| We vacationed to Los Cabos 8/27/06 -9/1/06. We were first time clients of cheapcaribbean.com We received our documents without delay along with ad ons of airport transfers and travel insurance. We breezed through Newark Airport and arrived in San Jose del Cabo to be greeted promptly by our transportation. The resort was as described with no surprises. What we hoped we would not need to use was the travel insurance, included in our vacation package. Hurricane John had other plans for us. Our resort evacuated all the guests to Mexico City! The fee charged for the charter flight and one night stay is covered under the trip interruption clause of the policy provided by Cheap Caribbean. | don't think I can say enough good about cheap caribbean. My family and I ( 6 of us) recently got back from Montego Bay, Jamaica. We loved it. I had several questions before booking our vacation, so I called C.C. and got Jackie on the phone. She was extremely helpful. We were booking VERY last minute and she got us the best deal, best flights, best hotel for our needs, it was so easy!! I have told many of my friends and co-workers about Cheap Caribbean and encourage them to go to that web site first. Jamaica was great, and the Holiday Inn Sunspree was perfect for our family. I'm really surprised I didn't gain any weight. Going off property was a little hairy, but now we know better, go outside, find a cab, negotiate your price, and have a blast. | My boyfriend and I had a wonderful vacation to Barbados through Cheapcaribbean.com. On the day of travel we checked in at the airline, arrived in Barbados without any issues, were transported to our resort, checked in easily there, and have a gorgeous ocean front room. The Amaryllis Beach Resort was even prettier than the pictures. The beaches were warm and the people were friendly. The food and drinks were great! One night when we were walking back from the beach bar a nest of baby Hawkbill turtles hatched on the beach and we were able to help collect them for the wildlife service that would bring them out to a safe part of the ocean. Our room was big and had a balcony with an amazing view of the ocean and two comfy chairs we could lounge on. The hotel was great about scheduling activities for us with outside companies and our passbook of savings saved us hundreds of dollars! | We had a wonderful time on our trip to Cancun that was booked through CheapCaribbean.com. The hotel was beautiful with 3 pools that overlooked the ocean. There were free nightly entertainment shows with a live band and dancers. Numerous bars to choose from and plenty to eat and drink. This is a great place for just the two of you or with your family. Very laid back atmosphere, very enjoyable. We only wish that it could have been longer! Our trip went very smoothly from the first airplane ride to Cancun and the way to the return flight home. | First, I want to say that it was a most enjoyablevacation for all four of us. The beach access wasgreat and very child friendly (our kids are 8 & 3).The beaches were clean and teaming with hermit crabs.What more could a kid want! Okay, the snails on thewalkways in the evening were a nightly ritual too forour girls. When we arrived, our room was not ready, not to anysurprise since check in wasn't until 3p. We wereprepared and had our swimming suits packed in a carryon so we could go play. When we did check in, we werein Bldg. 1. Save yourself some time and don't stay inBldg. 1. Many, if not all the other buildings havebeen renovated. The 2nd day, we moved to Bldg. 5 -what a nice room! Glad we moved. The beach parties were fun and relaxing and theevening shows were lots of fun - the staff works hard.It was an enjoyable week and I would return to Jamaicafor another vacation.I discovered something while at the Sunspree..I like asmaller resort. The last all-inclusive we went to inMexico only had 180 rooms so the service was verypersonal and we got to know the staff personally. Ourkids even wrote to the Kid's Club Staff Member afterwe returned home - that is personal service. TheSunspree was just a little too busy for me. | Hi,I'd like to thank CheapCaribbean for your great customer service. We were scheduled to go to Los Cabos on Sept. 16, when Hurricane Lane was supposed to hit land there. The night before, we called CheapCaribbean and spoke to a representative - I think her name was Elsa (not sure - didn't write it down.) She was very helpful, and truly sympathetic about our concerns. She checked with both Mexicana Airlines and our hotel to find out about any cancellation procedures and penalties, and searched extensively for alternate locations for us. She personally spoke to the resort management and got up to the minute information from them, which led us to go ahead with the trip. It turns out that the hurricane didn't even touch Los Cabos, and the weather there was