...turns out she was working just two doors down from us, and just hadn't gotten to our room. Another small event handled well was in replacing a battery in the DVD remote....a maintenance worker came, installed the battery, and asked a wonderful question, "Please try it and be sure it works as you want it to." Both of these were late night events, so we were pleased with the service.Several restaurants were open each night, all were great and had a nice variety of dishes. There was definitely a different menu for each restaurant, and we enjoyed sampling each one.Evening entertainment could be better...EPM did try....but it is quite warm in the pavillion and the stage presentations were just average. They could help the heat issue by lowering the ceiling fans that are already there. One night there was a movie, that was great, as was the Chicago revue, but the other two Inca/Mexican/PreHistory times shows need much narration and work to be interesting, despite the great energy offered by the dancers, and great costumes. When you arrive, you go through 3 guard gates to get in...it seems secure and is definitly not open to the general public.Absolutely we would go back.

I recently vacationed in Barbados for 9 days & 8 nights. We booked our vacation package through Cheapcarribean.com which was a very good experience, the representatives were very knowledgeable and very helpful with booking our package not to mention the great price and incentives that came with the package. We stayed at a budget hotel on the West Coast of Barbados where everything was in walking distance, restaurants, shopping and various island attractions. We had discounts for the Oistin Fish Fry which is in full swing on Friday nights, Cheap Carribean assigned a representative to us who was very helpful and was at the Oistin Fish Fry that night to assist us with our purchases and to make sure we obtained our discounts. The whole experience was wonderful, the hotel though budget class, was clean and the staff was very helpful and accomodating. We are planning to return on our nest trip and will be booking through cheapcarribean.com again. Sincerely Sonia & Javier.

We had discounts for the Oistin Fish Fry which is in full swing on Friday nights, CheapCaribbean assigned a representative to us who was very helpful and was at the Oistin Fish Fry that night to assist us with our purchases and to make sure we obtained our discounts. The whole experience was wonderful, the hotel though budget class, was clean and the staff was very helpful and accomodating. We are planning to return on our nest trip and will be booking through cheapcaribbean.com again. Sincerely Sonia & Javier. |

Dianne C. Malkin116 Vista DriveHighland, NY 12528Our August-September vacation to Playa Del Carmen Mexico was everything that we were looking for. Cheap Caribbean took care of all our needs and wants. The Viva Wyndham Maya hotel had enough for us to do that we didn't have to leave if we did not want to. Although we did venture outside the property, it was an easy taxi ride to any of the attractions we wanted to visit. The locals there were very nice and helpful everyone was willing to help us to find what we were looking for. We are looking forward to planning our next Cheap Caribbean vacation.Thank you,Dianne and Tommy

| PERFECT!! The resort was Fantastic. The best vacation we have ever been on.We went from September 3rd to September 8th. Check in with champagne and cool towels in the Excellence Club started the trip off in such a relaxing way. No stress and the highest level of customer service we have ever experienced at a resort. The room was outstanding! Beautiful, large, champagne on ice and 4 steps right into the pool. The beach was pristine. More than enough lounges everywhere....the beach, outside our room, in the pool. No mad rush to "claim your chair" in the morning. The resort is truly all inclusive. The only thing we paid extra for were souveniers, and a pedicure at the ultra luxurious spa.The restaurants were ALL spectacular and a wide variety of cuisines. Especially liked the frequency of Lobster!!We wished we would have stayed a whole week instead of just 5 days. Best vacation EVER!! Cheap Caribbean did a fantastic job with our vacation! | Stayed at Dreams, La Romana in the Dominican Republic from 9-12-09 to 9-18-09. I took my wife for our first anniversary. Starting with the positives. The resort is clean, has three pools with one swim up bar, and sits on the beach. There was no problems with getting a lounge chair at at pool side or on beach. The staff was friendly and the resort and rooms where clean. We paid for a garden view room but where given a partial ocean view, which is aways nice. Check was quick and easy. Now the negatives. The food, the food, the food. If told you the food was below average that would be a complement. If you are a beer fan good luck. The resort only beer serves El President a pilsner, with the exception of the lobby bar. The ride from Santo Domingo airport took 2 hours and 45 minutes. The van stops at a terracotta shop for 20 minutes, not what you want to do after a long flight. I would highly recommend flying into La Romana airport which is 30 minutes from the resort. Vicnent |

| Murat Alkim from Saunderstown, Rhode Island. Traveled between 9/04/09 to 9/08/09 to Jamaica and stayed at Club Ambiance in Runaway Bay. The hotel rooms are clean, roomy, comfortable, have all amenities including a refrigerator, a nice balcony with ocean view. Nice beach, jacuzzi and pool are great for daily activities. The food and snacks are excellent, with free drinks available day and night long. Night entertaintment includes a live band and dancing, and afterhours disco serves those looking for more fun.I am very happy with my experience and going back on October 1st for a 3 day vacation. | Kelly TuttDallas, TXSeptember 2-5, 2009Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun My husband and I wanted a romantic getaway to celebrate our 7-year wedding anniversary and we were not disappointed with Secrets Maroma. It was so convenient and easy to book our trip with cheapcaribbean and we got a great deal. From the moment we arrived at Secrets Maroma we were treated like royalty. We were greeted with champagne and cool towels scented with jasmine when we arrived and we were immediately upgraded to a swim-up junior suite without even requesting it. Our room was amazing with a large jacuzzi tub, his & hers sinks, and an insanely comfortable bed with sheer curtains hanging all around. Very romantic! The room and was very modern with a flat screen tv, ipod docking station, wi-fi everywhere (even at the bars in the hotel), and great lighting in the room to create any kind of mood you wanted all from your bedside. The hotel staff came in twice a day to clean the room. The turn down service at night was especially nice because they turned down the bed, left chocolates on the pillow, and set the lighting to create a very romantic atmosphere. The pools at the hotel were gorgeous and there were always clean towels, plenty of poolside chairs, and umbrellas to relax under. The wait staff was wonderful and we literally never had to move to get something to eat or drink....they were constantly coming around taking orders. The drinks were great too. We've been to other all-inclusives where the drinks are made with cheap liquor and put in small plastic cups. Not here! If you want top shelf liquor like Grey Goose, all you need to do is ask. The glasses are very substantial so you have plenty to drink until another waiter comes by. We were told that the beach at the hotel was one of the top 5 in the world and didn't really pay much attention to it. A beach is a beach right? Wrong!!! This truly was the best beach I've ever been on. The sand was like sugar...white, soft, clean, and powdery. The water was so blue and clear that you could see your toes. We would take bread from breakfast and feed the fish at the beach. They were beautiful and would eat it right out of your hand. The wait staff even came around at the beach to take drink orders! There were several restaurants at the hotel and they were all very nice. You definitely need to go early though or you will encounter a 30-45 minute wait. No big deal because they have pagers and we just went to the bar until it was time to eat. The hotel was very quiet and definitely not the place to go if you want to party. Our idea of a vacation has changed as we've moved into our 30's but if you're looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and romantic place to get away from it all....this is the place for you. I can honestly say that this is the best vacation we have ever been on. Thank you Cheapcaribbean and Secrets Maroma, we will definitely be going back and booking with you again! |

I have used CheapCaribbean three times so far and will continue using it everytime I want to go to the Caribbean. Trust me and save yourself a lot of time by checking all those websites out there. There is none better than CheapCaribbean. All the extra perks they give you are also more great ways to save. For instance, if it rains even for 5 minutes on your vacation, you get $100 off your next vacation booked through CheapCaribbean. We sent our receipts in from our Barbados vacation and they sent us 10% back of what we spent in Barbados. No other company comes close to CheapCaribbean. We are looking forward to travelling with them many more times.Connie BennageElizabethtown, PA

Catherine Moore San Antonio, TxAugust 28-September 2, 2009Iberostar Cozumel The overall experience at the Iberostar Cozumel was fantastic. Staff was great. I would recommend to all looking to book a trip to Cozumel. The only minor negative that I would like to register was the booking of the dinner at the Steak restaurant. The representative at the booking desk was unaware of both the availability of the restaurant and the times that could be booked. This was resolved however.Looking forward to booking with CheapCaribean in the near future.

Lois HolotaClark NJ 07066, USAStayed at Tamarijn, Aruba on August 23rd thru the 30thWe were very satisfied with our vacation booked thru CheapCaribbean. The location of the hotel was perfect. Our room was always kept clean. The food was delicious in all the restaurants although there could have been a few more to choose from with the all inclusive. I liked having the beach right outside our back door. The nightly shows were first rate. All in all the vacation was perfect.Lois

We were there over Labor Day weekend and had a great experience. The check-in process was quick and painless. The clerk was extremely helpful, even told us where to change into our bathing suits since we were checking in early and our room wasn't quite ready. We only ate at the hotel once and yes it was expensive for the food, but we were too tired to go into Old San Juan and it would have cost us $25 for cab fare back & forth. So we figured it was worth it once. Otherwise, we had fun finding other places to eat in the area or Old San Juan. Definitely recommend riding the bus to town, but ask when to get off coming back. We felt like we got a good deal through CheapCaribbean and would go back again.