beautiful all during our stay. We had a great time, and it helped that she had taken the time to contact both the airline and hotel so that we were comfortable with our decision to proceed with the trip. Not many travel agents would have done as well - thanks. We have already booked another trip in November through your company, and are traveling with 6 other people who all booked with CheapCaribbean after our recommendation. | Our first experience with CHEAPCARIBBEAN.COM was better than we could have ever expected!! We came to you through TravelZoo.com, taking advantage of the "best of Barbados - Sept '06" special. Originally, we had another couple vacationing with us, but they had to cancel for health crisis reasons the day before we were to leave. The insurance your company provided with this package gave them a year to use their credit, and everyone was impressed with the ease with which this was accomplished. Kudos to you for offering this security. No one experiencing a crisis of any kind needs to handle even more pressure from a travel company! My husband and I went ahead on our vacation, flying Delta non-stop to Barbados, where we stayed at the Allamanda. Having read many mixed Internet reviews on this facility, we had no idea what to expect. What we got was a fabulous little efficiency with full kitchen facilities, a staff made up of the most friendly and helpful people on the face of the earth, and a restaurant/bar with some of the best food we found in all of Barbados!! Granted, there is no beach here....but we walked (3 minutes) to Accra/Roxley almost daily, and experienced one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. The coupon book you included came in handy, as we experienced the "Roots and Rythyms" show at Plantation Dinner Theater, as well as the Tiami sunset catamaran cruise, and were hugely impressed with both excursions. Oistins Fish Fry was another great night out!! We couldn't be happier with our CHEAPCARIBBEAN.COM vacation, and will continue to book vacations with you in the future. | This was our first real vacation, set apart from mission trips or conferences that we go to. It was a wonderful week where we were able to relax and enjoy our week together. We stayed at a smaller hotel in Barbados, where we met a group of really great people. Our Passport to Barbados discount book helped us save money on a snorkeling trip as well as a fish fry dinner in town. We had the opportunity to rent a car and see much of what the island had to offer, and enjoy the adventure of driving on the left side of the road. All of this was possible because of the great deal we got from CheapCaribbean. We would not have been able to afford airfare, hotel, meals, drinks, and excursions without this wonderful deal. We stayed at an all inclusive hotel, had transportation to and from the airport, round trip airfare, and even travel insurance. I dont think we could have asked for a better deal. The only sad thing is, now we are longing to make vacationing our full-time jobs. We would definitely use CheapCaribbean again, and I am very happy that we found them. | We stayed at the Coconut Court Beach Hotel, and throughly enjoyed our timethere. CCBH is an intimate hotel with large studio rooms and great views. I would recommend an air conditioner as Barbados is quite humid. We arrivedat 8:30 pm and our driver met us immediately after customs. The plane trip was on time,the representative fromTourex was there to greet us and take us to a taxi who drove the fortyminutes away to La Jolla de Mismaloya.That resort is magnificent,like having died and gone directly toParadise. Not only was it gorgeous but the food at the buffets werevaried,artistically presented and delicious. We had lots of strollingserenaders each night as we were placed at our table seaside andwatched the ocean,the boats docked and the pelicans sitting themselvesdirectly on the boats and in full view of most of the diners having asmuch wine,lemonade,sodas,or whatever with their food. The fact of itsbeing an all inclusive resort was making our trip entirely effortlessand stressless because of that. Even the tips were included and thewaitresses came around to where we were sitting all afternoon offeringwhatever drinks we wanted. I opted for virgin pina coladas-delicious-and my husband enjoyed the chilled white wine. The rooms weren't hotelrooms but full suites with sleeping quarters,TV and full marble bathfor 2 separate halves,even closing off with a door in between so that 2couples could share this place with complete privacy with separateeverything and closed off from the next room. One room had a huge KINGbed,the other bedroom had 2 twins... Lovely cool air conditioning thatreally WORKED unlike other places and tons of bath amenities,even atoothbrush and toothpaste and a shoe horn plus robes for 2 and terryslippers.All in all I would give this