Name: Brooke Merkel and Gary BristowDenver, COTravel: booked Sept 2nd-7thResort: Couples Sans Souci - Jamaica This is such a fabulous resort! We will return. The staff is super friendly, food is fabulous, entertainment is amazing, beaches are nice, pools are great... we could go on. We enjoyed the resort so much that we booked an extra 4 nights because we did NOT want to leave. Our bags were loaded on the shuttle bus that was to take us to the airport. We made a quick decision and removed our bags and booked the additional nights at the front desk. The staff was super helpful during this process (even got the airline on the phone for us to reschedule the flight), and they gave us a good deal on an upgraded room.________________________________________

| We stayed at the San Juan Marriott and Stellar Casino. We paid more for the oceanfront room and it was worth it. The view was beautiful. The hotel was friendly and helpful. There were very good restaurants within 3 blocks of the hotel with a variety of food and prices. The only think we would do different next time would be to stay in Old San Juan since we are not beach people. The beach In front of the hotel was beautiful, but we would have preferred to stay downtown. All in all we were very pleased with the trip and would recommend cheap caribbean to everyone. Pat E. | Me and my husband Went to the Secrets Capri Riviera, On Sept 16- 23 @009. It was nice but no where near a 5star resort. It needs a remodel. The pool is nothing special and the maid service was horrrible. The food was excellent and other services were perfect. They do need to have a bar open all day. It was a nice vacation but we would not stay at hte Secrets Capri. We love that part of Mexico. That was our third time going. I would not recomend that hotel. |

Some friends and I spent a few days at the Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica in September 2009. The service was excellent, the food OK, the rooms were OK. It was great just relaxing, we had a massage (spa service was impeccable!), the lobby area and pool areas were top notch. Our rooms were a little on the old side, but all in all it was well worth the great price we paid. I have to add, the transportation available is great, whatever you need, the buses were waiting.Mary Jackson

Our stay was from 9/17/2009 to 9/24/2009 We found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious, although a little outdated, with a veranda overlooking the ocean. The breakfast room was small and the all inclusive breakfast was very satisfying. The pool was clean and never overcrowded. The beach was rocky, however they did allow you go to their sister resort for free and use their facilities, with free transportation offered several times a day. While not a 3,4,or 5 star hotel, it is clean and very reasonable and we would definatelt stay there again. Mr & Mrs. J. Greene, Glen Ellyn, Ill

The resort a nice and service I will categorize as top of line.Only two incident call are attention one was the commentary of a waitress as I drop some food on the floor than is a probability than I have to much to drink and the other one is second night in the Italian restaurant the mosqitos was overwhelming.Thank for the follow up and I looking forward to book my next trip with you. | We really had a great time on our recent vacation to Aruba. We stayed at the Radisson Aruba which was very accommodating. We booked a garden view room but the gentleman at the reception desk convinced us to take the free upgrade to an ocean view room. He actually showed us the room and we immediately agreed with him that 2 double beds would be fine over the king-sized we had originally chosen. The room was more than adequate and we were able to sit on the balcony and look out at the ocean as well as towards downtown. The resort was impeccably clean and well groomed. The staff was outstanding, friendly, prompt and efficient in all of our dealings with them. They were very happy to share information about the island. Gilligans restaurant had pictures of the very early years on the island, depicting its history and growth and the manager there was knowledgeable about the pictures and took the time to discuss them with us. The food in the Sunset Grill was delicious, we ate there 2 nights. Again service was wonderful. As we walked along the beach, comparing other resorts, we were certainly glad you offered the Radisson with our package. Other resorts were not as inviting and the facilities not nearly as nice. I would recommend this resort to any who asked me where to stay. Lois and Gerald RobertsonFarmington, MinnesotaSeptember 16 thru September 23, 2009Radisson Aruba |

Shawn HegnerLoveland,COSept 13-16 2009Secrets Silversands in Riveria, Mexico The hotel was amazing and had incredible entertainment, especially the live bands. I highly recommend the Mediterranean restaurant while there! And as an all inclusive goes, you truly do not need to go anywhere while there.....get lost on the red couches by the beach bar. I can definitely say I will be back to this resort. Very contemporary and pictures do not do it justice, just wish they had a more pleasant entrance and that entertainment would stay later than midnight. Too much fun!-- Shawn Hegner, Pharm.D.