entire trip a 5* rating and will hopefullyreturn and SOON. We were also happythat the Presidente Intercontinental has one building and one pool reservedfor adults only, a quiet place to enjoy a good book, a Corona, and a dipinto pool!An nice feature about CheapCaribbean's vacation package was that all taxes,fees, gratuities, etc. were included, so no surprises at check-out. However the service and prices provided by CC exceeded our expectations. Our trip to Barbados was one of our best vacations ever. We had never been there before, so relied on your web site for information and hoped that the island and the hotel were indeed as depicted in the descriptions. Your site is easy to navigate and filled with all sort of interesting tips---including a great map of the Caribbean because we had no idea where the heck Barbados is! We stayed at the Bougainvillea Resort, which I highly recommend. It was beautiful (just like the pictures on your site), our room was perfect and the staff couldn't be nicer. Although this season turned out to be calm regarding hurricanes, we were a little nervous about going to that area in Sept. Your travel insurance was a very nice add-on. When we came back and told our friends about our trip and what it cost they thought we were talking about a per person rate. When I told them it was for both of us they were blown away. | Hello Cheap Caribbean! I recently booked my honeymoon through your company. It was a pleasure doing business with you. I had several questions during the booking process. I called the customer service number and was given all the answers to my questions, was off the phone and completely booked within 15 minutes! I have traveled using other companies in the past but never had service as good, fast and accurate as CheapCaribbean.com. I have traveled the Caribbean rather extensively, however, my husband had never even flown before! I opted to book a midlevel all inclusive in Jamaica (Holiday Inn Sunspree Montego Bay). The information about the resort on your website was very accurate and up to date! I was very pleased with the resort and our entire trip! For possible future travelers to the Holiday Inn Sunspree Montego Bay, I have this advice. If you are looking for 5 star all the way, pay the extra three to five thousand dollars to visit an ultra inclusive resort. If you are looking for a great value for your dollar, visit this hotel. The staff was very friendly! The four restaurants were all great and served a great variety of dishes to please most any palate! The activities were on par with other 3 -4 star inclusive resorts. Some of the shows left a little to be desired in comparison to other places I've stayed, but some of them were excellent. What the entertainment staff lacked in some departments, they more than made up for in others! One of the huge selling points for me was the close proximity to Sangster International Airport. We were through customs and at our hotel within 45 minutes. (the "ultra inclusive" hotel guests had a 2-4 hour bus ride after the flight in and clearing customs)! We had a beautiful, fun and memory filled honeymoon! I would recommend that resort to anyone looking for the same things we were! Affordable and location, location, location! | Wanted to share with you our wonderful experience when we went to Providenciales, also known as "Provo" in the Turks & Caicos. We arrived October 2, 2006 and stayed for a blissful and quiet week. We had been before about two years ago, and we stayed at the same little condo resort - Royal West Indies. It is located on the famous and beautiful Grace Bay beach. We have traveled quite a bit in the Caribbean, and nowhere is the water as beautiful!!! The staff and the resort are very professional and welcoming. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable and the maid service was very efficient. We rented a studio condo that had a kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave - all that we needed. The convenience of the washer/dryer was very much welcomed, and also allowed us to return home with all clean laundry. The restaurant on the property - Mango Reef - is one of the finest on Grace Bay. We really didn't want to dine elsewhere and when we did venture out, we were happy to be back home at Mango Reef. It is also favored by the local business people so we were able to meet lots of locals. The bar staff was very entertaining and friendly. One side trip we enjoyed was arranged through Silver Deep at the Leeward Marina. It was a trip to a deserted island for the day. They provided lunch, drinks, chairs and beach umbrella. | My wife and I recently returned from an 8 day/7 night stay at the Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort Hotel and Casino in Aruba. Our accommodations were excellent as we stayed at the most recently renovated tower of this popular resort. We experienced