Jamie Uppenberg, Chicago, IL, traveled 10/17-24, stayed at the Oasis Cancun The resort was great. Nice clean choices between pools and beach, nice restaurants which even when they weren't always open because it's the slow season we still easily went to each of them during the week. The room is mediocre, but it was only rated 3 stars. It had what we needed for the week so that was fine. Our excursions, which we booked at one of the tables at the hotel, were great. We just had a wonderful week and would be happy to do this trip during the clow season again next year. Thanks,Jamie UppenbergChicago, IL

We stayed at the El Conquistador from the 16th of September to the 20th. We did enjoy the trip however it rained the 17th and rained us right off the beach, the 18th it rained us out of our rainforest trip as well as not having the adequate amount of people for the trip to the rainforest. We ended up doing that on the 19th and had a great time. I enjoyed the food at the Sting Ray Bay restaurant that is located on the premises. Excellent lobster, the best I have ever had. The first day arriving the finicular lost power with us on it and I was injured. It was a great trip though and I would definitely go back. I enjoy using cheapcaribbean.com and will use again in the future. Season Davis

I stayed at the Valentin Imperial Maya from Sep 19 - Sep 23. I thought the place was wonderful, and would go again. It was a huge propertyand the service was wonderful. They had so many restaurants and bars. The pool was great with activities and shows at nite. The room was very nice marble floors, balcony, glass doors to shower. The even provided a umbrella, so if it rained you could walk to the main area withoutgetting wet.My only complaints were The gym was too small.I like to run, and they only has 2 treadmills for the whole place. And on two evenings they had wonderful mexican and caribbean food set up beautifully. It may have been the time of year, but the mosquitos were out. I would bring bug spray next time. However I do recommend this hotel.

It was a trip I had been looking forward to when my husband and 27 yr old son bkd a "male bonding trip" white water rafting down the Snake River. I was invited to join them but my "blue water" low light was on and said "no thanks I think I'll go to FL'" Well some where along the line during my FL search a hit came for Cheap Caribbean. After scrolling thru the options and knowing how much I wanted to spend I found Turks & Caicos! Lucky me! Very long story short - I called, spoke to one of the fine CC agents (and discovered during the conversation that the company is literally in "my backyard"! - I hope my bkg number gives him credit for the time he spent w/me and ultimately the booking), was informed of the "fine print" and said "book me Dano"! 99.9% of my holiday travel is w/my husband and when our sons were little as a family of four. I would be lying if I said I had no trepidation. That quickly left when I boarded American Airlines out of Philly bound for Miami to connect w/another flight to TCI. The weather was drop dead perfect, the water just as blue as my mind required, the temperature of both air and water perfect for someone who does not do cold very well, and the accomodations at the Comfort perfect. The Comfort is not on the beach and I knew that upfront nor is it rated a 5 star - well that might be so but for me it was perfect. The walk was pleasant and gave me some time to thank God as I approached the beach and ocean that our creator made this for us to enjoy! It was my first trip w/CC but I can guarantee you it was not my last.Keep up the good work and Thank you Cindy Miller

My trip to Jamaica was the first I ever took without my family, just friends. It was also the first I ever booked online. We were all impressed how easy the process was at the airport; all three of us were seated together on every flight which rarely happens even when booking in person with a travel agent. We stayed at the Grand Palladium Resort in Lucea and it was absolutely gorgeous and all of us are dying to go back. One of the best vacations I've had!

My wife, son and I just returned from 4 nights at the Dreams Puerto Adventuras near Playa Del Carmen. We were there from 9/24/09 to 9/28/09. I can honestly say the resort, staff and food were excellant. These exceeded my expectations and I have vacationed in Mexico many times. The only negatives are not a good spot for singles [at least this time of the year], it`s 20 mins cab ride to the town of Playa Del Carmen, and it takes about 1 hr 20 mins to get there by van from the airport. I must also mention besides the food and staff the rooms were very nice. All jr suites. I highly recommend this resort especially given the price. Tim / Ft. Myers,Fl

Thanks Cheap Caribbean! We had a very nice time in San Juan ..The Hotel Conrad was perfect just like the pictures. It was very easy to get around San Juan because of the taxi service . We knew what the prices were before we even got in the taxi's. The cost of the taxi's is set, which we liked. We went during hurricane season but had no problem, no crowds which was wonderful. We don't like crowds so we felt like locals just visiting the area.Thank you Cheap Caribbean for a wonderful trip!!Lynn LaRose

We just returned from our honeymoon at the Valentin Imperial Maya and loved every minute of it. Overall, the resorty was very nice and the food was fantastic. We arrived and were greeted with champagne as promised. Check in was pretty easy but I was disappointed that they would not upgrade us even though it was our honeymoon. We had reserved a Golden swim out. It was very nice; big bathroom and nice lawn in the back leading to the pool. We ate at a different restaurant each night and were not disappointed with one. The food was all fantastic. We only had to wait one night and they gave us a pager and we could go to the bar. The beach was great, not as rocky as I expected. It was a little hard to find chair in the shade though. I would definitely go back to the Valentin Imperial and recommend it to friends. Great place! Ben Edmiston

It was my first time booking a trip through any Internet tourist agency. I was a little bit scared. I thought if I will have some issues with the flight or hotel how fast I can get help and if I will get it at all. In my case I did not even need to call customer service.. Everything was organized perfectly. Little things like e-mails from customer service with reminders about my flight dates, tips about my trip, visa requirements and etc. were very helpful. I am very pleased with Cheap Caribbean and definitely going to book my next trip through them. Regards, Tetyana Vechirka Pompano Beach, FLTravel dates: 09/02/2009-09/06/2009Conrad Hotel

We enjoyed our vacation in Barbados immensely. The Barbados Hilton is a beautiful hotel on the beach with wonderful amenities. Our room had a balcony with a magnificent view of the Carribean sea. The staff at the Hilton goes out of their way to be friendly and acco;modating. outside the hotel we found the same thing to be true of the people who were most friendly and helpful. The food int the restaurants both in and outside the hotel was gourmet- excellently prepared and presented beautifully. the only negative was the prices which were quite high. At home we would only pay such prices on very special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries. Driving on the left side of the road was a challenge but the islanders a very tolerant and patient with tourist drivers. There is much to see and do on the island and wd could not get it all in so we will have to return which we will do soon. Our overall experience was an A+. Mr and Mrs Hugo Valle

Grounds were beautiful and service was excellant. We used the BarbadosBlue Dive Shop and they were were also very good and accomodating. Food in restaurants was very good and the breakfast was the best I've had at any resort. This was my 4th trip to Barbados and my 2nd thru CheapCaribbean during the September special, BOB. Thanks for the deal and a great vacation!Remember it's always 5 o'clock in Margaritaville,Richard |

Dear Sir/ Madam: We took a vacation from September 9, 2009 to September 13, 2009. We were at La Romana Resort & Spa in Santo Domingo. This is the best vacation we had. We have been taking vacations from last more than 30 years. This is so far the best one. We are recommending it to all our friends and family members. Thank you. Sincerely, Dilip & Rekha Tolat & Indu & Shyam Gajwani

Grand Lido Braco Resort Over All: 4 StarsRooms: Nice and clean but nothing fancyPool: Fantastic - love the swim up pool barActivities: Kept ya busy with all kinds of fun stuffActivites Coordinators: THE BEST I have ever come across - they were all very friendly and made you feel like you were at your home away from home.Food: The food was good but could use some more variety for Lunch. Switch up the menu a bit, it seemed as though the lunch buffett served the same thing every day. We chose to go to the 24hr Bar - the lamb chops and wings were terriffic.Beach: The beach on the textile side was really rocky... not the best for swimming. Location: Close to Ocho Rios about 45 min drive in case you want to do some activities like Duns river falls etc... Over all this resort was a nice place to relax and we met a ton of fun people. We went the week of Sept 5th and it was during the slow season. I really enjoyed it becasue it was not so crowded and you didn't have to worry about waiting in line for food, drinks etc... and with less people there you got the opportunity to meet more people. I think they could upgrade on the bedding to make the room a little more comfortable but over all it was a great place to visit.

Many thanks. By the way, Dioby was a complete trooper. He was amazing in the midst of a very difficult, uncertain, and unprecedented situation. He handled the issues with poise, grace and professionalism. Cheap Carribean, both through your own actions in the back office through rebooking and moving an amazing amount of people in such a short time period, as well as your people, primarliy Dioby, made lifelong customers of us. People and businesses are not made through times of calm. They are made and measured by their reaction to times of difficulty. Both the corporation and the people should be proud of their actions during this difficult time. Paul C. Hammer

Our vacation was TERRIFIC! Dreams Los Cabos Resort was absolutely beautiful. Our room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and we had a gorgeous view of the pool and the beach! The staff was beyond attentive and friendly. We got to know them by name! When it came to the food, given the nature of the 'all-inclusive' vacation package our expectations were a bit low. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that the food choices were ample and superb! Fabulous room service and premium drinks around the clock. Would I recommend this place, even when there was a hurricane in the middle of our vacation? Absolutely! As a matter of fact, we can't wait to go back! -- M. A. McLane & L. Waters