outstanding service and found out first hand why Aruba is called One Happy Island. The people were extremely friendly and we did not notice any poverty throughout the island. We took a one half day bus tour at the recommendation of the concierge at the Holiday Inn to see the various sites. We found this to be a very worthwhile experience. Since I enjoy playing tennis I was able to find another guest as well as a native to play with at this resort. The weather was fantastic and, although the island is noted for its trade winds, we found these to be delightful. The ocean was aqua and very clear. We dined in various restaurants each of which had excellent food and first rate service. I highly recommend booking a vacation package through cheapcaribbean.com due to its great value as well as knowledgeable and courteous travel consultants. We plan to continue to book our vacations through cheapcaribbean.com and, while we plan to visit other vacation areas, we also intend to return to the beautiful and friendly island of Aruba in the near future. The plane trip was on time,the representative fromTourex was there to greet us and take us to a taxi who drove the fortyminutes away to La Jolla de Mismaloya.That resort is magnificent,like having died and gone directly toParadise. Not only was it gorgeous but the food at the buffets werevaried,artistically presented and delicious. We had lots of strollingserenaders each night as we were placed at our table seaside andwatched the ocean,the boats docked and the pelicans sitting themselvesdirectly on the boats and in full view of most of the diners having asmuch wine,lemonade,sodas,or whatever with their food. The fact of itsbeing an all inclusive resort was making our trip entirely effortlessand stressless because of that. Even the tips were included and thewaitresses came around to where we were sitting all afternoon offeringwhatever drinks we wanted. I opted for virgin pina coladas-delicious-and my husband enjoyed the chilled white wine. The rooms weren't hotelrooms but full suites with sleeping quarters,TV and full marble bathfor 2 separate halves,even closing off with a door in between so that 2couples could share this place with complete privacy with separateeverything and closed off from the next room. One room had a huge KINGbed,the other bedroom had 2 twins... Lovely cool air conditioning thatreally WORKED unlike other places and tons of bath amenities,even atoothbrush and toothpaste and a shoe horn plus robes for 2 and terryslippers.All in all I would give this entire trip a 5* rating and will hopefullyreturn and SOON. | Our first experience with CHEAPCARIBBEAN.COM was better than we could have ever expected!! We came to you through TravelZoo.com, taking advantage of the "best of Barbados - Sept '06" special. Originally, we had another couple vacationing with us, but they had to cancel for health crisis reasons the day before we were to leave. The insurance your company provided with this package gave them a year to use their credit, and everyone was impressed with the ease with which this was accomplished. Kudos to you for offering this security. No one experiencing a crisis of any kind needs to handle even more pressure from a travel company! My husband and I went ahead on our vacation, flying Delta non-stop to Barbados, where we stayed at the Allamanda. Having read many mixed Internet reviews on this facility, we had no idea what to expect. What we got was a fabulous little efficiency with full kitchen facilities, a staff made up of the most friendly and helpful people on the face of the earth, and a restaurant/bar with some of the best food we found in all of Barbados!! Granted, there is no beach here....but we walked (3 minutes) to Accra/Roxley almost daily, and experienced one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. The coupon book you included came in handy, as we experienced the "Roots and Rythyms" show at Plantation Dinner Theater, as well as the Tiami sunset catamaran cruise, and were hugely impressed with both excursions. | We had a wonderful, really unforgettable vacation in Sunscape Puerto Aventura in Riviera Maya. Impeccable beach and swimming near coral reef including natural pool (synod) where you even do not need snorkeling equipment to see plenty of colorful fish around. We had a nice ocean front room on a 3rd floor where we could enjoy sunrise from our bed. Good food, always fresh (especially smocked salmon on breakfast and exotic fruits), you need no reservations in restaurants. Nice shows on the pool area which is in front of the beach, so you can see it from the distance, even from your balcony. And a very special addition, next to this resort you can enjoy marina and swim with the dolphins or just watch them. Very peaceful and not boring, even we spent there 10 nights we would be happy to stay longer. We will definitely return to this resort. It is our 4 th time in Riviera Maya, second with Cheap Caribbean. We are planing to book our next trip with them again, since they are very reliable (easy booking, unbeatable prices, round trip transportation always on time, always accessible by phone). |

| We vacationed to Los Cabos 8/27/06 -9/1/06. We were first time clients of cheapcaribbean.com We received our documents without delay along with ad ons of airport transfers and travel insurance. We breezed through Newark Airport and arrived in San Jose del Cabo to be greeted promptly by our transportation. The resort was as described with no surprises. What we hoped we would not need to use was the travel insurance, included in our vacation package. Hurricane John had other plans for us. Our resort evacuated all the guests to Mexico City! The fee charged for the charter flight and one night stay is covered under the trip interruption clause of the policy provided by Cheap Caribbean. On the day of travel we checked in at the airline, arrived in Barbados without any issues, were transported to our resort, checked in easily there, and have a gorgeous ocean front room. The Amaryllis Beach Resort was even prettier than the pictures. The beaches were warm and the people were friendly. The food and drinks were great! One night when we were walking back from the beach bar a nest of baby Hawkbill turtles hatched on the beach and we were able to help collect them for the wildlife service that would bring them out to a safe part of the ocean. Our room was big and had a balcony with an amazing view of the ocean and two comfy chairs we could lounge on. The hotel was great about scheduling activities for us with outside companies and our passbook of savings saved us hundreds of dollars! | Dear CheapCaribbean ! I just wanted to congratulate and tell to everybody how wonderful time we had in The Mayan Riviera's pearl Barcelo Maya Caribe! 7 day/6 night there with two kids (6&3 yrs) !?! Perfect, safe, relaxed.........but too short! :-) They enjoyed the children's pool (all days) very much...and the beach just Gorgeous ! The staff was very friendly and helpful ! The cleanliness 5*.The bars, and snack bars...AAAAA!The food - every night different type, huge choice :Italian, Mexican,Oriental, seafood...etc. really good! My "pickies" loved too! I can't tell anything wrong ! This was one of the best vacation ever ! | Dom, I just wanted to thank you, Sasha, Natasha, and Jackie for your help in arranging my vacation to Punta Cana Grand. My son and I had a great time. It was exactly what I needed. Laying on the beach, reading, and in a constant state of at least mild inhibriation. The facilities were really nice, the food was good (especially the the specialty restaurants), and the bar tending crew was exeptional. While there I told many people, at least the ones who spoke english, about how easy CheapCaribbean made it to come on the vacation. Hopefully, you'll get additional clients from my efforts. | Just a note to say THANKS for being there! We are preparing to take our 3rd trip from Cheap Caribbean and can't wait. This time we are going to Barbados for a week! Some friends are joinging us for their first trip and had some concerns. We showed them the photos from our trips to Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. After 30 seconds they decided to book it! Your trips are well planned, your customer service people extremely helpful and always go the extra mile, and we have never encounted any major problems and the minor ones were easily fixed. In fact while in the Dominican Republic our check in went smoothly while someone else who used another booking agent were told they had no reservation. | My family and I just came back from vacation yesterday at RIU Negril and we had a FANTASTIC time! Initially, I was apprehensive about booking my vacation online with a company I had never done business with before. I spoke with a few representatives before actually booking and I'm SO GLAD I DID! Everything was perfect - from the flight to the the airport transfer to the resort - just everything. | Hi Melanie, I am writing this note to recognize one of your employees, Sara Griffin. Last year I tried to book a surprise anniversary trip for my husband to no avail. I booked our original trip to Playa Del Carmen but due to the Hurricanes we had to move the trip to Cabo San Lucas. In doing this, the dates changed and little did I know, my husband had a schedule conflict with the new dates!! Sara helped me file my insurance claim to help ensure I received money back from the first trip and also calculated my credit for use in the future due to the second trip cancelation.This year she really helped me with ideas and had a lot of input as she and her parents had both just visited the Mayan Riviera and had a lot of great information on the area. | We just returned from our trip to the Dominican Republic. It was wonderful. The Riu Palace Punta Cana is brand new and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful, our room had a wonderful view and the food was good. The shows were ok. Our only problem was the lack of speaking Spanish. The beaches and the pool were great and we spent our days walking the endless beaches and soaking up the sunshine. Hotel reservations and airport transfers went off without a hitch. | I am very uneasy when it comes to using the internet to buy or book things. I saw your web site while surf about a year ago and started checking the different vacation packages you offered each week. When my 20th anniversary came up I decided to give it a try and just hope for the best. Book a trip to the Bahamas by phone and talked to some very helpful staff members. They walked me through the hole process from boarding the plane to checking in and out to boarding the plane back home. Things went great, checking both at the airport and at the hotel was quick and easy. Transportation to the hotel and back to the airport was also on time. Our plane from Memphis was delayed several hours and I was worried that we would miss our transportation or worst, lost our hotel rooms. I call your 800 number at 11:30 p.m. est. and was helped right away. The gentlemen I talked to call the hotel and the transportation service and although we were suppose to arrive at 5:00 p.m., we didn't reach the Bahamas airport until 12:30 a.m. est. No problems, the phone call your staff made had the driver waiting in the parking lot and the hotel staff was aware of our delay at check in. I will be booking another trip soon and as a teacher in high school, I have already forwarded your website to the 3700 teachers in my school system.John Burks |

| My wife and I just got back from an amazing 5-night vacation in Cancun,Mexico. We had met with a travel agent to dicuss inexpensive vacationoptions, and she gave us a few resorts to choose from. When we compared thetravel agent's price with CheapCarribean's, not only was CheapCarribeancheaper, but it also included an extra night and a seperate room for thecouple with whom we were traveling. The all-inclusive resort was awesome,and we couldn't believe all we were getting for the price we paid. | The hotel was excellent: if you are about fun you will have fun all day long at the pool or performing other amenities feature that the hotel offers. The food was exquisite it consisted of a variety food to suit different diet needs. The hotel staff was very hospitable, courteous, respectful, honest and fun. The appearance of the hotel was appealing to the eye, clean and safe. Last the show at night time was excellent. I really liked MY stay at Barcel Tucancun. Would I go again? YESSSSSSS. |

| Hi everybody!We had a great time at the Barcelo Maya Colonial resort in Mexico. It was abeautiful place, better than we expected. Everything, from the moment I madethe reservation with CheapCaribbean.com went extremely smooth. My email withtravel documents was there immediately, and the folks there were veryfriendly and patiently answered all my questions. When we got to Cancun andwalked out of the airport, friendly CheapCaribbean guys were there waitingfor us, looking for us to put us in a taxi to the resort. We had a cool, airconditioned trip, where we were very hospitably greeted. They also kept upwith us when we were there, to make sure we had everything we needed for ourreturn trip. When we were ready to leave we just told the bellman we weretraveling with CheapCaribbean and they knew exactly who we were and had abus right there in literal seconds. Since we were traveling without myhusband this trip I really appreciated feeling like I was being taken careof. | We recently returned from Sugar Bay (Wyndham) StThomas which was all-inclusive. It was wonderful! Wefelt like we really got our moneys-worth by utilizingall the benefits available. The hotel had snorkelequip available which we were able to use all weekwherever we went on the island (savings of $15.00/person/ day). This can add up in a hurry. Kayaks,windsurfing, and beach chairs were also included inthe plan.Also, when staying all-inclusive, eat all meals athotel. It may be wise to eat a big breakfast, ifreturning in late afternoon. You may be tempted tohave a frozen drink out somewhere. but these aresometimes $7.00 or more, so get them for free at thehotel.Also, book excursions through hotel concierege, theyhave the best tips for travel and rates available.James M. | We had a great time on our recent Cancun vacation. Occidental Xcaret a wonderful facility. The inclusion of airport transfers and travel insurance were especially appreciated. I felt much more comfortable travelling during storm season with the insurance. I don't mind charter flights, but they do restrict the flexibility of travel dates.
